Claims (10)

  1. Stanzwerkzeug (1) zum Stanzen einer Chipsteckkarte aus einer Trägerschicht, wobei das Stanzwerkzeug dazu ausgebildet ist, mit einer Matrize oder einer Auflage für die Trägerschicht zusammenzuarbeiten, wobei das Stanzwerkzeug eine Kante (20) zum Begrenzen zumindest eines Teils eines Umfangs der Steckkarte aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stanzwerkzeug ferner eine Schneidkante (24) aufweist, so dass beim Gebrauch die Kante (20) des Stanzwerkzeuges zum Stanzen zumindest des Teils des Umfangs in Kombination mit der Schneidkante (24) verwendet wird, um die Flächen zu schneiden, die nicht vom Werkzeug gestanzt werden, wobei die Schneidkante teilweise durch die Tiefe der Trägerschicht geht, wodurch Verbindungen zwischen der Steckkarte und einem Hauptkörper der Trägerschicht verbleiben, so dass die Steckkarte an den Verbindungen an der Trägerschicht befestigt bleibt, wobei die Schneidkante (24) relativ zur Kante (20) des Stanzwerkzeugs einstellbar ist.
  2. Stanzwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Kante (20) des Stanzwerkzeugs (1) eine geradlinige Form aufweist.
  3. Stanzwerkzeug nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Stanzwerkzeug im Wesentlichen eine rechteckige Form mit abgerundeten Ecken (25) aufweist.
  4. Stanzwerkzeug nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei die Kante des Stanzwerkzeugs Ausschnitte (22) entlang dreier Seiten der geradlinigen Form aufweist.
  5. Stanzwerkzeug nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Ausschnitte (22) eine oder mehrere Klingen (23) aufnehmen, deren Schneidkante (24) von der Kante (20) des Stanzwerkzeugs zurück versetzt ist.
  6. Stanzwerkzeug nach einem vorangehenden Anspruch, wobei die Schneidkante (24) abgeschrägt ist.
  7. Stanzwerkzeug nach einem vorangehenden Anspruch, wobei die Trägerschicht ausgewählt ist aus einem Kunststoffmaterial, einem Kunststoff- und Papierverbundmaterial oder einem Papierverbundmaterial.
  8. Stanzwerkzeug nach einem vorangehenden Anspruch, wobei die Chipsteckkarte eine ID-1-Karte ist.
  9. Verfahren zum Stanzen einer Chipsteckkarte aus einer Trägerschicht, wobei eine Trägerschicht zwischen einem Stanzwerkzeug und einer Matrize positioniert ist, die die Trägerschicht trägt, wobei das Stanzwerkzeug (1), das eine Kante (20) zum Stanzen einer Prägung um zumindest einen Teil eines Umfangs der Chipsteckkarte aufweist, zur Trägerschicht gebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stanzwerkzeug ferner eine Schneidkante (24) aufweist, so dass die Kante (20) des Stanzwerkzeugs gemeinsam mit der Schneidkante (24) zum Schneiden der Flächen arbeitet, die nicht von dem Werkzeug gestanzt werden, wobei die Schneidkante teilweise durch die Tiefe der Trägerschicht schneidet, wodurch Verbindungen zwischen der Steckkarte und einem Hauptkörper der Trägerschicht verbleiben, so dass die Steckkarte durch die Verbindungen, die zerbrechlich sind, an der Trägerschicht gehalten wird, wobei die Schneidkante (24) relativ zur Kante (20) des Stanzwerkzeugs einstellbar ist, so dass die Tiefe des teilweisen Schnitts eingestellt werden kann.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 zum Erzeugen eines Datenträgers und insbesondere einer ID-1 Karte.
