Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kurbelgehäuse für eine Brennkraftmaschine mit den Merkmalen aus dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to a crankcase for an internal combustion engine with the features of the preamble of patent claim 1.

Bei der aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Bearbeitung, der Herstellung der Trennfläche am Kurbelgehäuse zu einem Zylinderkopf, werden gleichzeitig verschiedene Materialien, das Kurbelgehäusematerial und die Laufbahnbeschichtung, bearbeitet. Daher ist es notwendig, nach der Bearbeitung der Deckfläche, bzw. Trennfläche zum Zylinderkopf hin diese nochmals zu schleifen, da beim Fräsen der Deck-, bzw. Trennfläche Partikel herausgelöst werden, die die Deckfläche bzw. Trennfläche unzulässig zerkratzen können. Ein gattungsgemäßes Kurbelgehäuse ist ferner aus der amerikanischen Patentanmeldung
Diese Aufgabe wird durch das Merkmal im kennzeichnenden Teil des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst.
Beim Einbringen der notwendigen Fase zum späteren Einführen eines Kolbens, die sog. Kolbeneinführfase, wird gleichzeitig eine Ansenkung (die Ansenkung kann im Werkzeug gleichzeitig bereits vorgehalten sein) mit eingebracht, die so ausgelegt ist, dass unter Berücksichtigung aller Toleranzen bei der Zylinder- und Trennflächenbearbeitung nur das Kurbelgehäusegussmaterial bearbeitet werden muss. Aufgrund des Einsatzes der Fase mit Ansenkung ist kein weiterer Schleifprozess bei der Kurbelgehäusebearbeitung mehr notwendig (Trennflächenbearbeitung). Dies spart Investitionen in eine zusätzliche Schleifmaschine und natürlich Bearbeitungszeit aufgrund des Entfalls eines kompletten Bearbeitungsvorgangs. Die Ansenkung kann bevorzugt zeitgleich mit dem Einbringen der Fase umgesetzt werden.This object is achieved by the feature in the characterizing part of patent claim 1.
