- the first support arm 1 comprises a notch 17 (or groove 17). Said indentation is especially designed to let the link 3.
- the second support arm 2 is mounted back to said notch 17 and is held in position by the rod 3 on the one hand and by a retaining means 15 on the other.
- the retaining means 15 may be a wide-headed screw whose diameter of the head exceeds the transverse recess of the recess 17. Thus, the head of the wide-headed screw slides on the surface on the dorsal portion of the first arm. 1 support which ensures additional stability.
- the fixing means 15 holds the second support arm 2 attached to the first support arm 1.
- the link 3 is dimensioned and positioned relative to the two support arms 1, 2 and the elongated body 10, so that after screwing the auger 6 into a plug, and engaging the first lever on the rim of the neck of a bottle 300, this first lever begins the extraction of the cap 9 by a tilting of the elongated body 10, tilting during which the second lever in turn engages on the rim of the neck 300 for relay the first lever, and complete the extraction of the plug 9.
- the end 11 of the elongated body 10 of the tug 1 100 is raised.
- the two support arms 1, 2 are in a folded position towards the neck of the bottle 300.
- the shoulder 7 of the first support arm 1 is positioned in engagement on the flange 8 of the neck.
- a force F is exerted on the elongate body 10.
- the force F is exerted by lowering the end 11 of the elongate body 10 downwards (in one direction towards the bottle 300).
- the auger 6 exerts a pulling force on the plug 9.
- the auger 6 takes off and begins to extract it.
- the rod 3 slides the second support arm 2 in a downward direction (towards the bottle 300) until its shoulder 14 reaches the height of the shoulder 7 of the first support arm 1.
- the application of the force F continues (a user may for example exert a downward force on the elongated body).
- the second support arm 2 in combination with the link 3 has a greater and faster radius of action than that of the first support arm 1. It follows that the second support arm 2 takes over from the shoulder 7 of the first support arm 1. As a result it is the second support arm 2 which now bears with its shoulder 14 on the edge 8 of the bottle neck 300. The traction movement of the auger 6 is lengthen and accelerate to pull more on the cap 9.
- the invention makes it possible, by means of its two support arms 1, 2 connected by the respective transverse axes way to the elongated body 10 to form two levers.
- the first lever has a shorter but more powerful action distance because it is fixed on said elongated body by the second axis 4 which is located at a first distance from the main transverse axis 5.
- the second axis 4 is close to the main transverse axis 5 which fixes the swirler 6 on the elongated body 10.
- the second axis 4 is brought closer to the main transverse axis 5 to give the swirler 6 a sufficient traction force to take off the plug 300 easily and start extracting it.
- the second lever has a longer and faster action distance because it is moved by the rod 3 which is mounted on the elongate body 10 by a third axis 12.
- the third axis 12 is remote from the axis transversal main 5 which fixes the auger 6 on the elongated body 10.
- the third axis 12 is remote from the main transverse axis 5 to take over the first lever when it is at the end of travel.
- the second lever extends the possibility of exerting pressure on the rim of the neck 8 of the bottle 300 and thus give the auger 6 a greater pulling distance to fully extract the plug 9 of the bottle 300.
- the corkscrew of the invention comprises a spring 16 for reinforcing the maintenance of the auger 6 in a vertical position (working position).
- the spring 16 also makes it possible to reinforce the holding of the swirler 6 in a folded position, namely inside the elongate body 10.
- the spring 16 also makes it possible to reinforce the holding of the first support arm 1 in the folded position ( or folded) inside the elongate body 10.
- the first support arm 1 comprises a tongue 1a.
- the tongue 1a is elongated to allow the second support arm 2 to slide at a desired distance. More precisely, said tongue 1a extends over an end portion of the first support arm 1. In the position of engagement of the first support arm 1 on the bottle neck 300, the tongue 1a is oriented towards the foot of said bottle 300.
- the first support arm 1 and the second support arm 2 have the same angle of action when they are engaged on the neck, and, therefore, during the extraction of the plug.
- the forces that occur during the actuation of said arms, and particularly when actuating the second support arm 2, are important. Indeed, during the engagement of the second support arm 2, namely when the shoulder 14 is engaged on the flange 8 of the neck, the force exerted by the second lever on the neck can be very large (for example). effect of the second lever).
- the tongue 1a also allows a good hold in hand.
- the auger 6 is of worm type, which extends in one direction 64.
- the auger 6 comprises turns 61 arranged helically around a longitudinal main axis.
- the auger 6 advantageously comprises a tip 66 at the end to promote penetration into a plug 9.
- the swirler 6 comprises a base 63 with a recess to allow articulated mounting on the body 10 by the main transverse axis 5.
- the swirler 6 further comprises an end-turn 62. This is the first turn in the vicinity of the base 63.
- the end-turn 62 is flattened in a plane substantially perpendicular to the main axis of the swirler 6.
- the figure 8 is a spiral cutaway 62 and shows that it forms an open ring.
- the turn to stop 62 abuts against the upper surface 65 of the plug 9 and thus defines the limit of penetration of the auger 6 in this plug.
- the engagement by the shoulder 7 of the first support arm 1 can be defined physically.
- the lever 2 is moved by a rod 3 which is supported by its axis 12 on the body 10 of the corkscrew and acts on the lever 2 by its axis 13 to slide it automatically inside the lever 1 according to its different positions.
- the axis 12 of the rod 3 is further away from the axis 5 of the swirler 6 than the axis 4 of the lever 1 in order to give the lever 2 a greater distance of action than the lever 1 and take over from it to automatically extend the pressure action on the flange 8 of the neck of the bottle and give the auger 6 a greater pulling distance and fully extract the plug.
- the spring 16 Fig. 2 serves to maintain the auger 6 in its vertical position or folded inside the handle and to maintain the lever 1 in its folded position inside the handle Fig.1
- the tongue 1a of the lever 1 is elongated to allow the lever 2 to slide at the desired distance and also to allow good holding in hand.

Description
In various fields and in particular in the food field, bottles containing a liquid are closed by plugs. The stopper prevents the liquid in the bottles from flowing or evaporating. To access the liquid, remove the cap.
The bottle caps are generally made of an elastic material such as for example cork or a synthetic material of polyethylene, styrene, etc. type.
The corkscrews generally comprise at least one handle and a worm type auger. Conventionally, each spin comprises a tip end intended to position said swirler on the surface of a plug to extract. Manual pressure on the handle causes the tip to pierce the top surface of the cap. The spirals of the auger then allow the tip to come into the plug by a rotational movement exerted on the handle.
It is known to provide a corkscrew a stopper piece, which forms a lever with the handle. The abutment piece is designed to bear on the bottle neck. A tilting movement exerted on the handle allows to partially extract the cap of the bottle. To completely extract a cap from a bottle, it is then necessary to manually exert a pulling force on the cap, which is sometimes difficult.
In addition, a corkscrew twist of the state of the art enters the cap without it being possible to control the advancement of the tip.
Thus, it sometimes happens that the tip does not penetrate sufficiently into the cap to allow a good extraction of the cap. It also happens that the stop piece can not come and take a good rest on the neck of the bottle to form the lever.
It can still happen that the tip passes through the cap to extract. A first inconvenient consequence is the contamination of the liquid in the bottle by plug debris. A second inconvenient consequence is that the stop piece can not come and take a good rest on the neck of the bottle to form the lever.
La présente invention vient améliorer la situation. The present invention improves the situation.
For this purpose, the present invention is directed to a corkscrew comprising an elongate body, a pivot mounted articulated on this body by a main transverse axis, a first support arm mounted articulated on the body by a second axis parallel to the axis transverse main axis, and located at a first distance from this main transverse axis to form a first lever with a shoulder, and a second support arm arranged to form a second lever with shoulder.
The second support arm of the corkscrew of the invention is slidably mounted on the first support arm, and is articulated on the first end of a link, the second end of which is hinged to the body by a third axis, also parallel to the main transverse axis, but situated at a second distance from this main transverse axis, this second distance being greater than said first distance. The rod is dimensioned and positioned relative to the two support arms and the body, so that after screwing the auger in a plug, and engaging the first lever on the edge of the neck of the bottle, this first Lever starts the extraction of the cap by a tilting of the elongated body, tilting during which the second lever in turn engages on the rim of the neck to relay the first lever, and complete the extraction of the cap.
According to one embodiment, the first support arm comprises a notch. The link is arranged so that it passes through said notch.
According to a particular embodiment, the main longitudinal axes of said support arms are kept substantially parallel during sliding of the second support arm on the first support arm.
Fastening means may be arranged in the vicinity of a dorsal portion of the first support arm and mounted therethrough in the notch, said fastening means being fixed to the second support arm to guide it during a movement. slidingly along the notch.
A spring may be provided to extend in a longitudinal plane of the elongated body, the spring being disposed in contact with the auger and the first support arm.
A tab may extend at the end of the first support arm to form a guide support for the second support arm as it engages the neck until completion of plug removal.
The spin may comprise turns arranged helically around its longitudinal main axis.
The auger may comprise a thrust turn arranged in a plane substantially perpendicular to the main axis of the auger.

The drawings and the description below contain, for the most part, elements of a certain character. They are an integral part of the description, and can therefore be used to better understand the present invention, defined by the claims below.

The

More generally, it should be understood that each transverse axis connects two elements: for example the
In other words, if we consider that each support arm has a main longitudinal axis, during a sliding movement of one arm relative to the other, the main longitudinal axes remain parallel to each other. It must therefore be understood that there is no degree of freedom in rotation between the first 1 and the second 2 arms.
According to the invention, the

In this initial position the

The invention makes it possible, by means of its two
The second lever has a longer and faster action distance because it is moved by the
According to one embodiment, the corkscrew of the invention comprises a
The tongue 1a also allows a good hold in hand.
During the penetration of the
It is therefore a double-lever device with two points of support for corkscrew lever and lemonade having a
The
