Abstract

Erfindungsgemäß soll eine verbesserte Satelliten-Sendeeinheit bereitgestellt werden, die ein effizientes Dekodieren von ausgesandten Datenströmen ermöglicht.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Satelliten-Sendeeinheit gelöst, die umfasst:
- eine Paketaufteilungseinrichtung (12) zur Erzeugung von Nutzdatenpaketen (4, 4', 4") mit einer vorzugsweise konstanten Nutzdatenpaketlänge aus einem Eingangsdatenstrom (1);
- eine Piloterzeugungseinrichtung (17) zur Erzeugung von Pilotdatenpaketen (7 - 7"');
- eine Kopfdatenerzeugungseinrichtung (15) zur Erzeugung von Kopfdatenpaketen (5, 5', 5") mit Informationen bezüglich des Eingangsdatenstroms (1), insbesondere bezüglich des verwendeten Modulationsverfahren und/oder Codierungsverfahren;
- eine Verknüpfungseinrichtung (18) zum Zusammenfügen der Nutzdatenpakete (4, 4', 4"), des Kopfdatenpakets (5, 5', 5") und der Pilotdatenpakete (7 - 7"') zu einem Ausgangsdatenstrom (3), wobei mindestens ein Paar von Pilotdatenpaketen (7 - 7"') eine Vielzahl von Nutzdatenpaketen (4, 4', 4") und mindestens ein Kopfdatenpaket (5, 5', 5") umschließt.
