Description
- La présente invention a pour objet un appareil de perforation d'une nappe en un matériau souple, en particulier de nappes en PVC (chlorure de polyvinyle) utilisées pour réaliser des fausses parois tendues.
- Dans les fausses parois tendues, telles que faux-plafonds ou faux-murs, on a récemment développé des fausses parois perforées qui présentent des propriétés acoustiques fort intéressantes, aux fins de réduire le bruit dans des grands volumes ou de jouer sur certaines fréquences afin de faciliter la propagation du son, par exemple dans des salles de conférence ou de concert.
- A cette fin, la nappe de base de ces fausses parois tendues, généralement constituées d'un film de PVC, sont munies de microperforations dont le diamètre et la densité peuvent varier en fonction des propriétés acoustiques recherchées. Ainsi par exemple, le diamètre des perforations peut être compris entre 0,1 mm et 4 mm, leur densité étant comprise entre 10000 et 500000 perforations/m2, avec une distribution régulière et uniforme. En outre, si habituellement une nappe présente un seul type de perforations, de telles nappes à propriété acoustique peuvent combiner une ou plusieurs distributions de perforations différentes.
- Aujourd'hui ces nappes perforées sont obtenues avec un appareil de perforation par aiguille montée sur une tête mobile en déplacement au-dessus de la nappe.
- Face à l'engouement marqué pour ces produits acoustiques et un besoin de production accru, un tel système n'est plus adapté pour produire des quantités importantes de nappes perforées de façon rapide, fiable et économique.
- On connaît également du brevet
US3126777 un appareil de perforation d'une nappe selon le préambule de la revendication 1. - La présente invention vise donc à proposer un nouveau moyen de production de nappes en matériau souple perforées qui soit fiable et économique.
- A cet égard, la présente invention a pour objet un appareil de perforation d'une nappe en un matériau souple comprenant au moins un cylindre d'alimentation apte à délivrer la nappe en continu remarquable en ce que ledit appareil comporte au moins un cylindre de perforation dont la surface est munie d'excroissances perforatrices distribuées de manière prédéfinie, lequel cylindre de perforation est associé à une contrepartie, destinée à assurer le plaquage constant et régulier de la nappe en contact tangentiel du cylindre de perforation.
- On comprend bien que cet appareil peut être alimenté en continu avec une nappe souple se présentant en rouleau et que la rotation contrôlée du cylindre de perforation, en synchronisation avec la vitesse d'avancement de la nappe tangentiellement audit rouleau permet une perforation régulière et uniforme de la nappe. En outre, selon une variante préférée, le cylindre de perforation est monté de manière interchangeable, ce qui permet d'utiliser le même appareil pour produire les différents types de nappes perforées, en fonction de la demande.
- D'autres avantages et caractéristiques ressortiront mieux de la description détaillée qui va suivre.
- Selon une caractéristique essentielle de l'invention, l'appareil de perforation d'une nappe en un matériau souple comporte au moins un cylindre de perforation dont la surface est munie d'excroissances perforatrices distribuées de manière prédéfinie, lequel cylindre de perforation est associé à une contrepartie, destinée à assurer le plaquage constant et régulier de la nappe en contact tangentiel du cylindre de perforation, l'appareil comportant en outre un dispositif de récupération des déchets de perforation lequel combine un soufflage d'air et une aspiration est placé à l'aval du cylindre de perforation et de la contrepartie et agencé avec ces derniers pour faciliter le décollage de la découpe formée dans la nappe du trou perforé associé.
- En outre, l'appareil comprend au moins un cylindre d'alimentation apte à délivrer la nappe en continu.
- Dans le présent texte, par nappe en matériau souple, on désigne en particulier des nappes en matériau textile, en carton ou encore en film polymère synthétique, plus particulièrement du polychlorure de vinyle (PVC).
- Si la nappe doit être produite avec deux ou plus types de perforations, soit le cylindre de perforation comportera deux types ou plus d'excroissances perforatrices, soit on disposera consécutivement plusieurs ensembles de perforation, chacun réalisant un type de perforation souhaité.
- Selon une variante d'exécution préférée, la contrepartie est un cylindre en matériau rigide recouvert d'un revêtement souple. Un tel revêtement doit pouvoir être en contact des excroissances perforatrices, voire pénétré par celles-ci, sans être détérioré.
- Ce revêtement est ainsi avantageusement pris parmi : feutrine, mousse de polymère synthétique.
- Selon une autre variante préférée, le cylindre de perforation est entrainé par un moteur. L'entrainement sera alors synchronisé avec la vitesse de défilement tangentielle de la nappe et aussi avec le cylindre d'alimentation. Selon une autre variante, le cylindre de perforation est monté libre en rotation, entrainé alors par avancement de la nappe accrochée sur ses excroissances perforatrices.
- De même, le cylindre de la contrepartie est monté libre en rotation ou entrainé de façon synchrone avec la rotation du cylindre de perforation. Les deux cylindres sont contrarotatifs.
- Selon une caractéristique avantageuse, la contrepartie est montée mobile par rapport au cylindre de perforation afin de pouvoir ajuster la distance entre leurs surfaces respectives et permettre ainsi le positionnement initial d'une extrémité de la toile sur le rouleau de perforation puis de la plaquer sur celui-ci au moyen de la contrepartie.
- Selon une autre caractéristique, les excroissances perforatrices du cylindre de perforation sont prise parmi : pointes, cylindres avec une extrémité concave aux bords tranchants. On réalise ainsi des perforations en forme de disque bien définis.
- Avantageusement, la surface latérale des excroissances est anti-adhésive, afin de faciliter leur dégagement de la nappe après perforation.
- Selon une variante préférée, la distance séparant le sommet des excroissances perforatrices avec la surface du cylindre de perforation est au moins égale à 105% de l'épaisseur de la nappe en matériau souple à perforer. On s'assure ainsi que la nappe est bien traversée de part en part par les excroissances de perforation.
- L'appareil comporte en outre un dispositif de récupération des déchets de perforation combinant un soufflage d'air et une aspiration. Ce dispositif est placé juste à l'aval de l'ensemble de perforationpour faciliter le décollage de la découpe de son trou perforé.
- L'appareil selon l'invention sera avantageusement utilisé pour produire des nappes perforées en PVC qui serviront à réaliser des fausses parois tendues avec propriétés acoustiques.
Claims (9)
- Appareil de perforation d'une nappe en un matériau souple comprenant au moins un cylindre d'alimentation apte à délivrer la nappe en continu et au moins un cylindre de perforation dont la surface est munie d'excroissances perforatrices distribuées de manière prédéfinie, lequel cylindre de perforation est associé à une contrepartie, destinée à assurer le plaquage constant et régulier de la nappe en contact tangentiel du cylindre de perforation, l'appareil comportant en outre un dispositif de récupération des déchets de perforation par aspiration caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de récupération des déchets de perforation combinant un soufflage d'air avec l'aspiration est placé à l'aval du cylindre de perforation et de la contrepartie et agencé avec ces derniers pour faciliter le décollage de la découpe formée dans la nappe du trou perforé associé.
- Appareil selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la contrepartie est un cylindre en matériau rigide recouvert d'un revêtement souple.
- Appareil selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que le revêtement souple de la contrepartie est pris parmi : feutrine, mousse de polymère synthétique.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de perforation est entrainé par un moteur.
- Appareil selon la revendication précédente en son rattachement à la revendication 2 ou 3 caractérisé en ce que cylindre de la contrepartie est monté libre en rotation ou entrainé de façon synchrone avec la rotation du cylindre de perforation.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que la contrepartie est montée mobile par rapport au cylindre de perforation afin de pouvoir ajuster la distance entre leurs surfaces respectives et permettre ainsi le positionnement initial d'une extrémité de la toile sur le cylindre de perforation puis de la plaquer sur celui-ci au moyen de la contrepartie.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les excroissances perforatrices sont prise parmi : pointes, cylindres avec une extrémité concave aux bords tranchants.
- Appareil selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que la distance séparant le sommet des excroissances perforatrices avec la surface du cylindre de perforation est au moins égale à 105% de l'épaisseur de la nappe en matériau souple à perforer.
- Utilisation de l'appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes pour réaliser des fausses parois tendues avec propriétés acoustiques réalisées sur la base de nappes de PVC perforées.
