Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Niedrigviskose W/O -Emulsionen mit einem Gehalt an einem oder mehreren Glucosylglyceriden und einem oder mehreren Elektrolyten.
Insbesondere betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung Wirkstoffe und kosmetische oder dermatologische Zubereitungen, solche Wrkstoffkombinationen enthaltend.
Insbesondere betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung kosmetische Zubereitungen mit einem Gehalt an Substanzen welche die Hautfeuchtigkeit steigern.
Die äußerste Schicht der Epidermis, das Stratum corneum (Hornschicht), ist als wichtige Barriereschicht von besonderer Bedeutung u.a. für den Schutz vor Umwelteinflüssen und Austrocknung. Die Hornschicht wird im Kontakt mit der Umwelt ständig abgenutzt und muß deshalb ununterbrochen erneuert werden.
Ein heute in der Fachwelt weitverbreitetes Hautmodell faßt das Stratum corneum als Zwei-Komponenten-System, ähnlich einer Ziegelsteinmauer (Ziegelstein-Mörtel- Modell), auf. In diesem Modell entsprechen die Korneozyten (Hornzellen) den Ziegelsteinen, die kompliziert zusammengesetzte Lipidmembran in den Interzellularräumen entspricht dem Mörtel.
Außer ihrer Barrierewirkung gegen externe chemische und physikalische Einflüsse tragen die epidermalen Lipide auch zum Zusammenhalt der Hornschicht bei und haben Einfluß auf die Hautglätte. Im Gegensatz zu den Talgdrüsenlipiden, die keinen geschlossenen Film auf der Haut ausbilden, sind die epidermalen Lipide über die gesamte Hornschicht verteilt. Das äußerst komplexe Zusammenwirken der feuchtigkeitsbindenden Substanzen und der Lipide der oberen Hautschichten ist für die Regulation der Hautfeuchte sehr wichtig. Daher enthalten Kosmetika in der Regel, neben ausgewogenen Lipidabmischungen und Wasser, wasserbindende Substanzen. Hierzu zählen u.a. Polyole wie Glycerin, Sorbit und Xylit, ethoxylierte Polyole sowie hydrolysierte Proteine. Weitere Anwendung finden die im natürlichen Feuchthaltefaktor (sogenannter Natural Moisturizing Factor = NMF) enthaltenen Substanzen, wie z.B. Harnstoff, Kohlenhydrate (z. B. Glucose) und Aminosäuren (z. B. Serin). Diese Substanzen sind daher für die Pflegeleistung eines kosmetischen Produktes von besonderer Bedeutung, insbesondere auch aufgrund ihrer relativ guten Haut- und Schleimhautverträglichkeit.
Übliche kosmetische und dermatologische Zubereitungsformen sind W/O- Emulsionen.
W/O-Emulsionen müssen in aller Regel mit Elektrolyten stabilisiert werden, damit ein„Aussalzen" von hydrophilen Emulgatorbestandteilen gewährleistet wird.
Je hydrophiler ein W/O-Emulgator (HLB-Wert größer 4), desto mehr Salz muss eingesetzt werden. Ein hydrophiler W/O-Emulgator sorgt dafür, dass die Viskosität der Wasser-in-ÖI-Emulsion niedrig eingestellt werden kann, dadurch erzielt man eine bessere Verteilbarkeit und Einzugsfähigkeit in die Haut. Das bedingt eine schnelle Instabilität der W/O-Emulsion, so daß bisherige W/O-Emulsionen immer mit Emul- gatoren, die einen HLB unter 8 aufweisen, formuliert werden.
Üblicherweise werden die Konzentrationen aller Bestandteile einer kosmetischen oder dermatologischen Zubereitungen in solchen Einheiten wie Gewichts-%, Mol-% und dergleichen angegeben. Aufgrund ihrer mehr oder minder stark ausgeprägten Dissoziation in Kationen und Anionen, oftmals in mehreren Dissoziationsstufen, erscheint es zweckmäßiger für die Schilderung der vorliegenden Erfindung und ihres technischen Hintergrundes, von der lonenstärke eines gegebenen Elektrolyts in seiner Lösung auszugehen.

Es war nach all diesem überraschend und nicht vorhersehbar, daß kosmetische oder dermatologische W/O-Emulsionen mit einer Viskosität von 3500 bis 5000 mPas (gemessen bei 25°C) mit einem Gehalt an
(i) einem oder mehreren Glucosylglyceriden
(ii) einem oder mehreren W/O-Emulgatoren mit HLB-Werten größer als 8
(iii) höchstens 3 Gew.-% an einem oder mehreren W/O-Emulgatoren mit HLB- Werten kleiner als 8
(iv) einem oder mehreren Elektrolyten, in Konzentrationen dergestalt, die wäßrige Phase eine lonenstärke von mindestens 0,075 mol/l annimmt,
den Nachteilen des Standes der Technik abhelfen würde.
Durch die Kombination von Elektrolyten und Glycerylglucose, ist es möglich auch dünnflüssige W/O-Emulsionen mit einer Viskosität unterhalb von 4000 mPas lang- zeitstabil zu formulieren. Dadurch ist es möglich, auch W/O-Emulgatoren mit einem HLB-Wert oberhalb von 8 zu formulieren und dünnflüssige, sowie kosmetisch elegante W/O-Emulsionen zu rezeptieren.
Elektrolyte vorteilhaft gewählt aus der Gruppe
(1) der Salze mit folgenden Anionen: Chloride, anorganische Oxo-Element-Anio- nen, von diesen insbesondere Silikate, Sulfate, Carbonate, Phosphate, Borate und Aluminate. Auch auf organischen Anionen basierende Elektrolyte sind vorteilhaft, z.B. Lactate, Acetate, Benzoate, Propionate, Tartrate, Citrate, Aminosäuren und deren Salze und andere mehr. Vergleichbare Effekte sind auch durch Ethylendiamintetraessigsäure und deren Salze sowie Imidodibernsteinsäure und deren Salze zu erzielen. Als Kationen der Salze werden bevorzugt Ammonium-, Alkylammonium-, Alkalimetall-, Erdalkalimetall,- Calcium-, Magnesium-, Eisen- Cupfer- Aluminium- bzw. Zinkionen verwendet. Es bedarf an sich keiner Erwähnung, dass in Kosmetika nur physiologisch unbedenkliche Elektrolyte verwendet werden sollten. Besonders bevorzugt sind Kaliumchlorid, Kochsalz, Magnesiumsulfat, Zinksulfat, Natriumeitrate und Mischungen daraus.
Erfindungsgemäß werden der oder die Elektrolyte ferner vorteilhaft gewählt aus der Gruppe
(2) bestimmter wasserlöslicher, zumeist als Alkalisalze vorliegender wasserlösliche UV-Filtersubstanzen, insbesondere solche, die an ihrem Molekülgerüst eine oder mehrere Sulfonsäuregruppen bzw. Sulfonatgruppen tragen:

S03H SO3H und ihre Salze, besonders die entsprechenden Natrium-, Kalium- oder Triethanol- ammonium-Salze, insbesondere das Phenylen-1 ,4-bis-(2-benzimidazyl)-3,3'-5,5'- tetrasulfonsäure-bis-natriumsalz
mit der INCI-Bezeichnung Bisimidazylate, welches beispielsweise unter der Handelsbezeichnung Neo Heliopan® AP bei Haarmann & Reimer erhältlich ist.
Erfindungsgemäß werden der oder die Elektrolyte weiterhin vorteilhaft gewählt aus der Gruppe
(3) der Aminosäuren und deren Salze bzw. deren Anionen. Aminosäuren sind Bestandteil des natürlichen Feuchtigkeitsfaktors (der sogenannte Natural Moisturizing Factor). Der Zusatz von Aminosäuren, insbesondere essentieller Aminosäuren, ist als vorteilhaft anzusehen, da über Hydratationsvorgänge Feuchtigkeit in der Haut gebunden werden kann.
Aminosäuren mit besonders vorteilhafter kosmetischer bzw. dermatologischer Wirkung sind Glycin, Alanin, Valin, Leucin, Isoleucin, Phenylalanin, Tyrosin, Prolin, Hy- droxyprolin, Serin, Threonin, Cystein, Methionin, Tryptophan, Arginin.
Erfindungsgemäß werden der oder die Elektrolyte weiter vorteilhaft gewählt aus der Gruppe
(4) der kosmetisch und dermatologisch relevanten α-Hydroxycarbonsäuren, a- Ketocarbonsäuren und ß-Hydroxycarbonsäuren und insbesondere deren Salze, wobei die Kationen vorteilhaft gewählt werden können aus der Gruppe Ammonium, - Alkylammonium,- Alkalimetall-, Erdalkalimetall,- Magnesium-, Eisen- bzw. ausbildet und wobei die α-Hydroxycarbonsäuren oder die ß-Hydroxycarbonsäuren oder die a-Ke- tocarbonsäuren gegebenenfalls in Form ihrer physiologisch verträglichen Salze vorliegen können.
Es folgen vorteilhaft im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung zu verwendende a- Hydroxycarbonsäuren, ß-Hydroxycarbonsäuren und α-Ketocarbonsäuren, wobei diese auch stellvertretend für ihre Salze bzw. Anionen aufgeführt werden:
Die Salicylsäure (auch 2-Hydroxybenzoesäure, Spirsäure), welche durch die Struktur
gekennzeichnet ist. Bekanntermaßen wirkt Salicylsäure antibakteriell und keratolytisch und ist Bestandteil mancher kosmetischen oder pharmazeutischen Zubereitungen.
Die den erfindungsgemäß verwendeten α-Hydroxycarbonsäuren werden vorteilhaft gewählt aus folgenden Substanzklassen:
(a2) α-Hydroxyfettsäuren, wobei diese wiederum besonders vorteilhaft aus der
Gruppe der C10-18-Alkylcarbonsäuren gewählt werden,
(a3) α-Hydroxyzuckersäuren, aliphatische a-Hydroxyfruchtsäuren,
(a4) unsubstituierte aromatische α-Hydroxycarbonsäuren (z.B. Mandelsäure) bzw.
(a5) substituierte aromatische a-Hydroxycarbonsäuren.
Die unter Punkt (a2) fallenden α-Hydroxyfettsäuren werden besonders vorteilhaft gewählt aus der Gruppe
α-Hydroxycarbonsäuren, gemäß der Formel
und/oder α-Hydroxy-isocarbonsäuren, gemäß der Formel
α-Hydroxy-anteisocarbonsäuren, gemäß der Formel
wobei n jeweils eine Zahl von 7 bis 31 darstellt.
Vorteilhaft ist weiter, Gemische solcher aliphatischen α-Hydroxycarbonsäuren, insbesondere in Form von Wollwachssäuregemischen zu verwenden, in welchen der Gehalt an a-Hydroxycarbonsäuren 20 - 30 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die Gesamtzusammensetzung beträgt.
Die unter Punkt (a3) fallenden α-Hydroxyzuckersäuren werden besonders vorteilhaft gewählt aus der Gruppe der
Aldonsäuren, z.B. Gluconsäure, Galactonsäure
Aldarsäuren, z.B. Glucarsäure, Galactarsäure (aber auch die Fruchtsäure Weinsäure, die ebenfalls unter die Definition der Aldarsäure fällt)
Uronsäuren, z.B. Glucuronsäure, Galacturonsäure
Glycerinsäure
Die unter Punkt (a3) fallenden aliphatischen α-Hydroxyfruchtsäuren werden besonders vorteilhaft gewählt aus der Gruppe Äpfelsäure, Milchsäure, Citronensäure, Weinsäure.
Äpfelsäure (Hydroxybernsteinsäure) ist durch folgende chemische Struktur gekennzeichnet:

Bekanntermaßen wird Citronensäure zur Pufferung kosmetischer und/oder dermatologischer Zubereitungen, aber auch als Synergist für Antioxidantien in der Haut- und Haarkosmetik verwendet.
Weinsäure (Dihydroxybernsteinsäure) ist durch folgende chemische Struktur gekennzeichnet:

Bevorzugte α-Ketocarbonsäure ist die Brenztraubensäure (α-Oxopropansäure). Sie zeichnet sich durch folgende Struktur aus:

Die Höchstmenge der einzusetzenden Elektrolyte ist letztendlich abhängig von deren Löslichkeit in der wässrigen Phase. Grundsätzlich setzt die erfindungsgemäße Lehre aber keine Höchstmengen als Schranke, da es gegebenenfalls ja sogar vorteilhaft sein mag, aus welchen Gründen auch immer, einen über die Löslichkeit eines Elektrolyts hinausgehende zusätzliche Menge dieses Elektrolyts, beispielsweise als ungelösten Festkörper, in eine kosmetische oder dermatologische Zubereitung einzuarbeiten.
Bevorzugte Konzentration der hochethoxylierten Ester aus Polyol und Fettsäure ist 0,001 bis 10%, besonders bevorzugt 0,01-5%, besonders bevorzugt 0, 1 % - 3%. Vorteilhaft im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind Glucosylglyceride der allgemeinen Formel
und/oder der allgemeinen Formel
und/oder der allgemeinen Formel
und/oder der allgemeinen Formel
werden erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt.
Erfindungsgemäß sind solche Zubereitungen besonders vorteilhaft, die dadurch gekennzeichnet sind, daß das oder die Glucosylglycerid in der Wasser- und/oder Ölphase in Konzentrationen von 0,001 - 40,00 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,005 - 15,00 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,01 - 12,00 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung, vorliegen.
Es ist erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft, das molare Verhältnis von einem oder mehreren Glucosylglyceriden zu einem oder mehreren hochethoxylierten Estern aus Polyolen und Fettsäuren aus dem Bereich von 100 : 1 bis 1 : 100 , bevorzugt 50 : 1 bis 1 : 50, insbesondere bevorzugt 20 : 1 bis 1 : 20 zu wählen.
Entsprechend der erfindungsgemäßen Verwendung sind die Zubereitungen besonders vorteilhaft dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oder die einem oder mehreren hochethoxylierten Estern aus Polyolen und Fettsäuren in Konzentrationen von 0,01 - 10,00 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,05 - 5,00 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,1 - 3,00 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung, vorliegt oder vorliegen.
Entsprechend der erfindungsgemäßen Verwendung können die kosmetischen Des- odorantien in Form von Aerosolen, also aus Aerosolbehältern, Quetschflaschen oder durch eine Pumpvorrichtung versprühbaren Präparaten vorliegen oder in Form von mittels Roll-on-Vorrichtungen auftragbaren flüssigen Zusammensetzungen, als Deo-Stifte (Deo-Sticks) und in Form von aus normalen Flaschen und Behältern auftragbaren W/O- oder O/W-Emulsionen, z.B. Cremes oder Lotionen. Weiterhin können die kosmetischen Desodorantien vorteilhaft in Form von desodorierenden Tinkturen, desodorierenden Intimreinigungsmitteln, desodorierenden Shampoos, desodorierenden Dusch- oder Badezubereitungen, desodorierenden Pudern oder desodorierenden Pudersprays vorliegen.
Als übliche kosmetische Trägerstoffe zur Herstellung der desodorierenden Zubereitungen gemäß der erfindungsgemäßen Verwendung können neben Wasser, Ethanol und Isopropanol, Glycerin und Propylenglykol hautpflegende Fett- oder fettähnliche Stoffe, wie Ölsäuredecylester, Cetylalkohol, Cetylstearylalkohol und 2-Octyl- dodecanol, in den für solche Präparate üblichen Mengenverhältnissen eingesetzt werden sowie schleimbildende Stoffe und Verdickungsmittel, z.B. Hydroxyethyl- oder Hydroxypropylcellulose, Polyacrylsäure, Polyvinylpyrrolidon, daneben aber auch in kleinen Mengen cyclische Silikonöle (Polydimethylsiloxane) sowie flüssige Polymethylphenylsiloxane niedriger Viskosiät. Es ist ebenfalls vorteilhaft, den Zubereitungen im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung übliche Antioxidantien zuzufügen. Erfindungsgemäß können als günstige Antioxidantien alle für kosmetische und/oder dermatologische Anwendungen geeigneten oder gebräuchlichen Antioxidantien verwendet werden.
Die Menge der Antioxidantien (eine oder mehrere Verbindungen) in den Zubereitungen beträgt vorzugsweise 0,001 bis 30 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,05 - 20 Gew.-%, insbesondere 1 - 10 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung.
Sofern die kosmetische oder dermatologische Zubereitung im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung eine Lösung oder Emulsion oder Dispersion darstellt, können als Lösungsmittel verwendet werden:
Wasser oder wäßrige Lösungen
Öle, wie Triglyceride der Caprin- oder der Caprylsäure, vorzugsweise aber Rizinusöl;
Fette, Wachse und andere natürliche und synthetische Fettkörper, vorzugsweise Ester von Fettsäuren mit Alkoholen niedriger C-Zahl, z.B. mit Isopro- panol, Propylenglykol oder Glycerin, oder Ester von Fettalkoholen mit Alkansäuren niedriger C-Zahl oder mit Fettsäuren;
Alkohole, Diole oder Polyole niedriger C-Zahl, sowie deren Ether, vorzugsweise Ethanol, Isopropanol, Propylenglykol, Glycerin, Ethylenglykol, Ethy- lenglykolmonoethyl- oder -monobutylether, Propylenglykolmonomethyl, - monoethyl- oder -monobutylether, Diethylenglykolmonomethyl- oder -mono- ethylether und analoge Produkte.
Insbesondere werden Gemische der vorstehend genannten Lösungsmittel verwendet. Bei alkoholischen Lösungsmitteln kann Wasser ein weiterer Bestandteil sein.
Sofern die kosmetische oder dermatologische Zubereitung im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung eine Lösung oder Emulsion oder Dispersion darstellt, können als Lösungsmittel verwendet werden:
Wasser oder wäßrige Lösungen
Öle, wie Triglyceride der Caprin- oder der Caprylsäure, vorzugsweise aber Rizinusöl;
Fette, Wachse und andere natürliche und synthetische Fettkörper, vorzugsweise Ester von Fettsäuren mit Alkoholen niedriger C-Zahl, z.B. mit Isopro- panol, Propylenglykol oder Glycerin, oder Ester von Fettalkoholen mit Alkansäuren niedriger C-Zahl oder mit Fettsäuren;
Alkohole, Diole oder Polyole niedriger C-Zahl, sowie deren Ether, vorzugsweise Ethanol, Isopropanol, Propylenglykol, Glycerin, Ethylenglykol, Ethy- lenglykolmonoethyl- oder -monobutylether, Propylenglykolmonomethyl, - monoethyl- oder -monobutylether, Diethylenglykolmonomethyl- oder -mono- ethylether und analoge Produkte.
Insbesondere werden Gemische der vorstehend genannten Lösungsmittel verwendet. Bei alkoholischen Lösungsmitteln kann Wasser ein weiterer Bestandteil sein.
Als Treibmittel für aus Aerosolbehältern versprühbare kosmetische und/oder dermatologische Zubereitungen im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind die üblichen bekannten leichtflüchtigen, verflüssigten Treibmittel, beispielsweise Kohlenwasserstoffe (Propan, Butan, Isobutan) geeignet, die allein oder in Mischung miteinander eingesetzt werden können. Auch Druckluft ist vorteilhaft zu verwenden.
Natürlich weiß der Fachmann, daß es an sich nichttoxische Treibgase gibt, die grundsätzlich für die Verwirklichung der vorliegenden Erfindung in Form von Aerosolpräparaten geeignet wären, auf die aber dennoch wegen bedenklicher Wrkung auf die Umwelt oder sonstiger Begleitumstände verzichtet werden sollte, insbesondere Fluorkohlenwasserstoffe und Fluorchlorkohlenwasserstoffe (FCKW).
Kosmetische Zubereitungen im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung können auch als Gele vorliegen, die neben einem wirksamen Gehalt am erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoff und dafür üblicherweise verwendeten Lösungsmitteln, bevorzugt Wasser, noch organische Verdickungsmittel, z.B. Gummiarabikum, Xanthangummi, Natrium- alginat, Cellulose-Derivate, vorzugsweise Methylcellulose, Hydroxymethylcellulose, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Hydroxypropylcellulose, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose oder anorganische Verdickungsmittel, z. B. Aluminiumsilikate wie beispielsweise Ben- tonite, oder ein Gemisch aus Polyethylenglykol und Polyethylenglykolstearat oder - distearat, enthalten. Das Verdickungsmittel ist in dem Gel z.B. in einer Menge zwischen 0,1 und 30 Gew.-%, bevorzugt zwischen 0,5 und 15 Gew.-%, enthalten. Es folgen vorteilhafte Ausführungsbeispiele der vorliegenden Erfindung.

Claims

Patentansprüche:
1. Kosmetische oder dermatologische W/O-Emulsionen mit einer Viskosität von 3500 bis 5000 mPas (gemessen bei 25 °C) mit einem Gehalt an
(i) einem oder mehreren Glucosylglyceriden
(ii) einem oder mehreren W/O-Emulgatoren mit HLB- Werten größer als 8
(iii) höchstens 3 Gew.-% an einem oder mehreren W/O-Emulgatoren mit HLB- Werten kleiner als 8
(iv) einem oder mehreren Elektrolyten, in Konzentrationen dergestalt, die wäßrige Phase eine lonenstärke von mindestens 0,075 mol/l annimmt.
2 Kosmetische Zubereitungen gemäß Anspruch 4 in denen das oder die Glucosylglyceride in der Wasser- und/oder Ölphase in Konzentrationen von 0,001 - 40,00 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,005 - 15,00 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,01 - 12,00 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung, vorliegen.
3. W/O-Emulsionen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, in denen der oder die Elektrolyte gewählt wird oder werden aus der Gruppe der Salze mit folgenden Anionen: Lactate, Citrate, Chloride und Sulfate.
