- Machining apparatus for skis (1), having a roller table (3), whose roller table rollers (4) which receive the skis (1) with their running surfaces (5) are mounted in a resiliently yielding manner, having a drivable grindstone (7) which is provided between two roller table rollers (4) for structuring the running surface (5) of the skis (1) and having an advancing wheel (14) which is arranged on the side of the roller table (3) opposite the grindstone (7) and presses the skis (1) against the grindstone (7) with a predeterminable grinding force with the aid of a setting drive (16), characterised in that the setting drive (16) for the advancing wheel (14) can be controlled by means of a regulating device (19) in dependence upon a force-measuring device (13) which at least partially records the supporting forces for the grindstone (7) in the direction of the grinding force.
- Machining apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the grindstone (7) can be displaced transversely with respect to the roller table (3) by means of an actuating drive (10) and is supported on the actuating drive (10) by means of the force-measuring device (13).
- Machining apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the force-measuring device (13) is provided in the bearing region of the grindstone (7).
- Machining apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the setting drive (16) for the advancing wheel (14) comprises an electric motor (17).
- Machining apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the grinding force can be regulated over the length of the ski in dependence upon the progression of the width of the ski.
