Description

The prior art may not be satisfactory in all aspects. Thus, the obliquely inclined support frame according to the DE 20 2006 011 981 U1 in that, inevitably, the sales volume made available by the supporting frame or its shelves is relatively restricted. That is, the product display shelf in question is hardly suitable for receiving large-volume goods and is therefore mainly used for the presentation of chocolate bars. However, problems arise in the head-end area of the known goods presentation container. As already explained above, this is typically a gondola-type goods display rack which is placed freely in the shop or sales room and whose upper edge is usually below the eye level of customers or at the eye level of the persons concerned. If now in the area of this top edge or head-end of the support frame, a tray is placed, which is generally desirable in view of the storage volume to be optimized for the goods, but there is a risk that customers may no longer be able to take the goods located on the respective shelf. This is disadvantageous in terms of user-friendliness and sales promotion. The invention is based on the technical problem of further developing a goods presentation container of the construction described above so that the conflicting requirements of, on the one hand, maximized receiving volume for the goods and, on the other hand, high user-friendliness are optimally linked together.

To solve this technical problem is a generic goods presentation container, the two head-side shelves are formed mirror-symmetrically compared to the central support frame, characterized in the invention in that the downstream shelves are designed asymmetrically in comparison to the central support frame and are compared to the support frame and have a different depth and are connected in part only on one side to the support frame.

The horizontal struts and the vertical struts of the support frame are usually permanently connected.
