Definitions

  • the invention relates to a machine executed method for synchronization of a shopping event comprising a network and multiple clients that are connected to the network. Furthermore, the invention relates to a device for forming a crosslinking. So far, consumers are disorganized lone fighters (each buys on their own, with few exceptions) highly organized consumer goods producers and their professional sellers. Today's market is dominated by sellers and their offers; he is a seller's market, a supply market. The sellers act according to the principle of "divide and rule": Each customer is addressed as a single individual who alone / isolated and thereby powerless faces the supply market.
  • the current social networks are not aligned with their intension and functionality to explore common (economic, organizational) interests and goals, to grasp, to reveal to the community and to pursue together for each individual advantage.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a method and a device which organizes and makes the purchase of products or services from more than one person via a network, each person acquiring an individual product.
  • the buying process starts from the person who buys and is controlled by the buying person. It's a shopping-centric process. The process is not from the seller, it is not Sales-centric process.
  • the instrument is a shopping instrument, not a selling instrument.
  • the invention therefore relates to a machine executed method for synchronizing a shopping event comprising a network and a plurality of clients, wherein a service provider establishes the network between the clients, comprising the following steps: a. Input of a searched event, a temporal and / or local component into a search mask or preferably a publication mask / a kind of pin board on a first client.
  • a person can search for a product or service via the method according to the invention, wherein the person must enter the identification of the event in the search mask of the method.
  • Indicators include, for example, the type of product or service or the purchase price to be paid, etc.
  • the timely components preferably describe the time at which the person, i. a prospect wants to acquire an event.
  • the local components preferably include the location where the event is to be purchased.
  • the person may indicate that he is seeking an event in a country, state, city, or county. This information is optional and serves to allow a data processing unit to limit the event to be searched for. If the prospect does not provide information on the temporal or local components, he receives a larger number of events.
  • the person who can also be referred to as an interested party in the sense of the invention interesting events are displayed directly on an output unit.
  • the method uses in particular stored on a storage medium information of the interested party, wherein a data processing unit, preferably a processor, the information about the interested party on a stored

  • purchasing intentions of the buyers can also be published by means of the method.
  • the method can also be referred to as a shopping calendar tool, since with its help, purchases of products and / or services from buyers (clients) are synchronized in time by a provider or seller by means of digital networking, so that the community of buyers have a higher purchasing power and where the seller can negotiate a discount.
  • digital communication means can be used, which preferably each client has. These communication means preferably comprise a camera, a microphone and a loudspeaker. However, it may also be advantageous that the digital communication takes place only in writing, so that the clients exchange e-mails among each other or create a blog or chat. It may be advantageous if, within the digital network, a client develops that comes into contact with a provider of the complementary events to be acquired by the community of the clients. This client may also be referred to as a pilot within the meaning of the invention. Again, digital communication can be used to make a contact.
  • the complementary events particularly designate events, in particular products or services, which want to acquire from a large number of interested parties or clients simultaneously / synchronously with a provider offering the best conditions to the syndicate and join together for the purchase. It may also be preferred that the digital organization be run by means of an automated pilotless matching process.

  • the service provider automatically sends an e-mail to the members / clients of the EC, to all chief pilots. From this point on, the pilot position is vacant and can be taken over by any member of the EC or a chief pilot.
  • Option 1 on-site appointment, direct purchase (regional and national purchase)
  • the pilot negotiates one or more complementary products (products that can be obtained from the same seller) for a product or several complementary products (all products that are in the store or one / several product categories) - e.g. For a purchase sum and / or a product quantity X, Y, there will be a discount of Z% on the named products or on all products advertised in the shop at the regular price.
  • the pilot organizes an on-site appointment with the seller and all buyers selected by him. Depending on the actual number of buyers and / or purchase amount, one of the negotiated discount options comes into effect. Each individual buyer buys his own personal voucher under suspensive condition, redeems it if necessary and takes his product home or agrees to a delivery. This procedure has the following consequences:
  • the pilot has an interest in a successful deal beyond his own purchase. Talented buyers even have an interest in being available as pilots for ECs they are not co-buyers at all.
  • the pilot is not only interested in finding just as many co-buyers as needed, but as many as possible, as he earns a share in everyone's discount. This also leads to competition between similar ECs and their pilots.
  • Option 2 Long Distance Purchases or purchases that require an order of the goods and in which there is always some time between ordering and delivery (for example buying new cars).
  • the pilot negotiates one or more complementary products (products that can be obtained from the same seller) for a product or several complementary products (for all products that are in the store or for one / several product categories) - e.g. For a purchase sum and / or a product quantity X, Y, there is a discount of Z% on the named items or on all the products advertised in the shop at the regular price.
