Claims (9)

  1. An electrical terminal, in particular a terminal block, with a housing (2) and a conductor bar (4) held on the housing (2), and with a fastening screw or a fastening nut (6), which, in the position of use of the electrical terminal, interacts with a nut or screw (8) corresponding thereto in such a manner that an electrical conductor to be electrically connected to the conductor bar (4) is clamped between the nut or screw (8) and the conductor bar (4), wherein in the mounting position of the electrical terminal, the screw head of the fastening screw or the fastening nut (6) is completely enclosed at the outer periphery thereof by the housing (2) in a direction perpendicular to the centre axis (10) of the fastening screw or nut (6), wherein the housing (2) is formed in the contact region in a manner corresponding to the outer contour of the fastening screw or nut (6),
    characterized in
    that a security tab (14) is arranged on the housing (2), wherein said security tab (14) can be moved from an opening position into a security position, and in the security position the conductor bar (4), in the mounting position of the electrical terminal, is fixed in a direction parallel to the centre axis (10) of the fastening screw or nut (6) between the housing (2) and the security tab (14).
  2. The electrical terminal according to claim 1,
    characterized in
    that the fastening screw or nut (6) and the nut or screw (8) corresponding thereto are formed as hexagonal screws and nuts.
  3. The electrical terminal according to claim 1 or 2,
    characterized in
    that the housing (2) comprises a securing means (2.1, 2.2), which in the mounting position of the electrical terminal fixes the conductor bar (4) in a direction perpendicular to the centre axis (10) of the fastening screw or nut (6).
  4. The electrical terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
    characterized in
    that the security tab (14) comprises a contact projection (14.2), wherein in the security position of the security tab (14) said contact projection (14.2) braces the conductor bar (4) against the housing (2).
  5. The electrical terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
    characterized in
    that the security tab (14) comprises a locking means (14.3), which in the security position of the security tab (14) interacts with a lock (2.3) of the housing (2) corresponding thereto, in such a manner that the security tab (14) is fixed in the security position.
  6. The electrical terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
    characterized in
    that the security tab (14) is moulded onto the housing (2).
  7. The electrical terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 6,
    characterized in
    that the nut or screw is fixed onto the housing.
  8. The electrical terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 7,
    characterized in
    that the electrical terminal comprises a connecting part (16) with which the electrical terminal can be attached to a mounting rail.
  9. The electrical terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 8,
    characterized in
    that the electrical terminal is implemented as a terminal block and the housing (2) comprises an electrical insulating wall (2.4), wherein the electrical insulating wall (2.4) electrically insulates adjoining electrical terminals from one another.
