Movement of the slider assembly into the groove rotates the latch bolt element 27 (see figures 18c and 18d ) so that the slider assembly 11 is free to move along the groove 12. The walls of the groove push against the latch bolt element angled surface 35 to rotate it against the torsion spring (not shown).

Claims (12)
- Appareil de support de personne comprenant une surface de support sensiblement rectangulaire et un élément de support de rail latéral au niveau d'au moins une extrémité de la surface de support, l'élément de support de rail latéral (3, 5) s'étendant à partir de la surface de support jusqu'au-dessus de la surface de support, l'élément de support (3, 5) ayant une première surface adjacente à et le long de la surface de support et dans lequel une seconde surface de l'élément de support (3, 5) qui est sensiblement transversale par rapport à la première surface et orientée à l'opposé de la surface de support a des moyens de réception (12) pour recevoir et supporter une extrémité d'un ensemble de rail latéral, l'ensemble de rail latéral (8) comprenant au moins un rail latéral sensiblement allongé (10) et des moyens de mise en prise (11) pour se mettre en prise avec et étant reçus par les moyens de réception (12), dans lequel lesdits moyens de mise en prise sont positionnés au niveau de ou vers une extrémité de l'ensemble de rail latéral allongé et sur une surface longitudinale de l'ensemble de rail latéral allongé, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de rail latéral peut être inséré et amovible de l'élément de support de rail latéral via un agencement de blocage.
- Appareil de support de personne selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la surface de support est sensiblement rectangulaire.
- Appareil de support de personne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'élément de support de rail latéral est un pied de lit (3) ou une tête de lit (5).
- Appareil de support de personne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un élément de support de rail latéral à chacune de deux extrémités opposées de la surface de support.
- Appareil de support de personne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les moyens de réception comprennent une rainure ou fente (12).
- Appareil de support de personne selon la revendication 5, dans lequel lesdits moyens de mise en prise comprennent au moins un élément en saillie (20, 21) pouvant se mettre en prise avec et pouvant coulisser le long de la rainure ou de la fente.
- Appareil de support de personne selon la revendication 5 ou la revendication 6, dans lequel l'élément de support de rail latéral comprend un pivot (17) adjacent à la rainure ou fente (12) et un élément de blocage (16) pouvant pivoter autour du pivot (17) entre une première position dans laquelle il bloque la rainure ou fente et une seconde position dans laquelle il ne bloque pas la rainure ni la fente.
- Appareil de support de personne selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le pivot (17) est sollicité vers la première position de blocage.
- Appareil de support de personne selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le pivot (17) est sollicité vers la première position de blocage par gravité.
- Appareil de support de personne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, dans lequel l'élément de blocage (16) est agencé de sorte qu'il bloque la rainure (12) jusqu'à ou à moins qu'une force de déblocage n'y soit appliquée.
- Appareil de support de personne selon la revendication 10, dans lequel l'élément de support de rail latéral (3, 5) comprend une butée pour maintenir l'élément de blocage en place dans la première position, et dans lequel l'élément de blocage est sollicité vers la première position.
- Appareil de support de personne selon la revendication 11, dans lequel l'élément de blocage est sollicité vers la première position par son propre poids et/ou un ressort de sollicitation.
