Claims (12)

  1. Behälter (10) zum Sammeln von Abfällen, umfassend einen Trog (12) zur Lagerung der Abfälle, der dazu bestimmt ist, sich unter den öffentlichen Straßen und Wegen zu befinden, und einen Einwurfschaft (26), der relativ zu dem Trog (12) drehbeweglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einwurfschaft (26) beweglich ist zwischen einer Einwurfstellung, in der er über eine obere Wand (18) des Trogs (12) übersteht, und einer Versenkungsstellung, in welcher der Schacht (26) in dem Trog (12) platziert ist.
  2. Behälter (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Einwurfschaft (26) als ein Teil eines rotationssymmetrischen Volumens ausgebildet ist und um eine Symmetrieachse dieses Volumens herum schwenkt, vorzugsweise als Viertelzylinder.
  3. Behälter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schacht (26) eine Wand (36a) aufweist, die mit der oberen Wand (18) des Trogs (12) im Wesentlichen bündig ist, wenn der Schacht (26) in der Versenkungsstellung ist, mit einem ersten Boden (36a).
  4. Behälter (10) nach Anspruch 3, wobei die obere Wand (18) des Trogs (12) einen zweiten Boden (18) umfasst, mit einer Öffnung (40), die dazu bestimmt, ist, durch den ersten Boden (36a) verschlossen zu werden, wenn der Schacht in der Versenkungsstellung ist.
  5. Behälter (10) nach Anspruch 4, wobei die obere Wand (18) des Trogs (12) eine Öffnung (64) umfasst, die von der Öffnung (40), die dazu bestimmt ist, durch den ersten Boden (36a) verschlossen zu werden, verschieden ist, und Mittel (60), um diese Öffnung (64) zu verschließen, die vorzugsweise auch beweglich sind.
  6. Behälter (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, wobei der erste Boden (36a) größere Abmessungen als die des Schachts (26) hat, so dass er einen Rand (42) umfasst, der relativ zu dem Schacht (26) überkragt und sich auf der oberen Wand (44) des Trogs (12) abstützt, wenn der Schacht (26) in der Versenkungsstellung ist.
  7. Behälter (10) nach Anspruch 6, umfassend ein Dichtungselement (46), das auf einer Oberfläche des Rands (42), die zu dem Einwurfschaft (26) gewandt ist, angebracht ist.
  8. Behälter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend Mittel zum Antreiben (48-52) der Bewegung des Schachts (26) zwischen der Einwurfstellung und der Versenkungsstellung, mit insbesondere mindestens einem Motor (48) und/oder einem Zahneingriffselement (50, 52) und/oder einem Zylinder.
  9. Behälter (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, umfassend Mittel (56, 58) zum Steuern der Betätigung der Antriebsmittel (48-52), wobei diese Mittel eines oder mehrere der unten aufgeführten Organe umfassen:
    - einen Taktgeber,
    - ein mechanisches Betätigungsmittel,
    - eine Vorrichtung zur Identifizierung eines Erzeugers.
  10. Behälter (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 und 9, umfassend Mittel zur Versorgung (54) der Antriebsmittel (48-52), mit insbesondere einer photovoltaischen Zelle.
  11. Behälter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend Mittel zum Detektieren eines Hindernisses auf der Bewegungsbahn des Schachts, mit zum Beispiel einem Drucksensor und/oder einem Drehmomentsensor und/oder einem optischen Sensor, wobei die Detektionsmittel elektrisch mit den Antriebsmitteln verbunden sind, so dass sie im Detektionsfall deren Anhalten steuern.
  12. Behälter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend Mittel zum Verriegeln des Schachts (26) in der Einwurfstellung, die den Halt des Schachts (26) in dieser Stellung erlauben.
