Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for producing a bag with a closure flap having reclosure in its side fold.
- the invention relates to a bag with a closure flap having a reclosure in its side fold.
- the pouch described therein has a gusset interposed between a front wall and a rear wall and a reclosure disposed on the inside of the gusset with a first Velcro strip and a second Velcro strip to form a resealable chute in an opening area in the gusset.
- the chute is formed by moving out that portion of the gusset located from the opening area towards the foot area of the bag.
- the re-closure has a sealing flap which covers the opening region and its edge regions which adjoin it and which is secured along its edge with the recess of a continuous region on the inside of the side fold.
- the closing flap is at least partially made of a sealable material and is defined along its edge with the recess of the contiguous area on the inside of the gusset by a sealed seam.
- the sealing seam has the shape of an inverted "U", wherein a U-web is located above the opening area, that is, starting from the opening area in the direction of the head area of the bag.
- the two adjoining the U-web U-legs extend down towards the bottom area. Between the U-legs runs the Opening area.
- the first Velcro tape is glued to the inside of the gusset.
- the second Velcro strip is glued to that side of the closing flap facing the inside of the side fold.
- the various walls of the bag may be present as individual wall segments and joined together by gluing or sealing their edges. Also, extrusion seams are possible. Also, a film can be formed into a tube and contacting edges of the film, more specifically the inside of these edges, sealed together to make the bag. In addition, in such a tube shape by folding the tube wall, a side fold or two side folds can be produced. At such fold edges and the structure of the bag reinforcing longitudinal sealing seams may be formed.
- the foot can be formed flat or realized in the form of a fin.
- the opening region can be formed by an opening already prefabricated in the film, for example by punching out a film part, or by a cut.
- the opening region can also be formed by an originally closed part of the film, which is opened only when the bag is first opened or removed from the bag.
- the opening region may have a weakening of the material that delimits the opening, which weakening of the material defines a region of a flap which can be completely or partially released from the gusset, wherein a chute can be formed after an opening or a removal of the flap.
- the weakening of the material can be produced by the action of a laser beam or by the production of a perforation or embossing. There may also be a combination of these measures.
- the material weakening can be a continuous line or be in the form of a broken line.
- the opening may also already be incorporated in the film and this opening may be closed by an additional closing tab applied on the outside of the film, which has to be torn away from the opening in order to open it. In both cases, an original packed condition can be detected when the opening is completely closed, so there is no damage to the tab.
- the opening area may be defined prior to processing the film into a bag, for example during its manufacture. However, the opening area can also be defined or produced in the course of processing the film into a bag.
- a chute is formed with the opening opened through a part of the side fold adjacent to the opening area (eg, facing the foot area), which is pulled away from another part of the side fold located on the opposite side of the opening area (eg, the head area) the area between the front wall and the rear wall is pulled out.
- the bag may also include actuating means for actuating the reclosure disposed on the gusset adjacent the opening portion, the actuating means having a grip portion for engaging and a mounting portion for securing the gripping portion to the gusset.
- the actuating means may be constituted by a single or multi-layer foil strip which is mounted either transversely to the longitudinal direction or parallel to the longitudinal direction, preferably at the position of a central folding line of the lateral fold either on the outside or on the inside. If it is attached to the inside, it is led out of the bag through a slot along the fold line, so that the grip area can be easily gripped from the outside.
- the slot and preferably also the fastening area attached to the inside, can be sealed off with an inside attached cover sheet.
- the attachment area as well as the cover sheet can be arranged between the inside and an element of the reclosure.
- the attachment portion may engage immediately adjacent the opening portion at the location of the gusset to which that portion of the reseal fastener which cooperates with the other portion of the reseal fastener attached to the closure tab is attached.
- a film As a film, a single-layer film or a multi-layer film can be used.
- a multilayer film may e.g. be made by laminating or coextrusion.
- the inventive measures is achieved in an advantageous manner that no other technology is necessary to make the connection with the Velcro straps, as that technology with which other compounds are realized on the bag.
- the components realizing the pouches can therefore be completely connected to seals of sealable plastic layers produced by the action of heat.
- the closing flap is not yet connected to the inside of the side fold. Therefore, the production of the respective compound with the first Velcro and the second Velcro strip can be done completely undisturbed.
- the attachment of the first and second Velcro strips can be done at the same time, e.g. in the register or in synchronous work cycles to each other. This is advantageous when the attachment of the two Velcro straps is integrated on a bag making machine or for other economic reasons, a synchronous activity is preferred.
- the two manufacturing steps of attaching can also be done independently of each other, so to speak offline.
- the first Velcro strip has a first Velcro area and as a first sealing zone a first Velcro flanking the first Velcro area on one side and a second Velcro flanking the first Velcro area on the other side second sealing flange and the first Sealing flange and the second sealing flange is sealed with the inside.
- This advantage is given even after repeated opening of the chute, which in contrast to a glued Velcro tape does not have to be given, because the adhesive force of the adhesive, unlike a seal zone can change over time.
- the second Velcro strip has a second Velcro area and as the second sealing zone a third Velcro flange flanking the second Velcro area on one side and a fourth sealing flange flanking the second Velcro area on the other side and the third sealing flange is offset in one Positioned to a first end of the closing tab and sealed there with the Verschschlasche and the fourth sealing flange is separated from the second Velcro.
- the second Velcro tape extends to the first end of the closing flap. Unlike the first Velcro tape is not directly in the second Velcro the problem that the second Velcro strip with its protruding into the opening end of the release tab releases and works in a different position or shape.
- the fourth sealing flange can be completely or only a part thereof substantially parallel to the course of the second Velcro region of the second Velcro strip be separated.
- This measure ultimately also allows the efficient and cost-effective use of a single type of cost-effective hook and loop tape as a starting point for the first Velcro and structurally different after working second Velcro, this single type of Velcro, for example, can be obtained as a roll. It is thus the cost disadvantageous purchase of two different Velcro strips or types of such Velcro avoided.
- the distance is selected such that, before the severance of the fourth sealing flange, the first end of the closing strap comes to rest on a parting line between the fourth sealing flange and the second hook and loop area.
- This ensures that e.g. a lower edge of the second Velcro area and the first end of the closing flap come to lie in alignment and in fact the largest possible opening width of the chute is achieved.
- the length of the channel of the chute can be minimized, so that said length is given only by the width of the second Velcro area plus the width of the third sealing flange, when the upper edge of the first Velcro strip is flush with the edge of the opening zone.
- the pointing in the interior of the bag side of the second Velcro strip is completely covered with the Versch noirlasche inwards, so that accumulation of packaged goods between the Verschfriedlasche and the second Velcro strip is reliably avoided.
- the first and the second longitudinal sealing seam have a longitudinal sealing seam width.
- the edge has a first edge zone and an adjoining second edge zone and third edge zone
- the closure flap has a width adapted to the width of the side fold, so that the second edge zone extends into one provided for forming a first longitudinal seal seam Area of the film and the third edge zone extends into a provided for forming a second longitudinal seam portion of the film.
- the method comprises the steps of producing the first longitudinal seam with sealed second edge zone and producing the second longitudinal seam with sealed third edge zone, wherein the side fold limited by the first longitudinal seam towards the front wall and limited by the second longitudinal seam towards Rear wall is.
- a "width adapted to the width of the gusset" is intended here to mean that the maximum width of the closing strap can be so large that the second and the third edge zone (ie the right and the left edge zone) completely fills the respective longitudinal sealing seam, possibly with the exception of a bend or folding region of the film at the outer edge of the longitudinal sealing seam, or the width of the closing tab is slightly smaller than that can be previously mentioned maximum width, so that the third and the fourth edge zone extends only into a part of the respective longitudinal sealing seam and thus only partially fills the respective longitudinal sealing seam viewed from the inside to the outside.
- the second edge zone along the full longitudinal seal seam width or along a portion of the longitudinal seal seam width can be sealed into the first longitudinal seam and the third edge zone sealed into the second longitudinal seam along the full longitudinal seam width or along a portion of the longitudinal seal seam width. If the respective marginal zone is sealed along the full longitudinal sealing seam width, a particularly good anchoring of the closing flap in the respective longitudinal sealing seam can be achieved, which is favorable, for example, with a relatively small longitudinal sealing seam width.
- the longitudinal sealing seam width is relatively large, it may be sufficient for the respective edge zone to be sealed into the longitudinal sealing seam along only a part of the longitudinal sealing seam width in order, for example, not to excessively influence the outer appearance of the longitudinal seam seam and to keep it as narrow as possible, at least optically.
- the bag thus produced the advantage has been obtained that folding out of the upper part (located above the opening area in the direction of the head area) of the gusset is reliably avoided because the closing sheet is no longer supported only on the inside of the film of the gusset As is the case with the known bag, but the power transmission is displaced in the longitudinal sealing seams.
- the first Velcro strip and the second Velcro strip are cut to a length which corresponds to the seal seam distance between the first longitudinal seam of the second longitudinal seam.
- This seal seam distance is measured transversely (90 °) to the longitudinal direction and indicates the distance between the two sealing seams from each other.
- the maximum width of the chute can be realized. It is also possible to dispense with an additional sealing seam closing off or closing the edges (left and right edge) of the Velcro strips, because the function of such a sealing seam is already fulfilled by the first and the second longitudinal sealing seam, which adjoin the left and right ends of the Velcro strips snugly.
- the positioning of the closing flap or adjusting the length of the closing flap takes place in such a way that the closing flap with its first edge zone facing the head region of the bag reaches into a region of the film intended to form a top seal for closure of the head area , and wherein closing of the head region by making a top seal with sealing of the first edge zone takes place.
- the head area is thus closed with a top-seal seam, and the first edge zone is sealed in the top-seal seam.
- the bag can already be closed at the head end during production or delivered open at the head end. This process step can, for example, at a bag manufacturer be performed.
- the manufacturing method can thus be made more efficient and cheaper than is the case with the known method, whereby the manufacturing costs of the bag are also favorably influenced.
- the integration of the upper edge (first edge zone) of the closing flap into the top-seal seam enables the opening area or opening to be as close as possible for the first time the top seal can be brought.
- the chute can be opened close to the top seal or immediately adjacent to the top seal. This is possible only because a separate sealing seam between the top seal seam and the opening region for attaching the upper edge (first edge zone) of the closure flap is dispensed with.
- the use of the film is optimized in a production of the bag, because of a de facto unusable upper bag volume above the lower edge (located towards the foot area) of the closing flap can be largely dispensed with.
- the film used in bag making can be used to a greater extent to produce a useful lower bag volume, ultimately resulting in more efficient film usage.
- the bag can ultimately be made smaller or, viewed differently, foil material can be saved for a given usable bag volume.
- the reduced in relation to the known bag upper bag volume additionally has a favorable effect on the problem of the folding-out of the part of the gusset located above the opening area which is observed in the known bag.
- a reduced upper bag volume ultimately also means a lower maximum pressure on the closure tab from inside the bag.
- the top seal has a top seal margin. Similar to the two longitudinal sealing seams, it may be advantageous if the first edge zone is sealed into the top seal seam along the full top seal seam width or along part of the top seal seam width. Again, the considerations discussed in relation to the longitudinal seam apply in a figurative sense with respect to anchorage in the top seal and exterior appearance of the top seal.
- the opening region or the opening or ultimately an upper edge of the chute can be located at least within a region defined by the size of the closing flap or its length in the longitudinal direction at a freely selectable distance adjacent to the top-seal seam.
- the opening area or the opening or the upper edge of the chute is arranged directly adjacent to the top seal seam. This means that the upper edge of the chute can either be spaced around a tab that can be pulled out of the gusset or directly below the top seal. In both cases, the advantage is obtained that the upper, unusable bag volume (above the lower edge of the closing tab) can be kept as low as possible.
- Immediately adjacent to the top seal should mean here in a range of 0 to 5 cm, preferably in a range of 0.5 to 2 cm.
- the production of the top seal seam occurs after the production of the first and the second longitudinal seam seam. This ensures that first the reclosure can be positioned on the inside of the flat spread film, then a hose formation and production of longitudinal sealing seams with sealed second and third edge zone of the Verschausblattes and structuring of the gussets can be done and then only the bag is closed at the top.
- the Velcro areas of the two Velcro strips can be identical or designed differently.
- the respective gusset may be formed along the entire length of the bag or only along an area below the top seal.
- a bag 1 which is designed as a gusseted bag and which is made of a flexible film 2 made of plastic, which forms the wall of the bag 1.
- the film 2 has multiple layers, wherein at least one outer side 10 (or Outside wall or outer layer of the film 2 called) and a sealable inner side 16 (or inner wall or inner layer of the film 2 called) (see, eg Fig. 3 or 4 and 5 ) exist.
- the 1 illustrated bag 1 has a front wall 3 and a rear wall 4 and a head portion 5, which is closed along its entire width with a top seal 6, and a foot portion 7, which is closed along its entire width with a candidaturesiegelnaht 8, and a longitudinal direction between the head area and the foot area extending the front wall 3 with the rear wall 4 connecting first side fold 9.
- the bag 1 has a second, but in the perspective of Fig. 1 invisible and therefore only hinted second gusset 26 on.
- the first gusset 9 is bounded by a first longitudinal sealing seam 35 towards the front wall 3 and by a second longitudinal sealing seam 36 towards the rear wall 4.
- the second gusset 26 is limited by a third longitudinal sealing seam 37 toward the front wall 3 and by a fourth longitudinal sealing seam 38 toward the rear wall 4.
- the second gusset 26 will not be discussed further below, because the invention will be discussed with reference to the first gusset 9.
- the respective end of each gusset is sealed to itself at the head end in the area of the top seal seam 6 as well as at the foot side in the area of the foot seal seam 8 in order to obtain the illustrated shape of the bag 1.
- the bag 1 can be closed on the head side and opened on the foot side or opened at the head end and prefabricated on the foot side.
- the unilaterally open bag is then delivered to a bottler, there filled depending on the situation by the still open head area 5 or foot area 7 with packaged goods and then closed by the respective sealed seam 6 or 8.
- Fig. 2 puts one in the Fig. 1 limited detail area A of the upper portion of the first gusset 9 represents.

- the edge zones 32 to 34 are in the FIG. 4 hatched shown.
- a closure member 20 is arranged, which will be discussed below.
- the closing flap 17 has a width which, adapted to the width of the side fold 9, in the present case slightly narrower (about 1 mm) than the width of the side fold 9.
- the closing flap 17 is at least on both sides (front and back of the Closing flap 17) over the entire surface of a sealable material and is therefore sealable on both sides.
- the first gusset 9 also has on the first gusset 9 adjacent to the opening portion 11 arranged actuating means 13 for actuating the reclosure 12 and consequently also for actuating the chute 24 (see Fig. 1 ).

- the mounting portion 15 is oriented and folded in an analogous manner as the handle portion 14 and closer to the opening portion 11 and the opening 23 arranged as the handle portion 14.
- the bag 1 also has, as a closure part 20, a first Velcro strip 39 as well as a second Velcro strip 43 cooperating therewith.
- the two Velcro straps 39 and 43 are in the Fig. 9 illustrated, which show a section along the first fold line 25.
- the first Velcro strip has a first Velcro area 40 and the second Velcro strip has a second Velcro area 44.
- the first Velcro strip 39 has, as a first sealing zone 48, a first sealing flange 41 flanking the first Velcro region 40 on the one side and a second sealing flange 42 flanking the first Velcro region 40 on the other side, the first sealing flange 41 and the second sealing flange 42 having the inside 16 are sealed.
- the first sealing flange 41 is located closer to the opening area than the second sealing flange 42.
- the second Velcro strip 43 has a second Velcro area 44 on the second sealing zone 49 which is sealed with that side of the closing flap 17 facing the first Velcro strip 39 one side flanking third sealing flange 45, wherein the third sealing flange 45 offset at a distance DX (see FIGS. 12 and 13 ) is positioned to a first end 50 (lower end) of the closure tab 17 and sealed there with the closure tab 17. wherein the distance DX the width of the second Velcro area 44 corresponds.
- the second Velcro region 44 thus begins exactly at the first end 50, that is to say at the edge of the closing strap 17 facing the foot end.
- a second end 51 of the closing strap 17 delimits the closing strap 17 upwards.
- first and second Velcro strips 39 and 43 have the same length and the same width, because they are shown congruent.
- the first and the second Velcro strips 39 and 43 have a length which corresponds to the seal seam distance SX between the first longitudinal seam 35 of the second longitudinal seam 36, so that they are flush with the two sealing seams.
- the procedure according to the invention is followed. First, (see Fig. 4 ) fed to the film 2 in the form of a film strip, as by the in the FIG. 3 indicated arrow 30 is indicated.
- the bag 1 is made by forming a tube, wherein a right film edge 31 is folded over to the left film edge 47 of the film strip, so that there are limited by the reference numeral 38 zones of the inner side 16 to each other. By heat action along these zones, the fourth longitudinal sealing seam 38 is produced, which seals the bag 1 along the side.
- Marking lines M9, M10 and M11 which are interrupted with a single point indicate folding edges at which the inner side 16 of the film 2 is folded against each other, after which the three longitudinal sealing seams 35, 36 and 37 are produced by heat.
- Marking lines M12 and M13 interrupted by two dots indicate the position of the first fold line 25 of the first gusset 9 and the position of a second fold line 29 of the second gusset 26.
- Transverse to the zones of the film 2 intended for the longitudinal sealing seams 35 to 38 are those intended for the foot seam 8 (between M15 and M16 for the preceding bag 1) and the top seam 6 (between M14 and M16 for the bag 1 currently being processed) Zones, wherein after the formation of tubes and formation of the gussets 9 and 26, the top seal 6 is made and the one bag 1 from another adjacent bag 1 is separated along the marking line M16.
- the top seal 6 is made and the one bag 1 from another adjacent bag 1 is separated along the marking line M16.
- the opening region 11 is defined, for example, by producing a laser perforation in the region designated as the first gusset 9, just beside the region designated as the top seal seam 6 (see the result visualized in FIG Fig. 4 ).
- the laser perforation defines a continuous line that has an opening 23 (see FIG Fig. 6 ) limited to filling material removal.
- the actuating means 13 is fixed to those designated as the outside 10 side of the film 2 by gluing the attachment portion 15 with the outside 10 (see result visualized eg in Fig. 4 ).
- This process step is in the Fig. 10 visualized, wherein a second arrow 53, the feeding and positioning and fixing of the actuating means 13 at that pointing into the plane of the page (looking down) of the film 2 (outside 10) indicates.
- the first Velcro strip 39 and the second Velcro strip 43 are first obtained by separating segments of a Velcro roll, which is not shown in detail.
- the two Velcro straps 39 and 43 are cut in a length equal to the sealing seam distance SX (see Fig. 4 ).
- the first Velcro strip 39 with the first and second sealing flanges 41 and 42 on the inner side 16 of the film 2 in the intended to form the gusset 9 portion of the film 2 adjacent to the opening portion 11, which also within the formation of the Gusset 9 intended area of the film (2) is defined, sealed (see result visualized in Fig. 4 and 5 ).
- the first Velcro strip 39 is thereby fed and positioned transversely to the direction indicated by the arrow 30 direction.
- the first Velcro region 40 is thus oriented transversely to the longitudinal direction, wherein with respect to the first Velcro region 40, the first sealing flange 41 is displaced parallel thereto in the direction of the head region 5 and the second sealing flange 42 is offset parallel thereto in the direction of the foot region 7.
- This process step is in the Fig. 11 visualized, wherein a third arrow 54, the feeding and positioning and fixing the first Velcro strip 39 at that pointing out of the plane of the page side of the film 2 (inside 16) indicates.
- the second closure element 28 is sealed with the third sealing flanges 45 on the side of the closing tab 17, which faces in the direction of the first Velcro strip 40 in the finished bag, with the closing tab 17.
- the third sealing flange 45 is positioned by the distance DX to the first end 50 of the Verschschlasche 17, wherein the distance DX is selected so that the first end 50 is located at a parting line 52 between the fourth sealing flange 46 and the second Velcro strip 44.
- the fourth sealing flange thus projects beyond the first end 50 and is not sealed with the closing flap 17.
- the closing flap 17 with the attached second Velcro strip 43 is then supplied to the film 2 transversely to the direction indicated by the arrow 30 direction. Thereafter, in accordance with the production method, the closing flap 17 is positioned inside the area of the film 2 provided on the inner side 16 within the area of the film 2 provided for forming the side fold 9 such that the closing flap 17 covers the opening area 11 and edge areas adjacent thereto and under its edge 18 below Recess of the contiguous region 19, in which both the first Velcro strip 39 and the second Velcro strip 43 is arranged, on the inner side 16 can be fixed.
- the closing tab 17 is fixed by covering the two Velcro areas 40 and 44 at its scheduled position covering the opening portion 11 from the inside 16 ago, wherein the two Velcro areas 40 and 44 are positioned congruent to each other and engaged.
- the second hook and loop region 44 is also oriented transversely to the longitudinal direction, with the third sealing flange 45 being offset in the direction of the head region 5 in relation to the second hook and loop region 44.
- This process step is in the Fig. 4 visualized, wherein in the direction of the drawing plane, the closing flap 17 covers a portion of the film 2.
- the length of the closing flap 17, measured in the longitudinal direction, is dimensioned such that it reaches approximately half of the top-seal width HSW (see FIG Fig. 5 ).
- the first sealing flange 41 and the third sealing flange 45 are offset offset from the opening region 11 in the direction of the foot region 7 at a distance of a few millimeters.

The invention relates to a bag with a closure flap having a reclosure in its side fold.
The production of such a bag has proved to be relatively complicated and complicated, in particular because of the adhesive Velcro strips.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide an improved process for its production and to develop a bag such that the above-mentioned problems are avoided.
This object is achieved on the one hand by a bag according to
The various walls of the bag may be present as individual wall segments and joined together by gluing or sealing their edges.
The foot can be formed flat or realized in the form of a fin.
The opening region can be formed by an opening already prefabricated in the film, for example by punching out a film part, or by a cut. On the other hand, the opening region can also be formed by an originally closed part of the film, which is opened only when the bag is first opened or removed from the bag. The opening region may have a weakening of the material that delimits the opening, which weakening of the material defines a region of a flap which can be completely or partially released from the gusset, wherein a chute can be formed after an opening or a removal of the flap. The weakening of the material can be produced by the action of a laser beam or by the production of a perforation or embossing. There may also be a combination of these measures. The material weakening can be a continuous line or be in the form of a broken line. However, the opening may also already be incorporated in the film and this opening may be closed by an additional closing tab applied on the outside of the film, which has to be torn away from the opening in order to open it. In both cases, an original packed condition can be detected when the opening is completely closed, so there is no damage to the tab. In the method of manufacturing the bag, the opening area may be defined prior to processing the film into a bag, for example during its manufacture. However, the opening area can also be defined or produced in the course of processing the film into a bag.
A chute is formed with the opening opened through a part of the side fold adjacent to the opening area (eg, facing the foot area), which is pulled away from another part of the side fold located on the opposite side of the opening area (eg, the head area) the area between the front wall and the rear wall is pulled out.
The bag may also include actuating means for actuating the reclosure disposed on the gusset adjacent the opening portion, the actuating means having a grip portion for engaging and a mounting portion for securing the gripping portion to the gusset. The actuating means may be constituted by a single or multi-layer foil strip which is mounted either transversely to the longitudinal direction or parallel to the longitudinal direction, preferably at the position of a central folding line of the lateral fold either on the outside or on the inside. If it is attached to the inside, it is led out of the bag through a slot along the fold line, so that the grip area can be easily gripped from the outside. In the case of the inside fastening, the slot, and preferably also the fastening area attached to the inside, can be sealed off with an inside attached cover sheet. The attachment area as well as the cover sheet can be arranged between the inside and an element of the reclosure. The attachment portion may engage immediately adjacent the opening portion at the location of the gusset to which that portion of the reseal fastener which cooperates with the other portion of the reseal fastener attached to the closure tab is attached.
As a film, a single-layer film or a multi-layer film can be used. A multilayer film may e.g. be made by laminating or coextrusion.
The inventive measures is achieved in an advantageous manner that no other technology is necessary to make the connection with the Velcro straps, as that technology with which other compounds are realized on the bag. The components realizing the pouches can therefore be completely connected to seals of sealable plastic layers produced by the action of heat. In addition, an often occurring by the use of adhesive contamination of the edge of the chute, where granular or powdery packaged material can accumulate on adhesive residues, completely avoided.
At the time of attaching the second Velcro strip on that side of the closing tab which is intended to face the inside of the side fold of the finished bag, the closing flap is not yet connected to the inside of the side fold. Therefore, the production of the respective compound with the first Velcro and the second Velcro strip can be done completely undisturbed. The attachment of the first and second Velcro strips can be done at the same time, e.g. in the register or in synchronous work cycles to each other. This is advantageous when the attachment of the two Velcro straps is integrated on a bag making machine or for other economic reasons, a synchronous activity is preferred. The two manufacturing steps of attaching can also be done independently of each other, so to speak offline.
Further, particularly advantageous embodiments and modifications of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims and the following description. In this case, the method can also be developed according to the dependent claims to the bag or vice versa, the bag according to the dependent claims for the process. Advantages that have been discussed in connection with a claim of one category apply analogously to those of the other category.
According to one aspect of the invention, the first Velcro strip has a first Velcro area and as a first sealing zone a first Velcro flanking the first Velcro area on one side and a second Velcro flanking the first Velcro area on the other side second sealing flange and the first Sealing flange and the second sealing flange is sealed with the inside. This ensures that the first Velcro reliably detached from the second Velcro when the chute is opened. Due to the sealing of the first Velcro strip on both sides of the first Velcro a tilting of the first Velcro tape from the inside of the gusset at a pulling or opening the chute is reliably avoided because the first Velcro held at the opening of the chute change in the curvature of the Gusset can not lift off the inside of the gusset. This advantage is given even after repeated opening of the chute, which in contrast to a glued Velcro tape does not have to be given, because the adhesive force of the adhesive, unlike a seal zone can change over time.
According to a further aspect of the invention, the second Velcro strip has a second Velcro area and as the second sealing zone a third Velcro flange flanking the second Velcro area on one side and a fourth sealing flange flanking the second Velcro area on the other side and the third sealing flange is offset in one Positioned to a first end of the closing tab and sealed there with the Verschließlasche and the fourth sealing flange is separated from the second Velcro. As a result, the second Velcro tape extends to the first end of the closing flap. Unlike the first Velcro tape is not directly in the second Velcro the problem that the second Velcro strip with its protruding into the opening end of the release tab releases and works in a different position or shape. This is justified by the fact that even alone due to its own elasticity or stiffness and the substantially shaping sealing of the third sealing flange with the Verschließlasche, which remains substantially curved according to the original shape of the gusset inward, a certain bias in the after inside folded position is obtained. In addition, can be designed by the choice of the distance, the opening width of the chute, for example, the upper Schüttenrand is defined only by the over the lower edge of the Verschließlasche (= first end of the closing tab) outstanding second Velcro area. Depending on the desired opening width of the chute, the fourth sealing flange can be completely or only a part thereof substantially parallel to the course of the second Velcro region of the second Velcro strip be separated. This measure ultimately also allows the efficient and cost-effective use of a single type of cost-effective hook and loop tape as a starting point for the first Velcro and structurally different after working second Velcro, this single type of Velcro, for example, can be obtained as a roll. It is thus the cost disadvantageous purchase of two different Velcro strips or types of such Velcro avoided.
According to the invention, the distance is selected such that, before the severance of the fourth sealing flange, the first end of the closing strap comes to rest on a parting line between the fourth sealing flange and the second hook and loop area. This ensures that e.g. a lower edge of the second Velcro area and the first end of the closing flap come to lie in alignment and in fact the largest possible opening width of the chute is achieved. In addition, the length of the channel of the chute can be minimized, so that said length is given only by the width of the second Velcro area plus the width of the third sealing flange, when the upper edge of the first Velcro strip is flush with the edge of the opening zone. In addition, the pointing in the interior of the bag side of the second Velcro strip is completely covered with the Verschließlasche inwards, so that accumulation of packaged goods between the Verschließlasche and the second Velcro strip is reliably avoided.
The first and the second longitudinal sealing seam have a longitudinal sealing seam width. According to a further aspect of the invention, the edge has a first edge zone and an adjoining second edge zone and third edge zone, and the closure flap has a width adapted to the width of the side fold, so that the second edge zone extends into one provided for forming a first longitudinal seal seam Area of the film and the third edge zone extends into a provided for forming a second longitudinal seam portion of the film. According to a further aspect of the method, the method comprises the steps of producing the first longitudinal seam with sealed second edge zone and producing the second longitudinal seam with sealed third edge zone, wherein the side fold limited by the first longitudinal seam towards the front wall and limited by the second longitudinal seam towards Rear wall is. A "width adapted to the width of the gusset" is intended here to mean that the maximum width of the closing strap can be so large that the second and the third edge zone (ie the right and the left edge zone) completely fills the respective longitudinal sealing seam, possibly with the exception of a bend or folding region of the film at the outer edge of the longitudinal sealing seam, or the width of the closing tab is slightly smaller than that can be previously mentioned maximum width, so that the third and the fourth edge zone extends only into a part of the respective longitudinal sealing seam and thus only partially fills the respective longitudinal sealing seam viewed from the inside to the outside. Accordingly, depending on the selected width of the closure flap, the second edge zone along the full longitudinal seal seam width or along a portion of the longitudinal seal seam width can be sealed into the first longitudinal seam and the third edge zone sealed into the second longitudinal seam along the full longitudinal seam width or along a portion of the longitudinal seal seam width. If the respective marginal zone is sealed along the full longitudinal sealing seam width, a particularly good anchoring of the closing flap in the respective longitudinal sealing seam can be achieved, which is favorable, for example, with a relatively small longitudinal sealing seam width. However, if the longitudinal sealing seam width is relatively large, it may be sufficient for the respective edge zone to be sealed into the longitudinal sealing seam along only a part of the longitudinal sealing seam width in order, for example, not to excessively influence the outer appearance of the longitudinal seam seam and to keep it as narrow as possible, at least optically. As for the bag thus produced, the advantage has been obtained that folding out of the upper part (located above the opening area in the direction of the head area) of the gusset is reliably avoided because the closing sheet is no longer supported only on the inside of the film of the gusset As is the case with the known bag, but the power transmission is displaced in the longitudinal sealing seams. The in accordance with the shape of the gusset inwardly arched in the bag closing flap, which tends because of their own mechanical elastic properties tends to convert the curved shape in a planar shape, so no longer relies along its edge within the gusset itself but to the much more stable trained longitudinal sealing seams. The interaction between the elastic properties of the closing tab and its storage areas in the two longitudinal sealing seams increases the load capacity of the closing tab in the inwardly curved form compared to the conventional fastening of the closing tab on the inside of the side fold. In addition, lies on advantageous Way in the entire range of width of the gusset at the location of Verschließlasche now a two-layer structure consisting of the film of the gusset and the Verschließlasche, resulting in the stability of the folded inwards between the front and rear walls and clamped between the front and rear wall gusset contributes. In addition, the advantage is obtained by this measure that for the attachment of the adjoining the first edge zone second and third edge zone of Verschließlasche on the inside no separate sealing tool and consequently no separate step is necessary. Rather, in the production of the longitudinal sealing seams in a single step, the respective longitudinal sealing seam is produced at the same time and the closing flap is fastened or sealed in the respective longitudinal sealing seam. The manufacturing process can thus run more efficiently and cost-effectively than is the case with the known method.
According to a preferred aspect of the invention, the first Velcro strip and the second Velcro strip are cut to a length which corresponds to the seal seam distance between the first longitudinal seam of the second longitudinal seam. This seal seam distance is measured transversely (90 °) to the longitudinal direction and indicates the distance between the two sealing seams from each other. With such a configuration of the Velcro straps, the maximum width of the chute can be realized.
According to a further aspect of the invention, the positioning of the closing flap or adjusting the length of the closing flap takes place in such a way that the closing flap with its first edge zone facing the head region of the bag reaches into a region of the film intended to form a top seal for closure of the head area , and wherein closing of the head region by making a top seal with sealing of the first edge zone takes place. In the finished bag, the head area is thus closed with a top-seal seam, and the first edge zone is sealed in the top-seal seam. The bag can already be closed at the head end during production or delivered open at the head end. This process step can, for example, at a bag manufacturer be performed. But it can also be carried out at a bottler who fills the pre-assembled bag open at the top with packaged goods and then closes it with the top seal. Thus, the advantage is achieved that not only for the attachment of the second and the third edge zone but also for the upper, head-side edge of the closing flap no separate tool and consequently no separate step is necessary. The manufacturing method can thus be made more efficient and cheaper than is the case with the known method, whereby the manufacturing costs of the bag are also favorably influenced. In addition, a better use of the available total bag volume and thus ultimately also a more efficient use of the film is given because the integration of the upper edge (first edge zone) of the closing flap into the top-seal seam enables the opening area or opening to be as close as possible for the first time the top seal can be brought. Thus, despite tightly closed top seal, the chute can be opened close to the top seal or immediately adjacent to the top seal. This is possible only because a separate sealing seam between the top seal seam and the opening region for attaching the upper edge (first edge zone) of the closure flap is dispensed with. By this measure, the use of the film is optimized in a production of the bag, because of a de facto unusable upper bag volume above the lower edge (located towards the foot area) of the closing flap can be largely dispensed with. Thus, the film used in bag making can be used to a greater extent to produce a useful lower bag volume, ultimately resulting in more efficient film usage. The bag can ultimately be made smaller or, viewed differently, foil material can be saved for a given usable bag volume. The reduced in relation to the known bag upper bag volume additionally has a favorable effect on the problem of the folding-out of the part of the gusset located above the opening area which is observed in the known bag. A reduced upper bag volume ultimately also means a lower maximum pressure on the closure tab from inside the bag.
The top seal has a top seal margin.
The opening region or the opening or ultimately an upper edge of the chute can be located at least within a region defined by the size of the closing flap or its length in the longitudinal direction at a freely selectable distance adjacent to the top-seal seam. According to a preferred embodiment, the opening area or the opening or the upper edge of the chute is arranged directly adjacent to the top seal seam. This means that the upper edge of the chute can either be spaced around a tab that can be pulled out of the gusset or directly below the top seal. In both cases, the advantage is obtained that the upper, unusable bag volume (above the lower edge of the closing tab) can be kept as low as possible. Immediately adjacent to the top seal should mean here in a range of 0 to 5 cm, preferably in a range of 0.5 to 2 cm.
According to a further aspect of the invention, the production of the top seal seam occurs after the production of the first and the second longitudinal seam seam. This ensures that first the reclosure can be positioned on the inside of the flat spread film, then a hose formation and production of longitudinal sealing seams with sealed second and third edge zone of the Verschließblattes and structuring of the gussets can be done and then only the bag is closed at the top.
For both the longitudinal sealing seams and the head sealing seam, their manufacture is accomplished by means of pairs of sealing jaws which are heated and pressed together with portions of the film between them.
The Velcro areas of the two Velcro strips can be identical or designed differently.
The respective gusset may be formed along the entire length of the bag or only along an area below the top seal.

Likewise, with the aid of the marking lines M i, those regions which are intended for the formation of the other three longitudinal sealing seams 35, 36, and 37 are delimited. Marking lines M9, M10 and M11 which are interrupted with a single point indicate folding edges at which the
The
36 erfolgt (siehe Ergebnis visualisiert in
In the interior of the
