Claims (15)

- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les premier et second rouleaux arqués (3, 4) sont réalisés de manière à pouvoir pivoter de manière synchrone l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux d'étirement (3, 4) sont disposés espacés l'un de l'autre, la bande de matériau (W) étant transportée dans l'intervalle (Z) circonscrit par les deux rouleaux d'étirement (3, 4) dans un sens prédéfini de circulation du matériau (WL).
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par une position neutre (NS) des rouleaux d'étirement (3, 4) dans laquelle les rouleaux d'étirement (3, 4) sont certes en léger contact avec la bande de matériau transportée (W) mais il n'y a pas de correction de déformation.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par une première position de correction (KS1) pour la correction d'une déformation de « milieu devant » et une seconde position de correction (KS2) pour la correction d'une déformation de « bord devant ».

- Dispositif selon une des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que, dans la seconde position de correction (KS2), l'angle d'encerclement (uw) de la bande de matériau (W) aux extrémités libres (3', 3" et 4', 4") des rouleaux d'étirement (3, 4) est inférieur à l'angle d'encerclement (uw') de la bande de matériau (W) au sommet (S, S').
- Procédé de correction de déformation d'une bande de matériau (W), en particulier textile, transportée, dans laquelle une bande de matériau (W) est guidée dans au moins deux rouleaux d'étirement (3, 4) dont les extrémités libres (3', 3", 4', 4") sont chacune reliées ensemble par une plaque de retenue (5, 6), les deux plaques de retenue (5, 6) étant disposées d'en face et de manière à pouvoir tourner autour d'un axe de rotation commun (D) dans un système d'ajustement (1), caractérisé en ce que, pour la correction de la déformation, les deux rouleaux d'étirement (3, 4) sont pivotés respectivement vers l'intérieur de la bande de matériau (W) autour d'un axe des rouleaux (WD, WD') s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe de rotation commun (D).
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que, pour la correction de la déformation, aussi bien les éléments de retenue (5, 6) sont tournés ou pivotés pratiquement en même temps autour de l'axe de rotation commun (D) que les premiers et second rouleaux d'étirement (3, 4) autour de l'axe des rouleaux (WD, WD') dans le même sens de rotation ou un sens de rotation opposé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il y a un pivotement/une rotation pratiquement simultané des éléments de retenue (5, 6) et des rouleaux d'étirement (3, 4) dans une relation prédéfinie.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que, pour atteindre une première position de correction (KS1) pour corriger une déformation de « milieu devant », les éléments de retenue (5, 6) et les rouleaux d'étirement (3, 4) sont pivotés ou tournés dans le même sens de rotation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que, pour atteindre une seconde position de correction (KS2) pour corriger une déformation de « bord devant », les éléments de retenue (5, 6) et les rouleaux d'étirement (3, 4) sont pivotés ou tournés dans un sens de rotation opposé.
