Claims (7)
- Ein Dehnungsgreifer zum Tragen von Rollen, umfassend:- eine Hohlwelle (2), an deren einem Ende eine Nabe (3) angebracht ist;- eine Buchse (8), die fest mit der Nabe (3) verbunden und mit einer Vielzahl von Durchgangsöffnungen (9) versehen ist, geeignet, um Einsätze (10) unterzubringen, die als Greifelemente des Greifers dienen;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er weiterhin umfasst:- eine Hülse (5), die so montiert ist, dass sie entlang einer Achse (X) auf besagter Nabe (3) mit einem ersten Innenabschnitt (6) und einem zweiten Außenabschnitt (7), die gegenseitig koaxial sind, gleiten, wobei besagte Hülse (5) fest mit einem Stab (15) verbunden ist, der in der Welle (2) untergebracht ist; wobei besagter zweiter Abschnitt (7) mit Durchgangsöffnungen (14) versehen ist, geeignet, um die gleiche Anzahl an Rollmitteln (13) unterzubringen, die zwischen der Außenfläche der besagten Nabe (3) und der Unterfläche der besagten Einsätze (10) eingefügt sind; wobei besagte Flächen mit Profilen (11, 12) versehen sind, geeignet, um mit besagten Rollmitteln (13) zusammenzuarbeiten, um die Bewegung der besagten Einsätze (10) von einer geschlossenen Position, in der sie sich innerhalb der Umrisse der Buchse (8) zurückziehen, zu einer offenen Position, in der sie aus der besagten Buchse (8) hervorspringen, zu kontrollieren;- elastische Mittel (16), die im ersten Innenabschnitt (6) der besagten Hülse (5) untergebracht sind, angeordnet zwischen einem Boden (18) des besagten ersten Abschnitts (6) und einer Abdeckung (17), die fest mit der Buchse (8) verbunden ist, wobei die elastischen Mittel (16) auf den besagten zweiten Abschnitt (7) der Hülse (5) einwirken, wobei besagte elastische Mittel den besagten zweiten Abschnitt (7) in eine Position bringen, in der die Rollmittel mit Rippen (11a, 12a) der Profile (11, 12) ausgerichtet sind, d.h. in der sich die Einsätze (10) in der offenen Position befinden; wobei besagter Stab (15) entlang der Achse (X) gleiten kann, um der Kraft der besagten elastischen Mittel (16) entgegenzuwirken, und besagten zweiten Abschnitt (7) der Hülse (5) in eine Position bringen kann, in der die Rollmittel mit Einbuchtungen (11b, 12b) der Profile (11,12) ausgerichtet sind, d.h. in der sich die Einsätze (10) in der geschlossenen Position befinden.
- Der Dehnungsgreifer gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass besagte Profile (11, 12), die jeweils auf der Außenfläche der besagten Nabe (3) und auf der Unterfläche der besagten Einsätze (10) angebracht sind, Rippen (11a, 12a) umfassen, die mit den Einbuchtungen (11b, 12b) abwechseln.
- Der Dehnungsgreifer gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass besagte Rollmittel (13) Bälle sind.
- Der Dehnungsgreifer gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass besagte Rollmittel (13) Rollen sind, die die mit ihren Achsen senkrecht zur Achse (X). angeordnet sind.
- Der Dehnungsgreifer gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass besagte Profile (11, 12) aus einer Vielzahl von nebeneinander liegenden Einschnitten von konischer Form bestehen.
- Der Dehnungsgreifer gemäß einem jeglichen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche von 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Rücklaufmittel vorgesehen sind, geeignet, um ein vollständiges Zurückziehen der Einsätze (10) in die Umrisse der Buchse (8) zu ermöglichen, wenn die Rollmittel (13) mit den Einbuchtungen (11b, 12b) der Profile (11,12) ausgerichtet sind.
- Der Dehnungsgreifer gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass besagte Rücklaufmittel Torsionsfedern (20) umfassen, die auf Stiften (21) untergebracht sind, die in der Buchse (8) untergebracht und parallel zur Achse (X) angeordnet sind, wobei besagte Federn mit herausragenden Enden (22) versehen sind, untergebracht in den Sitzen (23), die in den Seiten der Einsätze (10) beigebracht wurden.
