Abstract

Figure imgaf001
The invention relates to a method for controlling a treatment-supporting medical software by means of a signal transmitter (5) which is arranged on a medical instrument (10), wherein the instrument (10) by means of a medical tracking system (31) is detected positionally, and wherein the signal emitted by the transmitter (5) is assigned a different meaning by the software depending on the position of the instrument (1).
