  • the particular shape and position of the chamber 21, of the cavity 22 and of the cap 30 allow the gas flow to be properly directed towards the plurality of apertures 31 and hence towards a cooking container (not shown in the drawings) placed on the burner 1.
  • the gas is directed into the cavity 22 also by the shape of the cap 30, until it ideally and adequately comes out through the plurality of apertures 31, which are preferably located near the lower portion 30I of said cap 30.
  • the particular "dome-like" shape of the cap 30 allows the flames, which originate from the plurality of apertures 31, to have a substantial vertical component prior to lapping a cooking container positioned on the burner 1. Said component depends on the inclination of the apertures 31 relative to the vertical and on the thickness of the cap 30 (which may be approx. 1).
  • a further advantage of the burner 1 according to the present invention is that the distance D between the outlet portion 21C of the chamber 21 and the cap 30 ensures an optimal circulation of the gas coming from the injector 11 and from said Venturi effect chamber 21.
  • Yet another advantage of the present invention is that the solution adopted for the burner 1 according to the present invention allows locating the flame outlet point at an adequate distance from the cooking containers, without having to use particularly tall grates.

Claims (13)

  1. Plaque de cuisson (40) comprenant un brûleur à gaz (1), en particulier pour appareil de cuisson ménager, ledit brûleur (1) comprenant :
    - une coupelle (10) comportant un injecteur (11) pour laisser échapper du gaz venant d'un conduit (12) qui amène du gaz audit brûleur (1) ;
    - un corps (20) associé à ladite coupelle (10) et comprenant une chambre à effet de Venturi (21), en particulier ladite chambre (21) étant positionnée sensiblement coaxialement audit injecteur (11) ;
    - un capuchon (30) associé audit corps (20) de manière à permettre au gaz de sortir à travers une pluralité d'orifices (31),
    ladite chambre à effet de Venturi (21) comprenant une partie d'entrée (21A), une partie intermédiaire (21B) et une partie de sortie (21C), ladite partie de sortie (21C) étant positionnée dans un premier plan horizontal (P1) se trouvant au-dessus d'un deuxième plan horizontal (P2) dans lequel lesdits orifices (31) sont situés,
    lesdits premier (P1) et deuxième (P2) plans horizontaux étant sensiblement parallèles à au moins une partie droite (41) d'un couvercle d'une plaque de cuisson (40) et ladite chambre à effet Venturi (21) s'étendant principalement au-dessus de la partie droite (41) de la plaque de cuisson (40), caractérisée en ce que ladite pluralité d'orifices sont ménagés dans le capuchon (30).
  2. Plaque de cuisson (40) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième plan horizontal (P2) dans lequel lesdits orifices (31) sont situés se trouve sensiblement en correspondance de la partie intermédiaire (21B) de la chambre (21).
  3. Plaque de cuisson (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la partie d'entrée (21A) de ladite chambre (21) se trouve sensiblement dans un troisième plan horizontal (P3) situé au-dessus de ladite au moins une partie droite (41) du couvercle de la plaque de cuisson (40).
  4. Plaque de cuisson (40) selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit troisième plan horizontal (P3) est situé au-dessus de ladite au moins une partie droite (41) du couvercle de la plaque de cuisson (40) et au-dessous d'une partie d'accouplement (42) qui accouple la plaque de cuisson (40) au brûleur (1).
  5. Plaque de cuisson (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la longueur de ladite chambre (21) depuis la partie d'entrée (21A) à la partie de sortie (21C) est comprise entre 20 mm et 40 mm, en particulier la longueur de ladite chambre (21) étant comprise entre 24 mm et 34 mm, de préférence ladite longueur étant comprise entre 26 mm et 28 mm.
  6. Plaque de cuisson (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une hauteur (H) entre la portion de sortie (21C) et une partie d'accouplement (42) qui accouple la plaque de cuisson (40) au brûleur (1) est comprise entre 15 mm et 30 mm, en particulier ladite hauteur (H) étant comprise entre 22 mm et 24 mm, de préférence, ladite hauteur (H) étant d'environ 23 mm.
  7. Plaque de cuisson (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une distance (D) entre ladite partie de sortie (21C) de la chambre (21) et le capuchon (30) est comprise entre 2 mm et 5 mm, en particulier ladite distance (D) étant comprise entre 2 mm et 3 mm, de préférence ladite distance (D) étant d'environ 2,5 mm.
  8. Plaque de cuisson (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une cavité (22), pour laisser le gaz s'écouler depuis la partie de sortie (21C) de la chambre (21) à ladite pluralité d'ouvertures (31), est ménagée entre le corps (20) et le capuchon (30).
  9. Plaque de cuisson (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit capuchon (30) a une forme semblable à un dôme, l'inclinaison dudit capuchon (30) à sa partie inférieure (301) étant de préférence égale ou similaire à l'inclinaison d'au moins une partie de jonction (43) de la plaque de cuisson (40).
  10. Plaque de cuisson (40) selon les revendications 8 et 9, caractérisée en ce que la forme de la cavité (22) correspond sensiblement à celle du capuchon (30).
  11. Plaque de cuisson (40) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite pluralité d'orifices (31) sont ménagées à proximité d'une partie inférieure (301) dudit capuchon (30).
  12. Plaque de cuisson (40) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la coupelle (10) est fixée au côté inférieur d'une partie d'accouplement (42) de la plaque de cuisson (40).
  13. Appareil de cuisson ménager comprenant une plaque de cuisson (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 12.
