Description

In the openings disclosed in the second-mentioned document are ventilation openings, which are intended to ventilate the space below the cover. Also, this document gives no indication to give through the openings a liquid. The present invention is based on the object of specifying a possibility for cleaning, in particular intermediate cleaning, as well as for disinfecting a urinal, in particular a dry urinal.

The object is achieved with the features of claim 1.

The use according to the invention has the advantage that a simple and reliable possibility for dispensing a cleaning / or disinfecting liquid to the pelvic surface of a urinal, in the drain opening of the insert according to the invention is inserted, created. In particular, the use according to the invention may advantageously also be designed such that already existing urinals, in particular dry urinals, can be retrofitted in such a way that it is possible to dispense a cleaning and / or disinfecting liquid onto the pool surface, preferably electronically controlled.

The use of the invention also has the advantage that the urinal except the drain opening no further openings in the pool surface through which the cleaning and / or disinfecting liquid may be introduced must have.
