Claims (15)

  1.   4. Coussin (10) selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'une ou plusieurs poches allongées (80) aptes à recevoir une colonne de support (78) sont disposées sur la région de support de dos (16) de l'enveloppe de coussin (12).
  5. Coussin (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'un insert de support de dos (34) est apte à s'ajuster à l'intérieur de la région de support de dos (16) de l'enveloppe de coussin (12), l'insert (34) ayant une zone de support de dos et une paire d'éléments de support latéraux (46), chaque élément de support latéral (46) s'étendant vers l'extérieur à partir de l'insert de support de dos (34) pour supporter les côtés du torse d'un utilisateur.
  6. Coussin (10) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que la zone de support de dos de l'insert de support de dos (34) est stratifiée à partir d'une mousse et d'un tissu et est sensiblement concave.
  7. Coussin (10) selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'une région supérieure de l'enveloppe de coussin (12) et l'insert de support de dos (34) sont dotés d'une région d'aile incurvée s'étendant sensiblement latéralement à partir de l'un et l'autre côté de ceux-ci pour supporter les épaules et/ou la tête de l'utilisateur.
  8. Coussin (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que des inserts de support de bras respectifs (50, 52) sont aptes à s'ajuster à l'intérieur des première et seconde régions de support de bras (20, 22) de l'enveloppe de coussin (12), chaque insert de support de bras (50, 52) étant stratifié à partir d'une mousse et d'un tissu.
  9. Coussin (10) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que chaque insert de support de bras (50, 52) comprend un tissu espaceur (54), une couverture de tissu sur un côté du tissu espaceur (54) et une pluralité de bandes de mousse (56) disposées sur l'autre côté de la couverture de tissu, les bandes de mousse (56) étant espacées et sensiblement parallèles les unes aux autres.
  10. Coussin (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'un insert de siège (62) est apte à s'ajuster à l'intérieur de la région de siège (14) de l'enveloppe de coussin (12), l'insert de siège (62) ayant un bord en relief (64) disposé sur au moins une partie de la périphérie de l'insert de siège (62) pour supporter les régions externes des cuisses d'un utilisateur.
  11. Coussin (10) selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait qu'une zone en relief (66) est disposée sur l'insert de siège (62), à un bord avant de l'insert de siège (62) sensiblement à son point milieu pour supporter les régions internes des cuisses de l'utilisateur.
  12. Coussin (10) selon l'une des revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisé par le fait qu'une zone de dépression (67) est disposée à proximité d'un bord latéral arrière de l'insert de siège (62).
  13. Coussin (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'un insert de support lombaire (74) est apte à être attaché de façon libérable à la région de support de dos (16) de l'enveloppe de coussin (12).
  14. Coussin (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'une enveloppe amovible (48, 58, 60, 68, 72, 76) est prévue pour chaque insert (34, 50, 52, 62, 70, 74).
  15. Coussin (10) selon la revendication 14, caractérisé par le fait que des moyens d'indication (82) sont disposés sur l'intérieur de l'enveloppe de coussin (12) et/ou sur chaque enveloppe amovible (48, 58, 60, 68, 72, 76) des inserts (34, 50, 52, 62, 70, 74) pour faciliter un positionnement correct des inserts (34, 50, 52, 62, 70, 74) à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe de coussin (12).
