Eine Verbesserung der Verankerung der Drahthäkchen im Garniturträger wird erreicht durch eine Verstärkung des Garniturträgers. Grundsätzlich sind die Festigkeiten eines Garniturträgers in deren Längs- oder Querrichtung verschieden aufgrund des strukturellen Aufbaus aus einzelnen Fasern oder Garnen, wobei Garne auch in Form von Zwirnen verwendet werden. Eine Bestimmung der Festigkeiten in Längs- oder Querrichtung erfolgt durch die Messung der sogenannten Höchstzugkraft. In der Fachwelt wird bei der Bestimmung der Höchstzugkräfte unterschieden zwischen einer Gewebeprüfung und einer Vliesstoffprüfung. Dabei erfolgt die Gewebeprüfung nach der Norm DIN EN ISO 13934-1 und die Vliesstoffprüfung nach der Norm DIN EN 29073 Teil 3.An improvement of the anchoring of the wire hooks in the clothing carrier is achieved by a reinforcement of the clothing carrier. Diese quer zur Kraftrichtung liegenden Fasern oder Garnen erstrecken sich in Längsrichtung des Garniturträgers und bestimmen aufgrund dessen die Höchstzugkraft in Längsrichtung eines Garniturträgers. Um eine gewünschte Flexibilität der Verankerung der Garnituren zu erreichen ist eine Verbindung dieser quer zur Kraftrichtung liegenden Fasern oder Garnen in der quer dazu liegenden Richtung entsprechend schwächer auszuführen. Zur Verankerung von Garnituren sollte demnach ein Garniturträger eine Höchstzugkraft in Längsrichtung aufweisen, welche grösser ist als eine Höchstzugkraft in dessen Querrichtung. In Figur 1 ist ein bekannter Garniturstreifen 1 aus einem Garniturträger 3 mit eingesetzter flexibler Garnitur 2 schematisch dargestellt. Der Garniturträger 3 ist aus mehreren gewobenen Textilschichten zu einem Gewebeverbund zusammengesetzt. Die einzelnen gewobenen Textilschichten werden durch Bindemittel oder durch Vulkanisieren mit Kautschuk oder synthetischem Kautschuk zusammengehalten. Anstelle der gezeigten gewobenen Textilschichten ist auch ein Aufbau aus einem oder mehreren Vliesstoffen bekannt. Auf der Seite der Garnitur 2 ist auf dem Garniturträger 3 in der Regel eine Deckschicht oder ein Überzug 5 angebracht. Dieser Überzug 5 dient der Verbesserung der Oberflächeneigenschaften bezüglich Schmutzabweisung und Faserreibung. Die durch den Garniturträger 3 durchgestochenen Drahthäkchen 4 werden im Garniturträger 3 gehalten und bilden mit ihren aus dem Garniturträger 3 herausragenden Spitzen die Garnitur 2. Die Drahthäkchen 4 werden im Betrieb stark beansprucht und sind entsprechend im mehrlagigen Garniturträger 3 verankert. Die Beanspruchung der Drahthäkchen 4 erfolgt dabei im Einsatz des Garniturstreifens 1 in Arbeitsrichtung A der Garnituren 2. Die Arbeitsrichtung A kann, wie in Figur 1 gezeigt, entgegen oder auch mit den Drahthäkchen 4 erfolgen, je nach Einsatzgebiet und Funktion der Garnituren 2. Die Arbeitsrichtung A entspricht jedoch immer der Richtung der Breite B des Garniturträgers 3. Flexible Garnituren 2, wie auch halbstarre Garnituren, werden meist in Streifen mit einer bestimmten Breite B und einer Länge L gefertigt und in so genannten Deckeln eingesetzt. Die Höhe H eines derartigen Garniturträgers 3 ist ebenfalls abhängig vom Einsatzgebiet und der notwendigen Verankerung der Garnitur 2.In FIG. 1 a known clothing strip 1 from a clothing carrier 3 with inserted flexible clothing 2 is shown schematically. Der Garniturstreifen 1 und damit auch der Garniturträger 3 weisen eine Längsrichtung 6 und eine Querrichtung 7 auf, wobei die Querrichtung 7 des Garniturstreifens 1, respektive des Garniturträgers 3, der Arbeitsrichtung A der Garnitur entspricht. Die Krafteinwirkung auf die Garnitur erfolgt in Arbeitsrichtung und damit in Querrichtung 7 des Garniturträgers 3.
Der Garniturträger 3 weist eine Höchstzugkraft FL in Längsrichtung 6 und eine Höchstzugkraft FQ in Querrichtung 7 auf. Der Garniturträger 3 ist in seinen technischen Eigenschaften so angelegt, dass die Höchstzugkraft FL in Längsrichtung 6 grösser ist als die Höchstzugkraft FQ in Querrichtung 7.

Claims (8)

  1. A clothing strip (1) for flexible or semi-rigid clothings (2) for processing fiber material with a clothing carrier (3) and wire hooks (4), wherein the clothing carrier (3) has a longitudinal direction (6) and a transverse direction (7), and the transverse direction (7) corresponds to a working direction (A) of the clothing (2), characterized in that the clothing carrier (3) exhibits a maximum tensile force (FL) in the longitudinal direction (6) which is greater than a maximum tensile force (FQ) in the transverse direction(7).
