Abstract

Luftdüse (1) zum Einbringen eines ein Oxidationsmittel umfassenden Gasstroms in einen Feuerraum, umfassend:
- einen Düsenfinger (2) mit mindestens einer Gasstromzuführung (3) und mindestens einer Gasstromausführung (4);
- eine Düsenhaube (7) zum Überdecken des Düsenfingers (2) zumindest im Bereich der mindestens einen Gasstromausführung (4) mit mindestens einem Loch (14) in der Außenhülle zum Ausleiten des Gasstroms;

wobei Düsenfinger (2) und Düsenhaube (7) durch eine gewindefreie Klemmverbindung lösbar miteinander verbindbar sind, wobei das mindestens eine Loch (14) mit der mindestens einen Gasstromausführung (4) in strömungstechnischer Verbindung steht, wenn Düsenfinger (2) und Düsenhaube (7) miteinander verbunden sind.

- A nozzle finger (2) with at least one gas stream supply (3) and at least one gas flow design (4);
- A nozzle hood (7) for covering the nozzle finger (2) at least in the region of at least one gas flow design (4) with at least one hole (14) in the outer shell for discharging the gas stream;

wherein nozzle fingers (2) and nozzle hood (7) can be detachably connected to one another by a thread-free clamping connection, wherein the at least one hole (14) is in fluid communication with the at least one gas flow embodiment (4), if nozzle fingers (2) and nozzle hood (7) connected to each other.

Die erfindungsgemäße Luftdüse (1) erlaubt es in vorteilhafter Weise, bei guten strömungstechnischen Eigenschaften und einem geringen Verschleiß, Luft als einen ein Oxidationsmittel umfassenden Gasstrom in einen Feuerraum insbesondere einer Wirbelschichtfeuerung einzubringen. Gleichzeitig lässt sich die Düsenhaube (7) einfach reversibel vom Düsenfinger (2) trennen, die Luftdüsen (1) können so einfach inspiziert, gewartet und ausgetauscht werden.
