Abstract
Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Arbeitsmaschine mit einer Antriebseinheit, welche über eine Abtriebswelle eine oder mehrere Hydraulikpumpen eines Hydrauliksystems der Arbeitsmaschine antreibt. Beispielsweise kann es sich bei der Arbeitsmaschine dabei über ein verfahrbares Arbeitsgerät handeln, dessen Fahrantrieb hydraulisch erfolgt. Alternativ oder zusätzlich kann die Arbeitsausrüstung der Arbeitsmaschine hydraulisch angetrieben sein.
- Wird keine hydraulische Leistung benötigt, wird bei bekannten Arbeitsmaschinen die Drehzahl der Antriebseinheit reduziert und gegebenenfalls die Hydraulikpumpe zurückgeschwenkt, um die Schleppleistung zu reduzieren. Dennoch verbleibt bei bekannten Arbeitsmaschinen eine Schleppleistung von üblicherweise 2 - 3 kW.
- Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, den Energieverbrauch der Arbeitsmaschine weiter zu reduzieren.
- Erfindungsgemäß wird dies durch eine Arbeitsmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, ein Antriebssystem gemäß Anspruch 9 sowie ein Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Arbeitsmaschine gemäß Anspruch 10 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der vorliegenden Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung zeigt eine Arbeitsmaschine mit einer Antriebseinheit, welche über eine Abtriebswelle eine oder mehrere Hydraulikpumpen eines Hydrauliksystems der Arbeitsmaschine antreibt. Erfindungsgemäß ist dabei eine Kupplung vorgesehen, welche so ansteuerbar oder so aufgebaut ist, dass sie im Schlepplastbetrieb die Abtriebswelle von der oder den Hydraulikpumpen trennt. Durch das erfindungsgemäße Trennen der Hydraulikpumpe bzw. der Hydraulikpumpen von der Antriebseinheit kann die Schlepplast durch das Hydrauliksystem weiter reduziert und gegebenenfalls auf Null gesenkt werden. Hierdurch ergibt sich eine Energieeinsparung beim Betrieb der Arbeitsmaschine, gerade in solchen Phasen, in welchen keine hydraulische Energie benötigt wird.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung kann dabei insbesondere bei solchen Arbeitsmaschinen eingesetzt werden, bei welchen die Hydraulikpumpe oder die Hydraulikpumpen einen Fahrantrieb antreiben. Alternativ oder zusätzlich können die Hydraulikpumpe oder die Hydraulikpumpen eine Arbeitsausrüstung des Arbeitsgerätes hydraulisch antreiben.
- Insbesondere kann es sich bei der Arbeitsmaschine um eine Erdbewegungsmaschine oder um eine Umschlagmaschine handeln. Beispielsweise kann es sich bei der Arbeitsausrüstung dabei um einen Ausleger handeln, welcher über Hydraulikzylinder bewegbar ist. Insbesondere kann es sich bei der erfindungsgemäßen Arbeitsmaschine dabei um einen Hydraulikbagger handeln.
- Besonders vorteilhaft wird die vorliegende Erfindung bei einer Arbeitsmaschine eingesetzt, bei welcher mehrere Hydraulikpumpen über ein Verteilergetriebe von der Abtriebswelle angetrieben werden. Vorteilhafterweise ist dabei die Kupplung zwischen der Abtriebswelle und dem Verteilergetriebe angeordnet. Hierdurch kann erfindungsgemäß durch Öffnen der Kupplung das gesamte Verteilergetriebe im Schlepplastbetrieb von der Antriebseinheit getrennt werden.
- Bei der Antriebseinheit kann es sich um einen Verbrennungsmotor handeln, insbesondere um einen Dieselmotor. Ebenfalls ist es denkbar, einen Elektromotor zum Antrieb der Hydraulikpumpe bzw. der Hydraulikpumpen einzusetzen.
- Erfindungsgemäß kann weiterhin eine Motorsteuerung vorgesehen sein, welche im Schlepplastbetrieb die Drehzahl der Antriebseinheit reduziert. Diese Reduktion kann beispielsweise anhand von Sensordaten eines oder mehrerer Sensoren erfolgen, beispielsweise anhand von Daten eines Griffsensors. Durch die erfindungsgemäße zusätzliche Trennung der Antriebseinheit von der oder den Hydraulikpumpen kann der Energieverbrauch dabei erfindungsgemäß nochmals verringert werden.
- Erfindungsgemäß kann die Trennung der Hydraulikpumpe bzw. der Hydraulikpumpen von der Abtriebswelle im Schlepplastbetrieb automatisch erfolgen. Beispielsweise kann dabei eine Steuerung vorgesehen sein, welche die Kupplung automatisch öffnet. Beispielsweise kann die Steuerung dabei anhand von Sensordaten eines oder mehrerer Sensoren erfolgen. Alternativ ist es denkbar, dass der mechanische Aufbau der Kupplung für eine automatische Öffnung im Schlepplastbetrieb sorgt.
- Vorteilhafterweise kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Kupplung in Abhängigkeit von einer Drehzahl der Antriebseinheit öffnet oder schließt. Hierdurch muss zur Ansteuerung der Kupplung keine gesonderte Steuerung vorgesehen werden. Vielmehr kann die Kupplung dann, wenn die Drehzahl der Antriebseinheit von der Motorsteuerung verringert wird, die Kupplung automatisch öffnen.
- In einem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel der vorliegenden Erfindung wird eine hydraulisch angesteuerte Kupplung eingesetzt. Insbesondere kann dabei ein hydraulischer Aktor vorgesehen sein, welcher die Kupplung öffnet oder schließt. Vorteilhafterweise erfolgt die Druckversorgung der hydraulischen Ansteuerung der Kupplung dabei über eine weitere Hydraulikpumpe, welche von einem Nebenabtrieb der Antriebseinheit angetrieben wird. Hierdurch wird sichergestellt, dass die Hydraulikversorgung für die Ansteuerung der Kupplung auch dann vorliegt, wenn die Kupplung geöffnet ist und die Hydraulikpumpen von der Abtriebswelle getrennt sind.
- Beispielsweise kann die weitere Hydraulikpumpe dabei als Druckversorgung für weitere hydraulische Komponenten dienen, insbesondere für solche, welche ständig mit Hydraulikdruck beaufschlagt werden müssen. Beispielsweise kann die weitere Hydraulikpumpe dabei einen Verbrauchskreis für die Lenkung, die Bremsen und/oder die Lüftung der Arbeitsmaschine versorgen.
- Erfindungsgemäß kann dabei beispielsweise ein Schaltventil vorgesehen sein, welches mit diesem Verbraucherkreis in Verbindung steht und die hydraulische Kupplung ansteuert. Die Ansteuerung des Schaltventils kann dabei durch eine Bedienperson oder durch eine Steuerung aufgrund von Sensordaten erfolgen.
- Alternativ kann als Kupplung auch eine Fliehkraftkupplung eingesetzt werden. Eine solche Fliehkraftkupplung öffnet automatisch, wenn die Drehzahl der Antriebseinheit unter eine gewisse Drehzahlschwelle fällt. Hierdurch ist keine separate Ansteuerung der Kupplung mehr notwendig.
- Ebenso ist eine elektrische Ansteuerung der Kupplung denkbar.
- Neben der Arbeitsmaschine umfasst die vorliegende Erfindung weiterhin ein Antriebssystem für eine Arbeitsmaschine, wie sie oben beschrieben wurde. Insbesondere umfasst das Antriebssystem dabei eine Antriebseinheit, welche über eine Abtriebswelle eine oder mehrere Hydraulikpumpen eines Hydrauliksystems antreibt. Weiterhin ist dabei eine Kupplung vorgesehen, welche so ansteuerbar oder so aufgebaut ist, dass sie im Schlepplastbetrieb der Abtriebswelle von der oder den Hydraulikpumpen trennt.
- Vorteilhafterweise kann das Antriebssystem dabei so aufgebaut sein, wie dies bereits oben im Hinblick auf die Arbeitsmaschine dargestellt wurde.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung umfasst weiterhin ein Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Arbeitsmaschine, welche über eine Abtriebswelle eine oder mehrere Hydraulikpumpen eines Hydrauliksystems der Arbeitsmaschine antreibt. Erfindungsgemäß wird dabei die Abtriebswelle im Schlepplastbetrieb durch Öffnen einer Kupplung von der oder den Hydraulikpumpen getrennt. Das Öffnen der Kupplung kann dabei sowohl über eine Bedienperson, als auch bevorzugt automatisch erfolgen.
- Vorteilhafterweise wird das Verfahren dabei so durchgeführt, wie dies oben im Hinblick auf die Arbeitsmaschine bereits dargestellt wurde. Weiterhin vorteilhafterweise handelt es sich bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren um ein Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Arbeitsmaschine, wie sie bereits oben dargestellt wurde.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung wird nun anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen und Figuren näher dargestellt. Dabei zeigen:

- ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungsgemäßen Antriebssystems mit einer hydraulisch angesteuerten Kupplung und
- Figur 2:
- ein zweites Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungsgemäßen Antriebssystems mit einer Fliehkraftkupplung.
- In
Figuren 1 und 2 sind Ausführungsbeispiele eines erfindungsgemäßen Antriebssystems dargestellt. Die Antriebssysteme umfassen dabei jeweils eine Antriebseinheit 1, welche über eine Abtriebswelle 1' mehrere Hydraulikpumpen 2 eines nicht näher dargestellten Hydrauliksystems antreibt. Dabei ist jeweils ein Verteilergetriebe 4 vorgesehen, welches die Abtriebswelle 1' mit den Hydraulikpumpen 2 verbindet. Bei der Antriebseinheit 1 kann es sich um einen Verbrennungsmotor handeln, insbesondere um einen Dieselmotor. Alternativ wäre jedoch auch ein Elektromotor denkbar. - Die Antriebseinheit 1 weist eine Motorsteuerung auf, durch welche die Drehzahl des Motors senkt, wenn ein Schlepplastbetrieb erkannt wird. Die Erkennung eines Schlepplastbetriebes kann dabei anhand eines Sensors erfolgen. Beispielsweise kann der Sensor dabei eine Benutzeranforderung messen und damit erkennen, ob eine hydraulische Leistung von dem Antriebssystem benötigt wird. Wird diese hydraulische Leistung nicht benötigt, wird von einen Schlepplastbetrieb ausgegangen und die Drehzahl verringert. Gegebenenfalls können weiterhin die Hydraulikpumpen zurückgeschwenkt werden.
- Um die Schleppleistung weiter zu reduzieren bzw. komplett auf Null zu bringen, wird nun erfindungsgemäß eine Kupplung 3 bzw. 3' eingesetzt, durch welche die Hydraulikpumpen 2 komplett von der Abtriebswelle 1' der Antriebseinheit 1 getrennt werden. In den Ausführungsbeispielen ist die Kupplung 3 bzw. 3' dabei in der Abtriebswelle 1' vor dem Verteilergetriebe 4 angeordnet. Hierdurch können sämtliche Hydraulikpumpen 2, welche an das Verteilergetriebe 4 angeschlossen sind, durch Öffnen der Kupplung 3 bzw. 3' von der Abtriebswelle 1' getrennt werden.
- Bei dem in
Figur 1 gezeigten ersten Ausführungsbeispiel ist dabei eine hydraulisch angesteuerte Kupplung 3 vorgesehen, welche über einen hydraulischen Aktor 5 geöffnet bzw. geschlossen werden kann. Der Hydraulikdruck zum Ansteuern der hydraulischen Kupplung 3 wird dabei über eine weitere Hydraulikpumpe 8 zur Verfügung gestellt, welche über einen Nebenabtrieb der Antriebseinheit 1 angetrieben wird. Die weitere Hydraulikpumpe 8 kann dabei die Versorgungspumpe für einen Nebenverbrauchskreis 7 sein, beispielsweise zur Versorgung von Lenkung, Bremsung oder Lüftung der Antriebsmaschine. - Weiterhin ist ein Schaltventil 6 zwischen dem Verbraucherkreis 7 und der hydraulischen Kupplung 3 vorgesehen, über welche die Kupplung geschaltet werden kann. In einer ersten Ausführungsform kann das Schalten der Kupplung dabei durch den Benutzer erfolgen. Vorteilhafterweise ist jedoch eine Steuerung vorgesehen, welche die Kupplung automatisch öffnet, wenn ein Schlepplastbetrieb erkannt wird.
- Beispielsweise können hierfür die gleichen Steuersignale herangezogen werden, die auch zur Ansteuerung der Antriebseinheit 1 im Schlepplastbetrieb herangezogen werden. Ebenso kann die Ansteuerung über einen Drehzahlsensor so erfolgen, dass die hydraulische Kupplung automatisch öffnet, wenn die Drehzahl unter einen gewissen Schwellwert sinkt.
- In
Figur 2 ist ein zweites Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt, bei welchem eine Fliehkraftkupplung 3' eingesetzt wird. Diese öffnet durch ihren mechanischen Aufbau die Verbindung zwischen Antriebseinheit und Hydraulikpumpen 2 automatisch, wenn die Drehzahl der Antriebseinheit 1 unter einen gewissen Schwellwert fällt. Hierdurch kann rein mechanisch eine automatische Abkopplung der Hydraulikpumpen 3 im Schlepplastbetrieb erreicht werden.
Claims (10)
- Arbeitsmaschine mit einer Antriebseinheit, welche über eine Abtriebswelle eine oder mehrere Hydraulikpumpen eines Hydrauliksystems der Arbeitsmaschine antreibt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass eine Kupplung vorgesehen ist, welche so ansteuerbar oder so aufgebaut ist, dass sie im Schlepplastbetrieb die Abtriebswelle von der oder den Hydraulikpumpen trennt. - Arbeitsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, wobei mehrere Hydraulikpumpen über ein Verteilergetriebe von der Abtriebswelle angetrieben werden, wobei vorteilhafterweise die Kupplung zwischen Abtriebswelle und Verteilergetriebe angeordnet ist.
- Arbeitsmaschine nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei es sich bei der Antriebseinheit um einen Verbrennungsmotor handelt, insbesondere einen Dieselmotor.
- Arbeitsmaschine nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei die Hydraulikpumpe oder Hydraulikpumpen einen Fahrantrieb und/oder eine Arbeitsausrüstung des Arbeitsgerätes hydraulisch antreiben.
- Arbeitsmaschine nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei die Kupplung in Abhängigkeit von einer Drehzahl der Antriebseinheit öffnet oder schließt.
- Arbeitsmaschine nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei die Kupplung hydraulisch angesteuert wird, wobei vorteilhafterweise die Druckversorgung der hydraulischen Ansteuerung der Kupplung über eine weitere Hydraulikpumpe erfolgt, welche von einem Nebenabtrieb der Antriebseinheit angetrieben wird.
- Arbeitsmaschine nach Anspruch 6, wobei die weitere Hydraulikpumpe als Druckversorgung für weitere hydraulische Komponenten dient, insbesondere solche, welche ständig mit Hydraulikdruck beaufschlagt werden müssen, wie bsp. Lenkung, Bremsen und/oder Lüfter.
- Arbeitsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei es sich bei der Kupplung um eine Fliehkraftkupplung handelt.
- Antriebssystem für eine Arbeitsmaschine nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche.
- Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Arbeitsmaschine insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 mit einer Antriebseinheit, welche über eine Abtriebswelle eine oder mehrere Hydraulikpumpen eines Hydrauliksystems der Arbeitsmaschine antreibt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Abtriebswelle im Schlepplastbetrieb durch Öffnen einer Kupplung von der oder den Hydraulikpumpen getrennt wird.
