Claims (17)

  1. Procédé pour améliorer le remplissage des grains d'une plante de blé, ledit procédé comprenant la surexpression dans ladite plante de blé d'un glutamate synthase NADH-dépendante (NADH-GoGAT) présentant au moins 95 % d'identité avec le polypeptide de séquence SEQ ID NO : 1, le pourcentage d'identité entre deux séquences étant calculé à partir d'un alignement des deux séquences sur leur longueur entière.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le remplissage des grains est amélioré par l'augmentation du poids des grains et/ou de la teneur en protéines des grains.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel ladite NADH-GoGAT a la séquence d'acides aminés SEQ ID NO : 22.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel ladite NADH-GoGAT est codée par une séquence nucléotidique choisie dans le groupe constitué de SEQ ID NO : 2, SEQ ID NO : 3, SEQ ID NO : 4, SEQ ID NO : 5, SEQ ID NO : 23, SEQ ID NO : 24, SEQ ID NO : 25 et SEQ ID NO : 26, de préférence SEQ ID NO : 23, SEQ ID NO : 24, SEQ ID NO : 25 et SEQ ID NO : 26.
  5. Cassette d'expression recombinante, qui comprend un polynucléotide codant pour une NADH-GoGAT telle que définie dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 3 ou 4, sous le contrôle d'un promoteur hétérologue fonctionnel dans une cellule végétale.
  6. Vecteur recombinant, qui contient une cassette d'expression comprenant un polynucléotide codant pour une NADH-GoGAT telle que définie dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 3 ou 4, sous le contrôle d'un promoteur.
  7. Cellule hôte, qui contient une cassette d'expression recombinante selon la revendication 5 ou un vecteur recombinant selon la revendication 6.
  8. Cellule hôte selon la revendication 7 qui est une cellule de plante de blé.
  9. Procédé de production d'une plante de blé transgénique, présentant un remplissage des grains amélioré, ledit procédé comprenant :
    - la fourniture d'une cellule de plante de blé selon la revendication 8 ;
    - la régénération à partir de ladite cellule de plante de blé d'une plante de blé transgénique surexprimant une NADH-GoGAT telle que définie dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 3.
  10. Plante de blé transgénique pouvant être obtenue par le procédé selon la revendication 9, ladite plante de blé transgénique contenant une cassette d'expression recombinante telle que définie dans la revendication 5.
  11. Plante de blé transgénique ou l'un de ses organes ou tissus isolé, qui comprend, intégrée de façon stable dans son génome, une cassette d'expression recombinante comprenant un polynucléotide codant pour une NADH-GoGAT telle que définie dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 3 ou 4.
  12. Graines de blé, qui contiennent une cassette d'expression recombinante selon la revendication 5 obtenues à partir d'une plante de blé transgénique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 ou 11.
  13. Protéine glutamate synthase NADH-dépendante de blé isolée présentant au moins 95 % d'identité avec le polypeptide de séquence SEQ ID NO : 1, le pourcentage d'identité entre deux séquences étant calculé à partir d'un alignement des deux séquences sur leur longueur entière.
  14. Protéine glutamate synthase NADH-dépendante de blé isolée selon la revendication 13, qui a la séquence d'acides aminés SEQ ID NO : 22.
  15. Polynucléotide isolé choisi dans le groupe constitué de :
    a) un polynucléotide codant pour une NADH-GoGAT de blé, lequel polypeptide présentant au moins 95 % d'identité avec le polypeptide de séquence SEQ ID NO : 1, le pourcentage d'identité entre deux séquences étant calculé à partir d'un alignement des deux séquences sur leur longueur entière ;
    b) un polynucléotide complémentaire du polynucléotide a).
  16. Polynucléotide isolé selon la revendication 15, qui est choisi dans le groupe constitué de : SEQ ID NO : 2, SEQ ID NO : 3, SEQ ID NO : 4, SEQ ID NO : 5, SEQ ID NO : 23, SEQ ID NO : 24, SEQ ID NO : 25 et SEQ ID NO : 26, de préférence SEQ ID NO : 23, SEQ ID NO : 24, SEQ ID NO : 25 et SEQ ID NO : 26.
  17. Paire d'amorces, qui est choisie dans le groupe constitué des séquences SEQ ID NO : 7 et SEQ ID NO : 8, SEQ ID NO : 9 et SEQ ID NO : 10, SEQ ID NO : 11 et SEQ ID NO : 12, SEQ ID NO : 13 et SEQ ID NO : 14, SEQ ID NO : 15 et SEQ ID NO : 16, SEQ ID NO : 17 et SEQ ID NO : 18, et SEQ ID NO : 19 et SEQ ID NO : 20, SEQ ID NO : 27 et SEQ ID NO : 28, SEQ ID NO : 29 et SEQ ID NO : 30, SEQ ID NO : 31 et SEQ ID NO : 32, SEQ ID NO : 33 et SEQ ID NO : 34, de préférence SEQ ID NO : 27 et SEQ ID NO : 28, SEQ ID NO : 29 et SEQ ID NO : 30, SEQ ID NO : 31 et SEQ ID NO : 32, SEQ ID NO : 33 et SEQ ID NO : 34.
