Gleichwohl befindet sich der Schneidring 3 bei geöffnetem Schraubdeckel 4 in einer so tiefen Stellung, dass die in das Packungsinnere geklappte Stützwand 16 durch den Schneidring 3 beim Gießvorgang am Zurückklappen gehindert wird. Sowohl die Stützwand 16 als auch der Flansch 5' sind an ihrer Unterseite mit der Barrierefolie 18 bedeckt. Der abgewinkelte Flansch 5" kann an seiner Außenseite mit der Verpackung 6 verbunden werden. Die Barrierefolie 18 ist mit dem Flansch 5 und mit der Stützwand 16 versiegelt, was durch eine Siegelung 23 dargestellt ist. Unter der Siegelung 23 wird eine stoffschlüssige Verbindung, insbesondere eine Verschweißung oder Verklebung verstanden. Im Bereich der Trennstelle 17 ist die Barrierefolie 18 nicht mit dem Grundkörper 2 versiegelt. Die Siegelung 23 weist also im Bereich der Trennstelle 17 eine Lücke auf. Dieser Bereich wird als ungesiegelter Bereich 24 bezeichnet. Die Schneide 14 kann die Trennstelle 17 wesentlich leichter durchtrennen, wenn die Barrierefolie 18 im Bereich der Trennstelle 17 nicht mit dem Grundkörper 2 versiegelt ist. Zudem kann der Schneidring 3 die Stützwand 16 leichter in das Innere der Verpackung 6 klappen, wenn in dem als Scharnier stehengebliebenen Bereich zwischen Grundkörper 2 und Stützwand 16 keine Siegelung 23 erfolgt ist. Ebenso ist in Fig. 5 erkennbar, dass die Barrierefolie 18 bis zum äußeren Rand des Flansches 5 mit dem Flansch 5 versiegelt ist. Claims (14)

  1. Reclosable pouring element (1) for liquids filled in packages (6), in particular liquid foods, comprising:
    - a base body (2), comprising a pouring opening (7), an external thread (9) and a flange (5, 5") for connection to the package (6),
    - a cutting ring (3) arranged in the pouring opening (7), which comprises at least one cutting edge (14) and a projection (13), and
    - a screw cap (4), which comprises an internal thread (11) and at least one catch (12), which transmits the rotational force that occurs during the opening of the screw cap (4) to the projection (13) of the cutting ring (13),
    wherein the pouring opening (7) is closed by a barrier film (18),
    characterised in that the base body (2) comprises a support wall (16) in the lower region of the pouring opening (7), against which the barrier foil (18) rests, and in that the underside of the flange (5) and the underside of the support wall (16) are covered by the barrier film (18).
  2. Reclosable pouring element according to claim 1, characterised in that the base body (2) and the support wall (16) are formed integrally.
  3. Reclosable pouring element according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the support wall (16) and the flange (5, 5') are arranged in one plane.
  4. Reclosable pouring element according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the support wall (16) is connected to the base body (2) by at least one separation point (17).
  5. Reclosable pouring element according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the separation point (17) is formed by a web, material bridge or circumferential thin spot.
  6. Reclosable pouring element according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the barrier foil (18) rests against the support wall (16) and the flange (5, 5').
  7. Reclosable pouring element according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that in the area of the support wall (16) and in the area of the flange (5, 5') the barrier foil (18) is sealed, in particular welded, to the base body (2).
  8. Reclosable pouring element according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that in the area of the separating point (17) the barrier foil (18) is not sealed to the base body (2).
  9. Reclosable pouring element according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the barrier foil (18) comprises at least one barrier layer, in particular a barrier layer of EVOH, AlOx or SiOx.
  10. Reclosable pouring element according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the barrier foil (18) is in the form of a multilayered or multiply foil, in particular as laminate.
  11. Reclosable pouring element according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the barrier foil (18) is gas-tight and/or liquid-tight.
  12. Reclosable pouring element according to any one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the screw cap (4) in the mounted position is connected to the base body (2) via a material bridge (22) in the form of a predetermined breaking point.
  13. Reclosable pouring element according to any one of claims 1 to 12, characterised in that the base body (2) comprises an internal thread (8).
  14. Reclosable pouring element according to any one of claims 1 to 13, characterised in that the cutting ring (3) has an external thread (10).
