Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for cutting head hair according to claim 1.
- Curling of the scalp hair may be genetic or as has been known for many years under the influence of heat, as previously achieved with curling irons and later with the help of curlers.
- chemical processing methods have recently become known which cause a curl of the hair.
- Forming curls by means of a haircut has been known for some time. This is due to the fact that shorter hair stand out practically straight from the scalp because of the lower dead weight, as is known in short haircuts, especially in men. If the hairs have different lengths for a single strand of hair, the shorter hairs will support and the longer ones will fall over them with simultaneous formation of curls.
- this technique is used to achieve the curly hair falling inwards in the area near the neck.
- a method for cutting hair for the production of curly or wavy hairstyles is known in which a Haarpassée between the fingers of one hand is taken approximately perpendicular to the course of the parallel hair and then the opened scissors with the other hand obliquely or perpendicular to the direction of Haarpassée is introduced. Thereafter, a strand of hair is performed with simultaneous, uniform rotation of the scissors about an axis perpendicular to the plane formed by the hair strand up to a cutting angle a, so that an arcuate section is formed with substantially the same cutting radius. This procedure is then performed several times per hair pass.
- the US 6'257'248 describes a method for cutting head hair, in which a Haarpassee is also taken between the fingers of one hand approximately perpendicular to the course of the parallel hair and in which the cut is guided during a sliding movement.
- a Haarpassee is also taken between the fingers of one hand approximately perpendicular to the course of the parallel hair and in which the cut is guided during a sliding movement.
- the nature of the step to be achieved is not described in detail and superimposed movements are not recognizable.
- the hairdresser wants to cut the hair of a customer to achieve a supple falling, curly hairstyle according to the present method, he uses this as usual a barber scissors. It is quite possible to carry out this procedure with a conventional barber scissors and a standard comb. With a comb 20, as usual, he forms an uncut hair pass 1 and holds this hair pass 1 between two adjacent fingers 7 of a hand 6 so that the hair runs parallel and somewhat perpendicular to the extended fingers 7. Here, the hair should be kept relatively tight from the scalp 11. Under a Haarpassée one understands the entirety, held between the two fingers 7 hair. Depending on the width of the held Haarpassées he subdivided this either intellectually or with the help of a comb in about 2-4 strands 4.
- section line 8 as about Parabola means that the incision practically forms the apex of the parabola and thus the cut line 8 forms only about half a parabola line.
- the intersection line 8 could also be described as a quarter ellipse circumference line, where the incision would correspond to that point of the ellipse in which the longer diagonal ends and the end of the intersection line 8 is where the shorter diagonal of the ellipse ends.
- these descriptions only serve to roughly describe the course of the cut line.
- the hairdresser can not achieve an exact parabolic curve or an exact elliptical part curve of course with the pair of scissors and the circumscriptions given here are merely to show that the cutting line is a curve that starts with a narrow radius and then continuously increases the radius of curvature and finally practically in one Just runs out. Here, a total of about 90 ° change in direction takes place. To describe this curve, however, the barber does not need to pan the scissors.
- closing movement 9 'and sliding movement 9''of the scissors 2 can be known to achieve any curve.
- the cutting line 8 can only be achieved by coordinating a sliding movement 9 "and a closing movement 9 'of the scissors.
- a sliding movement 9 "and a closing movement 9 'of the scissors it may be easier to go by the hand when he performs the scissors during the sliding movement 9 "also in a pivoting movement away from the customer's head to the fingers holding the hair piece 1.
- Certain hairdressers hold with the same hand, with the they also hold the Haarpassée 1 the comb 20, which is now practically like a sign in front of the fingers holding the Haarpassée 1 7. This also protects the fingers of the hairdresser.
- the desired arc of the cutting line 8 can be achieved by decreasing the speed of the closing movement 9 'of the scissors 2 during the sliding movement 9''from the interface 3 to the end of the cutting line 8 while at the same time controlling the speed of the sliding movement 9 '' holds the same. This is easier than keeping the speed of the closing movement 9 'the same and for increasing the speed of the sliding movement 9''.
- the speed of the closing movement 9 'and the speed of the sliding movement 9'' both be consistent, while additionally the hairdresser, the scissors 2 pivots away from the head 10 of the customer to the hairpin 1 holding fingers 7.
- the choice of exercise is the hairdresser. It is essential only the result, namely the cut line 8 to be achieved.
- the inventive method requires the hairdresser an unusual rotational movement of the hand.
- the hairdresser or hairdresser holds the scissors so that in one eye of the thumb and in the other eye of the ring finger rests, while forefinger and middle finger are on that leg on which the eye is formed, in which the ring finger is inserted.
- the ring finger is usually relatively thin, it can easily follow the pivotal movement in the eye.
- the thicker thumb always comes into contact with the back of the pair of scissors during this pivoting movement. This is uncomfortable and can lead to appropriate complaints after a long time.
- a particularly designed scissors is proposed as a means for performing the inventive hair cutting method, with an open to receive the thumb eye, such as from US 5,781,999 known.

Description
The present invention relates to a method for cutting head hair according to claim 1.
Curling of the scalp hair may be genetic or as has been known for many years under the influence of heat, as previously achieved with curling irons and later with the help of curlers. In addition to thermal influence, chemical processing methods have recently become known which cause a curl of the hair.
Forming curls by means of a haircut has been known for some time.
Especially in the so-called page cutting this technique is used to achieve the curly hair falling inwards in the area near the neck.

- a) forming an uncut hairpiece by means of a comb and holding a Haarpassées between the two adjacent fingers of a hand approximately perpendicular to the course of the parallel hair, which are held taut from the scalp and after
- b) the opened scissors with the other hand obliquely or perpendicular to the direction of hair hairline of the held Haarpassées is introduced.
This object is achieved by carrying out the following steps according to the invention after the two aforementioned method steps have been carried out: - c) the scissors is moved in a sliding manner from an incision of the fingers holding the Haarpassée away in the direction of the fingers holding the Haarpassée and at the same time a closing movement of the scissors is performed in such a way that
- d) the cutting line extends in an outgoing arc from the incision at least approximately perpendicular to the fingers, wherein
- e) more than one cut line is made per hair band,
Further advantageous variants of the inventive method will become apparent from the dependent claims 2 to 4.
In the drawing, the process-appropriate cut is shown schematically.
If the hairdresser wants to cut the hair of a customer to achieve a supple falling, curly hairstyle according to the present method, he uses this as usual a barber scissors. It is quite possible to carry out this procedure with a conventional barber scissors and a standard comb. With a comb 20, as usual, he forms an uncut hair pass 1 and holds this hair pass 1 between two
Depending on the width of the hair pass 1 taken 2 - 4 such cutting lines 8 are performed.
As already mentioned, the cutting line 8 can only be achieved by coordinating a
In principle, the desired arc of the cutting line 8 can be achieved by decreasing the speed of the closing movement 9 'of the scissors 2 during the sliding movement 9''from the interface 3 to the end of the cutting line 8 while at the same time controlling the speed of the sliding movement 9 '' holds the same. This is easier than keeping the speed of the closing movement 9 'the same and for increasing the speed of the sliding movement 9''. Alternatively, however, the speed of the closing movement 9 'and the speed of the sliding movement 9''both be consistent, while additionally the hairdresser, the scissors 2 pivots away from the
