Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Textilmaschine, insbesondere einer Spinnereivorbereitungsmaschine, vorzugsweise einer Strecke, Karde oder Kämmmaschine, bei dem Fasermaterial (5) im Bereich eines Ausgangs der Textilmaschine durch eine Ablagevorrichtung, wie beispielsweise einen Ablageteller (7), mit einer definierten Fördergeschwindigkeit in eine Kanne (8) abgelegt wird. Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen, dass während der Ablage des Fasermaterials (5) mit Hilfe eines Sensors (11) ein elektrisches Signal erzeugt wird, sobald ein Kontakt zwischen dem in der Kanne (8) abgelegten Fasermaterial (5) und der Ablagevorrichtung besteht, und dass die Fördergeschwindigkeit der Ablagevorrichtung unter Berücksichtigung des Signals geregelt wird. Ferner wird eine entsprechende Textilmaschine mit einem Ausgang für Fasermaterial (5) und einer im Bereich des Ausgangs angeordneten Ablagevorrichtung, wie beispielsweise einem Ablageteller (7), zum Ablegen des Fasermaterials (5) mit einer definierten Fördergeschwindigkeit in wenigstens eine Kanne (8) beschrieben, wobei der Ablagevorrichtung erfindungsgemäß wenigstens ein Sensor (11) zugeordnet ist, der ausgebildet ist, ein elektrisches Signal zu erzeugen, sobald ein Kontakt zwischen dem in der Kanne (8) abgelegten Fasermaterial (5) und der Ablagevorrichtung besteht, wobei der Sensor (11) mit einer Steuerung in Verbindung steht, die ausgebildet ist, die Fördergeschwindigkeit der Ablagevorrichtung unter Berücksichtigung des Signals zu regeln.
