Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Warenvorschubsystem zur Aufnahme und Präsentation von Waren und zur Aufnahme von Warenvorschubeinsätzen zur selbsttätigen Beförderung von Waren in einer Warenvorschubrichtung W gemäß Patentanspruch 1. Erfindungsgemäße Warenvorschubeinsätze sind in der DE 10 2010 006 746.6 beschrieben und sollen in Kombination mit der vorliegenden Erfindung als mitoffenbart gelten.
  • Sowohl in Einzelhandels- als auch Großhandelsgeschäften wie beispielsweise Drogerien, Lebensmittelgeschäften, Discount-Geschäften, Spielzeuggeschäften und dergleichen sind Regale zum Lagern und Ausstellen von Produkten erforderlich. Beim Aufstellen und auch Lagern des Produktes ist es erwünscht, dass das jeweilige Produkt auf den Regalböden an der Vorderseite möglichst in Flucht mit den benachbarten Produkten liegt, sodass das Produkt für den Verbraucher gut sichtbar und zugänglich ist und die Anordnung der Produkte ästhetisch ansprechend ist. Um eine solche Anordnung der Produkte zu bewerkstelligen, umfassen bekannte Systeme die Verwendung eines Schubsystems, um das jeweilige Produkt oder die Reihe von Produkten in Richtung der Vorderseite des Regals zu schieben, wenn das vorderste Produkt entnommen wird oder Produkte aufgefüllt werden.
  • Die US 5,673,801 A zeigt ein Regalorganisationssystem. Die US 2009/223916 A1 zeigt ein herausziehbares Produktregal und die US 2006/032827 A1 zeigt ein Regal mit gleitenden Warenauflagen. Die EP 1 077 040 A zeigt ein Warenvorschubsystem.
  • Zur Abtrennung benachbarter Produktreihen können Teilungsplatten vorgesehen sein.
  • Ein solches Warenvorschubsystem ist beispielsweise in der WO 2009/097655 A1 gezeigt, das eine Vielzahl von Warenvorschubeinsätzen, bestehend aus einem Rollen aufnehmenden inneren Gehäuse und einem das innere Gehäuse aufnehmenden äußeren Gehäuse und zwei auf das äußere Gehäuse vorn und hinten aufsteckbaren Endkappen besteht, die gemäß Figur 7 in geneigter Anordnung auf einem Träger aufgebracht werden. Der Warenvorschub erfolgt durch Schrägstellung, also ohne mechanischen oder elektrischen Kraftaufwand/Energieeinsatz, nämlich allein durch die Gewichtskraft.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, das Befüllen des Warenvorschubsystems zu erleichtern und gleichzeitig ein Warenvorschubsystem vorzusehen, mit dem mehr Waren bei gleichen Regalabmessungen präsentierbar sind.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben und in den Rahmen der Erfindung fallen auch sämtliche Kombinationen aus zumindest zwei von in der Beschreibung, den Ansprüchen und/oder den Figuren angegebenen Merkmalen. Bei angegebenen Wertebreichen sollen auch innerhalb der genannten Grenzen liegende Werte als Grenzwerte als mitoffenbart gelten.
  • Grundidee der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, die Warenvorschubeinsätze zur selbsttätigen Beförderung der Waren derart auf einer Auflage zu befestigen, dass die Warenvorschubeinsätze, insbesondere in Gruppen zusammengefasst, fast über die gesamte Auflagelänge L der Auflage herausziehbar sind. Durch die Herausziehbarkeit wird das Einräumen von Waren deutlich erleichtert.
  • Dies ist besonders deshalb wichtig, weil beim Einsortieren neuer Produkte die im Regal noch vorhandenen Bestände nicht nach hinten durchgeschoben werden sollen. Die Produkte sollen nach dem first-in first-out-Prinzip entnommen werden und die vorliegende Erfindung erleichtert das Befüllen der Regale derart, dass beim Befüllen in herausgezogenem Zustand der Auflage der ansonsten schwer zugängliche hintere Bereich der Auflagefläche leichter erreichbar ist, und zwar auch dann, wenn noch Produkte auf dem Warenvorschubeinsatz vorhanden sind. Somit können die Regalflächen regelmäßiger aufgefüllt werden, so dass ein Leerlaufen von bestimmten Waren weitgehend vermieden werden kann. Die Regale sehen immer voll aus und alle Waren sind bündig an der Regalfront angeordnet. Außerdem sind kleinere Abstände zwischen den Fächern möglich, so das mehr Waren in einem Regal unterbringbar sind.
  • Indem eine Vielzahl von Auflagen vorgesehen sind, welche unabhängig voneinander herausziehbar sind, wird die Handhabbarkeit des Warenvorschubsystems erleichtert. Denn bei zumindest teilweise befüllten Auflagen entlang einer Regalbreite ergibt sich ein beträchtliches Warengewicht. Desweiteren wird die Gefahr des Herausfallens von Waren minimiert.
  • Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass die Auflagen derart ausgebildet sind, dass zwischen benachbarten Auflagen ein Warenvorschubeinsatz aufnehmbar ist. Diese Maßnahme ist einer Standardisierung der Auflagen zuträglich, da verschiedene Regalbreiten auf Grund des modularen Aufbaus der Auflagen flexibel, insbesondere mit identisch ausgebildeten Auflagen, bestückt werden können.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass die Auflage an der Auflageseite mindestens eine, insbesondere zwei, Profilierung(en) zur Fixierung der Warenvorschubeinsätze, insbesondere ausschließlich, in einer Querrichtung Q zur Warenvorschubrichtung W aufweist. Durch die Profilierung wird das Einsetzen der Warenvorschubeinsätze in modularer Bauweise auf einfachste Art und Weise verwirklicht und ist in bestehende Regalsystem integrierbar.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass die Auflage an einer der Auflageseite abgewandten Führungsseite mindestens eine, insbesondere durch die Profilierung gebildete, Führungsnut zur Aufnahme und Führung mindestens einer korrespondierenden Führungsschiene in Warenvorschubrichtung W aufweist.
  • Die Profilierung wird erfindungsgemäß weiter verbessert, indem die, insbesondere sich entlang der Warenvorschubrichtung W über mindestens die halbe, vorzugsweise die ganze, Auflagelänge L erstreckende, Profilierung U-förmig integral mit der Auflage ausgebildet ist. Dies hat den Vorteil einer stabilen Ausgestaltung und auf einfachste Weise herstellbaren, modular einsetzbaren Auflage.
  • Soweit eine Vielzahl von Auflagen, insbesondere jeweils mittels der Führungsschienen, in einer in Querrichtung Q verlaufenden Profilnut eines Trägerprofils mit einem Neigungswinkel a einhängbar sind, wird die Montage des Warenvorschubsystems weiter optimiert.
  • Die Erfindung wird weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere benachbarte Warenvorschubeinsätze und/oder mehrere benachbarte Auflagen durch eine Profilschiene zu einer Gruppe verbundene sind. Auf diese Weise können, insbesondere nach Produktgruppen sortierte, Gruppen von Auflagen auf einfachste Art und Weise gebildet werden.
  • Diese Ausführungsform ist weiter optimierbar, indem die Profilschiene am in Warenvorschubrichtung W liegenden Ende der Auflage angeordnet ist und an dieser ein von der Auflageseite abstehender Anschlag aufclipsbar ist.
  • In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist mit Vorteil vorgesehen, dass die Auflage in einer Einschubstellung, insbesondere durch mindestens eine, vorzugsweise an der Führungsschiene vorgesehene, Rastnase, einrastbar ist. Hierdurch wird ein versehentliches Herausziehen der Auflage, beispielsweise bei einer Warenentnahme durch Kunden, verhindert.
  • Weitere Vorteile, Merkmale und Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung bevorzugter Ausführungsbeispiele sowie anhand der Zeichnung. Diese zeigt in:

  • In den Figuren sind gleiche oder gleichwirkende Bauteile mit gleichen Bezugszeichen gekennzeichnet.
  • In Figur 1 ist ein Trägerprofil 8 mit einem sich im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Länge des Trägerprofils 8 erstreckenden Profilsteg 8p zur Fixierung von Führungsschienen 2, 2' gezeigt, das über seitliche Rasthaken 8r an einer korrespondierenden Traverse eingesetzt werden kann. Entlang der Höhe der Traverse kann eine Vielzahl von Trägerprofilen 8 übereinander angeordnet werden, so dass ein Regalsystem entsteht. Statt des Profilstegs 8p ist es erfindungsgemäß denkbar, entlang des Trägerprofils 8 eine Profilnut zum Einhaken der Führungsschienen 2, 2' vorzusehen. Die Führungsschienen 2, 2' sind im montierten Zustand gegenüber der Waagerechten von dem Trägerprofil 8 bis zu einem Ende 2e, 2e' der Führungsschienen 2, 2' leicht nach unten geneigt, damit ein selbsttätiger Warenvorschub von auf den Warenvorschub aufgenommenen Waren erfolgen kann. Die Neigung kann durch Vorsehen eines Neigungswinkels der Führungsschienen 2, 2' gegenüber dem Trägerprofil 8 oder durch geneigtes Anbringen des Trägerprofils 8 über die Rasthaken 8r an den Traversen (nicht dargestellt) eingestellt werden. Die Führungsschienen sind insbesondere durch Schweißverbindungen an dem Profilsteg 8p fixiert.
  • Die Führungsschienen 2, 2' sind als im Querschnitt L-förmige Profile ausgebildet, wobei jeweils ein Führungsschenkel 2s, 2s' der Führungsschienen 2, 2' nach oben ragt und je ein Fixierschenkel 2f, 2f' in einer Ebene parallel zu den Warenvorschubeinsätzen 1 angeordnet sind. Die Fixierschenkel 2f, 2f' von je zwei zusammengehörigen Führungsschienen 2, 2' weisen aufeinander zu.
  • In der in Figur 1 gezeigten Ausführungsform sind sechs Paare von Führungsschienen 2, 2' im Bereich der Enden 2e, 2e' durch eine Querschiene 11 verbunden, insbesondere durch Schweißverbindung. Das Trägerprofil 8, die sechs Paare von Führungsschienen 2, 2' und die Querschiene 11 bilden quasi den fixen Unterbau für das Warenvorschubsystem.
  • Auf je ein Paar von Führungsschienen 2, 2' ist je eine gleitend gegenüber den Führungsschienen 2, 2' geführte Auflage 3 aufsetzbar. Die Führung der Auflagen 3 erfolgt durch Führungsnuten 5, 5', die zur Aufnahme der Führungsschenkel 2s, 2s' geeignet sind, indem diese als Profilierung 4, 4' korrespondierend zu den Führungsschenkeln 2s, 2s' ausgeformt sind. Die Profilierung 4, 4' lässt sich als U-Profil einfach und kostengünstig herstellen. Die Führungsnut 5, 5' sind auf einer Führungsseite 3f der Auflagen 3 angeordnet, mit der die Auflagen 3 auf die Führungsschienen 2, 2' aufgesetzt werden.
  • Gegenüberliegend zu der Führungsseite 3f weisen die Auflagen 3 Auflageseiten 3a auf, auf die die Warenvorschubeinsätze 1 aufsetzbar sind.
  • Die Profilierungen 4, 4' dienen dabei gleichzeitig zur Fixierung der Warenvorschubeinsätze 1 zumindest in einer Querrichtung Q. Die Querrichtung Q verläuft quer zu einer durch die Auflageseite 3a gebildeten Warenvorschubrichtung W entlang der Profilierung 4, 4'.
  • Bei der in Figur 1 gezeigten Ausführungsform sind zwischen den Profilierungen 4, 4' jeder Auflage 3 zwei Warenvorschubeinsätze 1 aufnehmbar und die Auflagen 3 sind jeweils seitlich der Profilierungen 4, 4' so ausgebildet, dass zwischen benachbarten Auflagen 3 zwei Warenvorschubeinsätze 1 aufnehmbar sind. Somit ergibt sich ein zur Aufnahme und Präsentation von Waren geeignetes, ebenes Rollenfeld 12, das durch eine Vielzahl von Rollen der Warenvorschubeinsätze 1 gebildet ist. Durch das Vorsehen eines Neigungswinkels α zur Waagerechten, der von dem Trägerprofil 8 abfällt, wird eine selbsttätige Beförderung durch das Gewicht von Waren auf dem Rollenfeld 12 bis zu einer Vorderkante 1v der Warenvorschubeinsätze 1 ermöglicht.
  • Von dem Trägerprofil 8 bis zu der Vorderkante 1v erstreckt sich das Rollenfeld 12 über eine Auflagelänge L.
  • Damit die auf dem Rollenfeld 12 aufgenommenen Waren nicht von dem Rollenfeld 12 herunterfallen, ist an der Vorderkante 1v der Warenvorschubeinsätze eine Profilschiene 6 (Figur 6) aufclipsbar, die gleichzeitig zur Halterung mehrerer Warenvorschubeinsätze 1 an deren Vorderkante 1v dient. Auf diese Weise wird eine Gruppe von Warenvorschubeinsätzen 1, im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel acht Warenvorschubeinsätze 1 gebildet. An der Profilschiene 6 ist quer zur Ausrichtung der Warenvorschubeinsätze 1 ein Anschlag 7 fixierbar, der von der Rollenbahn nach oben ragt. Dieser dient dazu, auf dem Rollenfeld 12 aufgenommene Waren an der Vorderkante 1v aufzuhalten und dort auszurichten, damit die Waren in eine Reihe und gut sichtbar an der Regalvorderseite angeordnet sind.
  • Zur seitlichen Fixierung beziehungsweise Ausrichtung der auf dem Rollenfeld 12 befindlichen Waren sind Schienenprofile 13 in die Warenvorschubeinsätze 1 an quasi beliebiger Stelle in Querrichtung Q einsetzbar.
  • Die Auflagen 3 sind nicht nur durch die formschlüssige Verbindung der Führungsnuten 5, 5' mit den Führungsschenkeln 2s, 2s' an den Führungsschienen 2, 2' in Querrichtung Q fixiert, sondern zusätzlich durch Fixierprofile 10, 10' mit den Führungsschienen 2, 2' fixiert. Die Fixierprofile 10, 10' werden von unten an die Auflageseite 3a fixiert, insbesondere angeschraubt, und umgreifen jeweils eine der Führungsschienen 2, 2' derart, dass ein Abheben der Auflagen 3 von den Führungsschienen 2, 2' verhindert wird, jedoch ein Gleiten entlang der Führungsschienen 2, 2' in Warenvorschubrichtung W möglich bleibt. Die Fixierprofile 10, 10' sind mit Vorteil als Profil aus einem Blech herstellbar.
  • Gleichzeitig erfüllen die Fixierprofile 10, 10' eine weitere Funktion, nämlich beim Herausziehen der durch die Profilschiene 6 gebildeten Gruppe von
  • Warenvorschubeinsätzen 1 in Warenvorschubrichtung W. Hier dienen die Fixierprofile 10, 10' als Anschläge zur Begrenzung der Herausziehens der Gruppe von Warenvorschubeinsätzen 1, wie es ohne Warenvorschubeinsätze 1 in Figur 4 und mit Warenvorschubeinsätzen 1 in Figur 5 gezeigt ist.
  • In Figur 4 ist gezeigt, dass die Auflage 3 beziehungsweise die Warenvorschubsätze 1 auf der Auflage 3 fast über die gesamte Auflagelänge L entlang der Warenvorschubrichtung W herausziehbar sind, wobei die Auflagen 3 an den Führungsschenkeln 2s, 2s' gleitend geführt sind. Durch die Fixierprofile 10, 10' wird verhindert, dass die Auflagen 3 durch das Warengewicht nach vorne unten kippen.
  • Die Ausziehlänge, um welche die Auflagen 3 beziehungsweise die Warenvorschubeinsätze 1 in Warenvorschubrichtung W herausziehbar sind, wird durch die Fixierprofile 10, 10' und die Querschiene 11, die als Anschlag für die Fixierprofile 10, 10' dient, definiert. Es ergibt sich ein Abstand A zwischen einer vollständig eingeschobenen Position der Auflagen 3, die bei den vier Auflagen 3, die in Figur 4 rechts angeordnet sind, gegenüber den beiden links angeordneten, vollständig herausgezogenen Auflagen 3.
  • Das Verhältnis zwischen dem Abstand A und der Auflagerlänge L ist insbesondere größer 1 zu 2, vorzugsweise größer 2 zu 3, noch bevorzugter größer 3 zu 4, noch bevorzugter größer 5 zu 6.
  • Damit die Warenvorschubeinsätze beziehungsweise Gruppen von Warenvorschubeinsätzen 1 in der eingeschobenen Position nicht durch das Warengewicht versehentlich selbsttätig herausgleiten, ist an den Enden 2e, 2e' je eine Rastnase 9, 9' vorgesehen, in welche die Auflagen 3 in der eingezogenen Position einrasten. Die Rastnasen 9, 9' ragen an den Enden 2e, 2e' über die Führungsschenkel 2s, 2s' nach oben hinaus, wodurch die Führungsnuten 5, 5' an deren Stirnseiten 5s, 5s' durch die Rastnasen 9, 9' fixiert werden. Die Rastverbindung kann auf einfache Weise durch Anheben der Auflagen 3 beziehungsweise der Gruppe von Auflagen 3 oder Gruppe von Warenvorschubeinsätzen 1 und Herausziehen der Gruppe von Warenvorschubeinsätzen oder Auflagen 3 überwunden werden, verhindert aber ― auch bedingt durch das Warengewicht ― ein versehentliches Herausziehen der Warenvorschubeinsätze 1.

Claims (9)

  1. Warenvorschubsystem zur Aufnahme und Präsentation von Waren mit:
    - Warenvorschubeinsätzen (1) zur selbsttätigen Beförderung von Waren in einer Warenvorschubrichtung (W) und
    - Auflagen (3) zur Aufnahme und Halterung der einen Neigungswinkel aufweisenden Warenvorschubeinsätze (1), wobei das Warenvorschubsystem eine Auflagelänge (L) entlang der Warenvorschubrichtung (W) aufweist und die Auflagen (3) in der Warenvorschubrichtung (W) zumindest teilweise entlang der Auflagelänge (L) herausziehbar sind, und wobei
    a) die Auflagen (3) an einer der Auflageseite (3a) abgewandten Führungsseite (3f) mindestens eine Führungsnut (5, 5') aufweisen,
    b) mindestens eine zur mindestens einen Führungsnut (5, 5') korrespondierende Führungsschiene (2, 2') zur Aufnahme und Führung der Führungsschiene (2, 2') in der Führungsnut (5, 5') in Warenvorschubrichtung (W) vorgesehen ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere benachbarte Warenvorschubeinsätze (1) und/oder mehrere benachbarte Auflagen (3) durch eine Profilschiene (6) zu einer Gruppe verbunden sind.
  2. Warenvorschubsystem gemäß Anspruch 1, bei der eine Vielzahl von Gruppen von Auflagen (3) vorgesehen sind, welche unabhängig voneinander herausziehbar sind.
  3. Warenvorschubsystem gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Auflagen (3) derart ausgebildet sind, dass zwischen benachbarten Auflagen (3) mindestens ein Warenvorschubeinsatz (1) aufnehmbar ist.
  4. Warenvorschubsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Anspruche, bei dem die Auflage (3) an einer Auflageseite (3a) mindestens eine, insbesondere zwei, Profilierungen (4, 4') zur Fixierung der Warenvorschubeinsätze (1), insbesondere ausschließlich, in Querrichtung (Q) zur Warenvorschubrichtung (W) aufweist.
  5. Warenvorschubsystem nach Anspruch 4, bei dem die mindestens eine Führungsnut (5, 5') durch die Profilierung (4, 4') gebildet ist.
  6. Warenvorschubsystem nach Anspruch 4, bei dem die, insbesondere sich entlang der Warenvorschubrichtung (W) über mindestens die halbe, vorzugsweise die ganze, Auflagelänge (L) erstreckende, Profilierung (4, 4') U-förmig integral mit der Auflage (3) ausgebildet ist.
  7. Warenvorschubsystem nach Anspruch 5, bei dem eine Vielzahl von Auflagen (3), insbesondere jeweils mittels der Führungsschienen (2, 2') in eine Querrichtung (Q) verlaufenden Profilsteg (8p) einhängbar sind.
  8. Warenvorschubsystem gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Profilschiene (6) am in Warenvorschubrichtung (W) liegenden Ende der Auflage (3) angeordnet ist und an dieser ein von einer Auflageseite (3a) abstehende Anschlag (7) aufclipsbar ist.
  9. Warenvorschubsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Auflage (3) in eine Einschubstellung, insbesondere durch mindestens eine, vorzugsweise an der Führungsschiene (2, 2') vorgesehene, Rastnase (9, 9') einrastbar ist.
