Abstract

Ein Verfahren zum Bearbeiten eines in seiner Längsrichtung intermittierend bewegten Schlauches, insbesondere textilen Gewebeschlauches, mit den folgenden Stufen:
- Zusammenlegen des Schlauches (8) in zwei flächig übereinanderliegende Schlauchlagen;
- Bearbeiten der beiden Schlauchlagen (8.1, 8.2) in einem, bezogen auf die Schlauchlängsrichtung, begrenzten Flächenbereich in einem Schlauch-Bearbeitungsgerät (1);
- Einführen eines im wesentlichen druckfesten Trennelementes (5) zwischen die beiden Schlauchlagen (8.1; 8.2),

ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Trennelement (5) in Form einer im Wesentlichen plattenförmigen, länglichen Zunge verwendet, die mit einem Ende an einem Trennelement-Halteorgan (6') befestigt ist und mit ihrem anderen Ende in den Arbeitsbereich des Bearbeitungsgerätes (1) reicht, und dass man das Trennelement (5) während der Bewegung des Schlauches (8) mittels einer mit dem Trennelement-Halteorgan (6') zusammenwirkenden Trennelement-Rückhalteeinrichtung (7-7) festhält.
