Claims (13)
- Barrière annulaire (1) disposée dans un trou de forage (100) afin de réaliser une isolation de zone entre une première zone (102) et une deuxième zone (103) du trou de forage, comportant :- une partie tubulaire (2) destinée à être montée en tant que partie d'une structure tubulaire de puits (300) et ayant une ouverture de dilatation (9),- un manchon expansible (3) entourant la partie tubulaire, chaque extrémité (31, 32) du manchon expansible étant reliée à la partie tubulaire, le manchon expansible ayant une épaisseur de paroi, et- un espace de barrière annulaire (6, 7) entre la partie tubulaire (2) et le manchon expansible (3),
caractérisée en ce qu'un premier diaphragme (4) ayant une épaisseur est disposé dans l'espace de barrière annulaire et divise l'espace de barrière annulaire en un compartiment de barrière (7) et un compartiment de dilatation (6), le manchon expansible et le premier diaphragme étant reliés tous les deux à la partie tubulaire en utilisant une partie de raccordement (12) à chaque extrémité du manchon expansible, l'épaisseur du premier diaphragme étant plus faible que l'épaisseur de paroi du manchon expansible et le diaphragme étant fabriqué à partir d'une matière déformable de manière élastique/plastique, et dans laquelle le compartiment de dilatation (6) est en communication de fluide avec un côté intérieur (302) de la partie tubulaire (2) par l'intermédiaire de l'ouverture de dilatation (9), et le compartiment de barrière (7) est en communication de fluide avec le trou de forage (100) par l'intermédiaire d'une première ouverture de barrière (10). - Barrière annulaire (1) selon la revendication 1, comportant en outre un deuxième diaphragme (5), dans laquelle les premier (4) et deuxième (5) diaphragmes divisent l'espace de barrière annulaire en le premier (7) compartiment de barrière, un deuxième (8) compartiment de barrière et un compartiment de dilatation (6), et dans laquelle le compartiment de dilatation (6) est en communication de fluide avec un côté intérieur (302) de la partie tubulaire (2) par l'intermédiaire de l'ouverture de dilatation (6), et le premier compartiment de barrière (7) est en communication de fluide avec la première zone (102) du trou de forage par l'intermédiaire de la première ouverture de barrière (10), et le deuxième compartiment de barrière (8) est en communication de fluide avec la deuxième zone (103) du trou de forage par l'intermédiaire d'une deuxième ouverture de barrière (11).
- Barrière annulaire (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle le diaphragme est fabriqué à partir de métal, d'alliage, de matière plastique, d'élastomère ou de caoutchouc naturel ou synthétique, ou n'importe quelle combinaison de ceux-ci.
- Barrière annulaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comportant en outre une entretoise (16) formant une partie de la partie de raccordement (12), une partie du manchon expansible (3) et/ou une partie séparée.
- Barrière annulaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comportant en outre une entretoise (16) dans laquelle la deuxième ouverture de barrière est prévue.
- Barrière annulaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle au moins l'une parmi l'ouverture de pression de dilatation, la première ouverture de barrière et/ou la deuxième ouverture de barrière comporte une soupape (19).
- Barrière annulaire (1) selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle la soupape (19) est une soupape anti-retour.
- Barrière annulaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comportant en outre un élément de limitation (13) disposé sur un côté extérieur du manchon expansible, s'opposant à la libre dilatation du manchon.
- Barrière annulaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comportant en outre des éléments d'étanchéité (15) disposés sur un côté extérieur du manchon expansible pour s'appliquer de façon étanche contre l'intérieur du trou de forage.
- Barrière annulaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le diaphragme dans un état non-dilaté est sensiblement sous la forme d'un cylindre creux.
- Barrière annulaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comportant en outre un élément anti-affaissement (14) relié au manchon expansible (3) dans des positions prédéterminées le long du manchon.
- Système de barrière annulaire (500) comportant :- une structure tubulaire de puits (300), et- au moins une barrière annulaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, agencée en tant que partie de la structure tubulaire de puits.
- Procédé d'utilisation de barrières annulaires selon la revendication 1 dans un espace annulaire afin d'isoler une section de commande d'entrée, comportant les étapes de :- raccordement de deux barrières annulaires à une structure tubulaire de puits (300) et entre elles une section de commande d'entrée (600),- disposition des deux barrières annulaires et de la section de commande d'entrée dans une position souhaitée dans le trou,- mise en pression de la partie tubulaire (2) et dilatation des barrières annulaires grâce à du fluide de dilatation sous pression provenant de l'intérieur de la partie tubulaire afin de réaliser une isolation de zone entre une première zone (102) et une deuxième zone (103) du trou de forage, la première zone ayant une première pression de fluide et la deuxième zone ayant une deuxième pression de fluide,- arrêter la mise en pression de la partie tubulaire,- activer la section de commande d'entrée afin d'initier une production de fluide dans la structure tubulaire de puits, et- égaliser la pression entre la première et/ou deuxième pression de fluide et la pression dans l'espace en admettant du fluide dans l'espace.
