Claims (10)
- Sicherheitsgurt (1) zum Zurückhalten eines Benutzers vom Fallen mit
einer Anordnung von Gurten, die dazu bestimmt ist, um den Körper des Benutzers herum gelegt zu werden, und die dazu geeignet ist, dessen Festhalten sicherzustellen, und
einem Mittel (5) zum Festhaken an einem Fallschutzsystem, wobei das Mittel zum Festhaken über eine Verbindung mit der Anordnung von Gurten verbunden ist,
wobei die Verbindung
ein erstes Befestigungsmittel (3) schwachen Widerstands (R1), das bei einem Fall nachgibt, wobei der schwache Widerstand (R1) geringer ist als die Kraft, der das Befestigungsmittel beim Fall des mit dem Sicherheitsgurt ausgestatteten Benutzers ausgesetzt ist, und ein zweites Befestigungsmittel (4) hohen Widerstands (R2), das bei einem Fall nicht nachgibt, wobei der hohe Widerstand (R2) grösser ist als die Kraft, der das Befestigungsmittel beim Fall des mit dem Sicherheitsgurt ausgestatteten Benutzers ausgesetzt ist, aufweist,
wobei die Anordnung von Gurten wenigstens zwei hosenträgerartig angeordnete Gurte aufweist, die über die rechte bzw. linke Schulter des Benutzers verlaufen und von denen jeder in den hosenträgerartigen vorderen Abschnitten im Wesentlichen senkrecht seitlich über die rechte bzw. linke Vorderseite des Benutzers nach unten führt, wobei das Mittel zum Festhaken an einem Rückhaltegurt (2) angeordnet ist, wobei der Rückhaltegurt vor dem Fall im Wesentlichen horizontal angeordnet ist und sich zwischen den beiden hosenträgerartigen vorderen Abschnitten erstreckt und wobei der Rückhaltegurt an jedem Ende mittels des ersten Befestigungsmittels und mittels des zweiten Befestigungsmittels an den beiden hosenträgerartigen vorderen Abschnitten befestigt ist, wobei das zweite Befestigungsmittel in einer grösseren Höhe als das erste Befestigungsmittel angeordnet ist, damit sich bei einem Fall, der ein Auftreten einer Zugkraft bewirkt, die das erste Befestigungsmittel zum Nachgeben bringt, der Rückhaltegurt von den beiden hosenträgerartigen vorderen Abschnitten bis zum zweiten Befestigungsmittel, das widersteht, damit sich das Mittel zum Festhaken, das vor dem Fall auf Bauchnabelhöhe war, dann auf eine grössere Höhe zum oberen Teil des Benutzers hin verlagert, löst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite Befestigungsmittel Nähte zwischen Gurten sind. - Sicherheitsgurt gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwelle der Zugkraft auf das Mittel zum Festhaken, die das erste Befestigungsmittel zum Nachgeben bringt, zwischen 150 daN und 600 daN beträgt.
- Sicherheitsgurt gemäss Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Befestigungsmittel auf jedem der hosenträgerartigen vorderen Abschnitte in Brusthöhe angeordnet ist.
- Sicherheitsgurt gemäss einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endposition des Mittels zum Festhaken nach einem Fall wenigstens in Brustbeinhöhe ist.
- Sicherheitsgurt gemäss Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endposition des Mittels zum Festhaken nach einem Fall oberhalb des Kopfes des Benutzers ist.
- Benutzungsverfahren für einen Sicherheitsgurt gemäss einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es nicht umkehrbar ist, wobei die Nähte zwischen den Gurten, die in einem vorderen Teil dem ersten Befestigungsmittel entsprechen, nachgeben, wenn das Mittel zum Festhaken einer Zugkraft ausgesetzt ist, die grösser als die vorbestimmte Auslöseschwelle ist, und dass die Nähte des ersten Befestigungsmittels auf den beiden vorderen Abschnitten der beiden hosenträgerartigen Gurte des Sicherheitsgurts ausgeführt werden.
- Sicherheitsgurt (1) zum Zurückhalten eines Benutzers vom Fallen mit
einer Anordnung von Gurten, die dazu bestimmt ist, um den Körper des Benutzers herum gelegt zu werden, und die dazu geeignet ist, dessen Festhalten sicherzustellen, und
einem Mittel (5) zum Festhaken an einem Fallschutzsystem, wobei das Mittel zum Festhaken über eine Verbindung mit der Anordnung von Gurten verbunden ist,
wobei die Verbindung
ein erstes Befestigungsmittel (3) schwachen Widerstands R1, das bei einem Fall nachgibt, wobei R1 geringer ist als die Kraft, der das Befestigungsmittel beim Fall des mit dem Sicherheitsgurt ausgestatteten Benutzers ausgesetzt ist, und
ein zweites Befestigungsmittel (4) hohen Widerstands R2, das bei einem Fall nicht nachgibt, wobei R2 grösser ist als die Kraft, der das Befestigungsmittel beim Fall des mit dem Sicherheitsgurt ausgestatteten Benutzers ausgesetzt ist,
aufweist,
wobei das erste und das zweite Befestigungsmittel Nähte zwischen Gurten sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in Bauchnabelhöhe angeordnete Mittel zum Festhaken ein Ring aus Metall ist, der in den Gurten gleitend eingebunden ist, wobei er in den Gurten im ersten Befestigungsmittel und bis zu seiner Blockierung im zweiten Befestigungsmittel gebremst wird,
damit sich das Mittel zum Festhaken, das sich ursprünglich in Bauchnabelhöhe befindet, zum oberen Teil des Benutzers hin verlagert, wenn es einer solchen Zugkraft ausgesetzt ist, dass das erste Befestigungsmittel nachgibt, und zwar bis zu einer Endposition des Mittels zum Festhaken, in der letzteres aufgrund des Widerstands des zweiten Befestigungsmittels blockiert bleibt. - Sicherheitsgurt gemäss Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwelle der Zugkraft auf das Mittel zum Festhaken, die das erste Befestigungsmittel zum Nachgeben bringt, zwischen 150 daN und 600 daN beträgt.
- Sicherheitsgurt gemäss einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endposition des Mittels zum Festhaken nach einem Fall wenigstens in Brustbeinhöhe ist.
- Sicherheitsgurt gemäss Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endposition des Mittels zum Festhaken nach einem Fall oberhalb des Kopfes des Benutzers ist.
