Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Düsenwandelement (12) für einen Kühltunnel, zum Kühlen von Produkten, wie Molkereiprodukte, wobei die zu kühlenden Produkte gestapelt und diese Produktstapel (7) einem Kühlmittelstrom (6) ausgesetzt werden, wobei der Kühlmittelstrom (6) durch Düsen (17) in dem Düsenwandelement (12) auf einer Seite des Produktstapels (7) zugeführt wird, die Produktstapel (7) durchdringt und auf der anderen Seite des Produktstapels (7) abgesaugt wird. Das erfindungsgemäße Düsenwandelement (12) umfasst ein Rahmenelement (15) und ein Anlagenflächenelement (16) mit Düsen (17), wobei die Anlagefläche des Anlagenflächenelements (16) während des Kühlvorgangs der Produkte zumindest teilweise mit dem Produktstapel (7) in Kontakt bringbar ist, sodass zumindest durch einen Teil der Düsenöffnungen (17) der Kühlmittelstrom (6) direkt in den Produktstapel einströmen kann.
