Description

The invention relates to an outer lining part for a submarine with the features specified in the preamble of claim 1.

Exterior trim parts of the type in question form in submarines usually the part of the outer skin, which is arranged on the outside of the pressure hull and spaced therefrom. Furthermore, such outer cladding made of fiber composite materials are also used to form the outer shell of the tower structure.

The comparatively large dimensions and the relatively large weight of the outer trim parts make it necessary, these parts during assembly and disassembly z. As in the construction of a submarine or maintenance work after the commissioning of the submarine with a crane to transport and position. In order to attach the outer lining parts to a crane hook, they have metallic receptacles for this purpose suitable fasteners. These recordings are glued in formed on the outer trim parts openings.

Disadvantageously, it has been found that cracks often occur in the adhesive seams between the outer covering part and the receptacles for the fastening elements. Seawater can enter these cracks when the submarine is submerged. In the case of such external trim components used in the area of the tower and upper deck of a submarine and, if necessary, in submerged submarines dry for a long time, this can lead to increased salt accumulation in the cracks and concomitantly accelerated corrosion on the glued in the openings of the outer lining parts recordings. The resulting corrosion products, such as rust, must be laboriously removed. Unfortunately, it is necessary to replace corroded recordings with recordings, the removal of the old recordings can lead to damage of the outer trim part. document DE 102008052352 B3 Against this background, the invention has the object to provide an outer lining part for a submarine, in which the disadvantages described above do not occur or at least significantly reduced.
This object is achieved by an outer lining part with the features specified in claim 1. Advantageous developments of this exterior trim part will become apparent from the dependent claims, the following description and the drawings. In this case, the features specified in the dependent claims and the description according to the invention in each case, but also in combination, the inventive solution according to claim 1 further develop.
The outer lining part according to the invention for a submarine can, in principle, be any outer lining part which, in the case of a submarine, forms part of the outer skin or a part of the lining of the tower superstructure. This flat outer skin part is formed from a fiber composite material and preferably from a carbon fiber reinforced or glass fiber reinforced plastic. As hitherto usual, the outer lining part has a receptacle for a fastening element, with which the outer lining part, for example via a sling or steel cable to a crane hook can be attached. According to the invention, however, this receptacle is releasably attached to the outer trim part. Under a releasable attachment in the context of the invention, such an attachment is to be understood, in which the recording can be removed without destruction of the outer lining part. This embodiment of the exterior trim part according to the invention makes it possible to transport and position the exterior trim part with a crane on the basis of the receptacle attached thereto and the mounting elements attached to the receptacle during assembly of the exterior trim part to a submarine and during dismantling of this part from the submarine and remove the receptacle from the exterior trim panel after such assembly or disassembly such that the receptacle or receptacles are no longer exposed to the corrosive seawater environment when the submarine is deployed. Furthermore, when building a submarine, significantly fewer shots must be provided because the existing shots can be reused for the transportation and positioning of multiple exterior trim panels.

When mounting the receptacle on the outer skin part, the receptacle is preferably carried out by an opening formed on the outer lining part. This opening extends through the outer covering part perpendicular to its flat sides within the plane defined by the outer covering part surface. After removing the recordings of the outer lining part, the openings can optionally be closed by means of suitable closures. On the other hand, it may also be advantageous not to close these openings, so keep it open, as between the outer trim parts and the pressure hull of the submarine usually flooded by seawater gap exists to water when diving the submarine and after the emergence of the To submerse submarines is, taking the openings form additional drainage and drainage openings.

Because of the comparatively large weight of the outer lining parts, the receptacle is expediently fastened in a form-fitting manner to the outer lining part. Accordingly, the receptacle and the outer covering part in the region in which the receptacle is attached to the outer covering part are designed such that the cohesion of the receptacle and the outer covering part is produced by means of one another or encompassing partial contours of the receptacle and the outer covering part.

According to one embodiment of the invention is preferably provided in a guided through an opening recording that the receptacle overlaps an edge of the opening on two opposite sides of the outer trim part. Preferably, the two ends of the receptacle, which protrude at guided through the aperture receiving on the two flat sides, compared to the located in the opening portion of the receptacle have a so enlarged cross-section that this cross-section is greater than that of the opening, said these ends of the Receiving each come to a adjacent to the opening region of the outer trim part to the plant.

Preferably, the receptacle on a first and a second component, which are screwed together to form a positive connection with the outer lining part. In this case, the first component is preferably designed for fastening the fastening element, while the second component serves as a connecting element, which ultimately produces the positive connection between the outer covering part and the receptacle.

Advantageously, the first component has a cylindrical base body. At one end of this body is a male thread and at the other end a collar is formed. Under a collar here is compared to the cylindrical body flange-like cross-sectional expansion to understand. The collar serves to positively abut in a performed by the opening of the outer trim part receiving on a flat side of the outer trim part and in cooperation with a connecting element, which is screwed to the other end of the pressure body formed external thread to make a positive connection between the receptacle and the outer trim part.

The second component can basically be an ordinary nut. However, it must be ensured that the outer cross section of this nut is larger than the cross section of the opening formed on the outer lining part, so that the nut screwed onto the first component engages over the outer edge of the opening. Such overlapping of the outer edge of the opening formed on the outer covering part through the second component of the receptacle can then be ensured if, as provided in a further advantageous embodiment, the second component is a nut provided with a collar. That is, on a front side of the nut, a disc-shaped portion is provided, whose cross section is larger than the cross section of the rest of the mother.

In order to prevent the second component of the receptacle from unintentionally releasing from its first component, the screw connection of the first and second component is expediently secured by means of a cotter pin. Thus, on the cylindrical base body of the first component in an end region, which protrudes from the latter when the second component is screwed on, a spindle hole is formed for receiving a split pin, which holds the nut positively on the cylindrical body of the first component.

Particularly advantageously, a guide bush made of fiber composite material is arranged for receiving in an opening of the outer lining part. This guide bush, which forms the opening through which the receptacle is guided, serves to solidify the opening formed on the outer lining part. The guide bush is expediently formed from fiber composite material. It may be glued in the opening formed on the outer covering part opening or be cured together with the outer lining part, wherein it connects cohesively with the outer lining part. Preferably, the guide bush is made by winding a plastic impregnated strip of fiber composite material.

Preferably, the outer lining part is multi-layered in sandwich construction. Constructively favorably covered in such an embodiment of the outer lining part in each case an outer laminate layer of the outer lining part, the two end faces of the guide bush. As a result, the forces acting on the receptacle during lifting and transport of the outer trim part are advantageously taken up by the guide tube and by the front side of the guide tube adjacent laminate layers and forwarded in the component structure of the outer trim part.

As has already been noted, the receptacle serves for fastening a fastening element, by way of which the outer covering part can be fastened to a crane hook. In order to be able to attach such a fastening element to the receptacle, the receptacle is advantageously designed to form a screw connection with a fastening element. Preferably, a threaded bore is on the receptacle formed, in which a commercially available fastener, such as a pop-up can be screwed. The invention is explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing. The drawing shows a schematic sectional view of a part of an outer lining part, with a releasably secured thereto receptacle for a fastener.

The outer lining part 2 shown is designed in a multi-layer sandwich construction. It has an inner core 4, which consists of two superposed layers 6 of a pressure-resistant plastic foam. At the core 4, an opening 8 is formed which extends transversely to the flat sides of the layers 6 therethrough.

In the opening 8, a guide bush 10 is inserted and bonded there to the core 4. The guide bushing 10 is formed pressure-resistant and is formed by an unwrapped strip of a plastic-impregnated fiber composite material.

On a first outer side of the core 6, a layer 12 and on the other outer side of the core 6, a layer 14 is laminated. In installation position on a submarine, the layer 12 forms an outer side of the outer lining part 2 and the layer 14 of its one of the spaced from the outer lining part 2 arranged pressure body of the submarine facing inside.

The layers 12 and 14 each cover the guide bush 10. An opening 16 is formed in the layer 12 and an opening 18 is formed in the layer 14. The position and the cross section of the apertures 16 and 18 correspond to the position and with the cross section of one formed on the guide bush 10 Opening 20. Through this opening 20 is a receptacle 22 for a fastener 24, with which the outer lining part 2 z. B. is attached to a crane hook bar, passed.

The receptacle 22 is formed substantially in two parts. It has a first component with a cylindrical base body 26, in which a collar 28 is formed at one end. This first component is passed through the formed on the guide bush 10 opening 20, wherein the collar 28 radially overlaps the edge of the opening 20 and the entire guide bush 10.

At the end remote from the collar 28 of the main body 26 of the first component of the receptacle 22, which protrudes on the outside of the outer lining part 2 formed by the layer 14, an external thread 30 is formed. On this external thread 30, a second component of the receptacle 22 is screwed. In this second component of the receptacle 22 is a nut 32, in which a collar 34 is formed at a front end in the screwing.

The collar 34 is located on the base body 26 of the first component screwed nut 32 on the outside of the layer 14 of the outer lining part 2, the edge of the opening 20 and the entire guide bushing 10 radially across, whereby the receptacle 22 is fixed to the outer lining part 2 positively. Due to the screw connection of the first and second component, the receptacle 22 is detachable from the outer covering part 2.

In order to prevent the nut 32 inadvertently becoming detached from the first component of the receptacle 22, a split lock is provided. For this purpose, on the base body 26 of the first component of the receptacle 22nd On an outside of the nut 32 which is screwed onto the base body 26, a spindle hole 36 aligned transversely to the longitudinal extent of the base body 26 is formed, through which a split pin 38 is guided.

On the first component of the receptacle 22, a longitudinal bore 40 is formed coaxially to the central axis A of the receptacle 22. Adjacent to the collar 28 of the first component of the receptacle 22, the longitudinal bore 40 is provided with an internal thread 42. The internal thread 42 serves for the positive reception of a screw, with which the fastening element 24 is fixed in the receptacle 22. The fastener 24 is a pop-up eye.
