Definitions
- the present invention relates to the field of containers of corrugated cardboard or other equivalent material, intended for the transport and distribution of powdery, granular or fluid products such as pasty or liquid.
- Containers with large capacity that is to say having a capacity of several hundred kg, and arranged to ensure the distribution on demand of the container, are generally rigid and constructed so as to be reused.
- containers with hopper, thick cardboard which have the advantage of being dismantled when empty or for a vacuum shipment to the industrial for filling or after use and unloading its container for a no-load return.
- the cardboard also has the advantage of being able to be recycled and transformed again.
- the present applicant has set itself the objective of developing a paperboard container meeting the requirements of economy of material, cost, weight and simplicity of assembly and disassembly.
- a container for powdery product comprising a belt with two first walls parallel to each other, two other vertical walls and a bottom with a hopper, characterized in that the hopper comprises two panels inclined towards one another and is formed of panels integral with said two walls.
- the hopper formed in this way is able to withstand heavy loads by using a cardboard of appropriate thickness, for example double or triple thickness of grooves.
- the structure is further strengthened while allowing easy assembly when the hopper comprises two first panels each articulated along the lower edge of one of the first two walls and two second panels each forming a part of the hopper, and in particular when the sides of the hopper comprise a bearing flap forming a bearing surface against the wall.
- the container comprises two flaps along said other walls, the flaps being held in place by a removable fastening means.
- the attachment means is formed of a pin on one of the flaps and a corresponding notch on the other, for example in the form of a dovetail or other form of equivalent effect.
- the attachment means is formed of locking flaps extending the flaps so as to cooperate with slots in said first panels integral with the first two walls.
- the corrugated cardboard used for the heavy loads being rather thick, it follows that after being folded, the internal stresses tending to put it back flat are important.
- the locking flaps of the two flaps thus bear against each other which contributes to locking the flaps in position against the panels of the hopper.
- the support flaps are held pressed against the vertical walls by the locking flaps. Moreover, by providing sufficient height for these locking flaps, they are then made to take an inclined position at an acute angle in the available space under the inclined plane of the hopper, ensuring even better locking of the long flaps constituting the bottom of the container.

Abstract
Description
figure 1 est en forme de parallélépipède.
figure 1 .
