Claims (20)

  1. Pushbutton for a system for dispensing a pressurised product, said pushbutton comprising an actuating body (7) having a discharge orifice (10) for the product, a needle (11) for closing off the discharge orifice (10) and a sleeve (8) having a well (9) for mounting said pushbutton on an intake tube (6) for the pressurised product, said body being mounted so as to slide around said sleeve between a high position and a low position while forming a tight space (12) between them for conveying the product from said mounting well towards said discharge orifice, said needle being associated with the sleeve (8) by means of a connecting rod (23) that is mounted in rotation on said sleeve in order to actuate the reversible movement of said needle between a closed position - or an open position - of the discharge orifice (10) when the body (7) in the high position - or in the low position -, said pushbutton being characterised in that the needle (11) is provided with geometric means that interact with the body (7) to exert a force for holding said needle in an assembly position in which said needle is protruding from the body (7) to allow the connecting rod (23) to be associated with said needle.
  2. Pushbutton according to claim 1, characterised in that it comprises a bellows (13) having an upper edge secured to the sleeve (8) and a lower edge secured to the actuating body (7), said bellows being, by sliding said body around said sleeve, elastically deformable towards a stressed return state of said body into the high position.
  3. Pushbutton according to claim 2, characterised in that the bellows (13) extends continuously around the mounting well (9) while delimiting part of the conveying space (12) around said bellows in a sealed manner.
  4. Pushbutton according to claim 2 or 3, characterised in that the bellows (13) is integral with the sleeve (8), the lower edge of said bellows having a ring (14) that is fixed to the actuating body (7) in a sealed manner.
  5. Pushbutton according to claim 3 or 4, characterised in that the bellows (13) has an upper annular pleat (13a) that extends inwards and a lower annular pleat (13b) that extends outwards, said pleats being axially movable between an initial state and a separated state stressed to allow the return of the actuating body (7) by elastic return of said pleats to the initial state.
  6. Pushbutton according to any one of claims 2 to 5, characterised in that the bellows (13) is made of a shape memory material.
  7. Pushbutton according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the sleeve (8) comprises a protruding outer crown (15) that is mounted in an axial bearing of the actuating body (7) to guide the sliding.
  8. Pushbutton according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the sleeve (8) has an upper outer wall (16) that is mounted in an axial bearing of the body (7) to guide the sliding.
  9. Pushbutton according to claim 8, characterised in that the outer wall (16) and the axial bearing of the body (7) have geometric means for limiting their relative swiveling.
  10. Pushbutton according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the needle (11) has a front end comprising a closing head (22), the rear end of said needle having at least one notch (27) for associating said needle with an shaft (25) of said connecting rod.
  11. Pushbutton according to claim 10, characterised in that the body (7) comprises a hook (26) forming a guideway (26a) in which the shaft (25) of the connecting rod (23) is movably mounted in translation by rotation of said connecting rod during the sliding of said body.
  12. Pushbutton according to claim 11, characterised in that the assembly position is defined such that the notch (27) is positioned in the front extension of the guideway (26a).
  13. Pushbutton according to any one of claims 1 to 12, characterised in that it further comprises an end piece (20) that is mounted on the actuating body (7), said end piece having the discharge orifice (10) and the needle (11) being mounted in translation relative to said end piece between its closing and opening positions.
  14. Pushbutton according to any one of claims 1 to 13, characterised in that the needle (11) has an intermediate portion on the periphery of which the geometric means are formed in relief to interact with at least one narrow portion (28) formed in the body (7).
  15. Pushbutton according to claim 14, characterised in that the geometric means comprise at least one set of ribs (29a, 29b) forming a housing (30) between them in which a bearing of the narrow portion (28) is positioned to axially hold the needle (11).
  16. Pushbutton according to any one of claims 1 to 15, characterised in that the sleeve (8) has means (33) for stiffening the support zone of the connecting rod (23).
  17. Method for assembling a pushbutton according to any one of claims 1 to 16, said method providing the following steps:
    - positioning the needle (11) in the assembly position;
    - sliding the sleeve (8) in the body (7), said sliding being arranged to allow the association of the connecting rod (23) with the needle (11);
    - positioning the needle (11) in the operational position.
  18. Assembly method according to claim 17, characterised in that the positioning of the needle (11) in the operational position comprises additional sliding of the sleeve (8) to overcome the holding force of said needle in the assembly position by backward translational driving of said needle by means of the connecting rod (23).
  19. System for dispensing a pressurised product comprising a pump (1) actuated by a pushbutton according to any one of claims 1 to 16, said pump comprising an intake tube (6) for the pressurised product on which the mounting well (9) of said pushbutton is fixed.
  20. Bottle containing a pressurised product to be dispensed, said bottle comprising a ring (3) with which a dispensing system according to claim 19 is associated so as to place the pump in communication with the product to allow the product to be conveyed from the intake tube (6) to the discharge orifice (10).
