Claims (3)
- High-current insertion-type connector for transmitting electrical currents, having a mounting rail (1) of electrically conductive material which is designed for mechanical and electrical connection to a cable and which has an open end for the insertion of a mating insertion-type connector (4) made of an electrically conductive material, and having a contact-making member which is so arranged and formed in the mounting rail (1) that it makes electrical contact with a contact surface and produces contact-making pressure between the mounting rail (1) and the mating insertion-type connector (4) inserted therein, the contact-making member having at least one annular helical spring (5), characterised in that the annular helical spring (5) is inserted in a groove (7) extending in a U-shape which is formed by a U-shaped contact-making point (3) on the mounting rail (1) and which receives the annular helical spring (5) in such a way that the latter forms two main sub-divisions extending in parallel to receive the mating insertion-type connector (4) and make contact with it.
- High-current insertion-type connector according to claim 1, characterised in that three annular helical springs (5) arranged one behind the other are provided in the mounting rail (1).
