Abstract

Bei geschlossenen Leuchten mit LED in einem Kunststoffgehäuse müssen zur Entwärmung die LED thermisch über ein Koppelelement mit einer Kühlvorrichtung außerhalb des Gehäuses verbunden werden. Bekannte Koppelelemente aus Metall oder Wärmerohren sind in der Herstellung aufwändig und können in ihrer Wirkung lageabhängig sein. Es wird eine Leuchte vorgeschlagen, die ein Koppelelement (10) aus einem Wärme leitende Kunststoff aufweist, der mit dem Kunststoff des Gehäuses (3, 5) kompatibel ist. Bevorzugt werden thermoplastische Kunststoffe, sodass das Koppelelement mit dem Gehäuse (3, 5) verschweißt oder umspritzt werden kann.
