Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schließzylinder für ein Schloss, insbesondere für ein Einsteckschloss für eine Tür. Um bei hoher Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit und geringem Energieverbrauch die Herstellkosten des Schließzylinders zu reduzieren und die Sicherheit des Schließzylinders zu verbessern wird mit der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, ein gattungsgemäßer Schließzylinder mit einem Gehäuse (2) und einer in einer Längsbohrung (3) des Gehäuses (2) drehbar gelagerten Welle (4), mit einer gegenüber dem Gehäuse (2) um eine, durch die Welle (4) definierte Drehachse (5) verdrehbaren Schließnase (6) und mit einer mittels eines Antriebs (7) betätigbaren Kupplung (8), mittels der in Abhängigkeit der Verifikation eines Berechtigungscodes eine drehfeste Kopplung zwischen der Welle (4) und der Schließnase (6) herstellbar ist, wobei die Kupplung (8) einen durch den Antrieb (7) in Axialrichtung der Welle (4) von einer entkuppelten in eine gekuppelte Stellung der Kupplung (8) bewegbaren Schieber (9) umfasst, welcher Schieber (9) in der gekuppelten Stellung der Kupplung (8) in die Schließnase (6) mittelbar oder unmittelbar kuppelnd eingreift und wobei der Schieber (9) einen Anschlag (10) aufweist, der mit einer Anschlagfläche (11) im Gehäuse (2) derart zusammenwirkt, dass der Schieber (9) bis zu einer vorbestimmten Geschwindigkeit und/oder einer vorbestimmten Beschleunigung relativ zum Gehäuse (2) aus der entkuppelten in die gekuppelte Stellung bewegbar ist und bei Überschreiten der vorbestimmten Geschwindigkeit und/oder Beschleunigung in seiner Bewegung in Richtung der gekuppelten Stellung blockiert ist.
