  • locking pin 32 is retracted by a suitable electronic control of the control unit of the household appliance to said electronic unit 30, thus releasing the slider 41.   • the mechanism makes, this time in the opposite way, the same kinematic movement described above, by rotating and translating, thus translating also slider 41, which arranges again in such way that opening 413 does not overlap said locking pin 32, i.e. passes from said operating position to said resting position.
  • An advantage of the present invention is that the configuration of the components allows a reduced thickness of the door-lock device and a minimum dispersion of opening and closing forces. This is achieved in particular because the prong of the door causes a roto-translation movement of the locking hook and the elements that contribute to distribute the opening and closing forces (the spring and the strut) are integrated and contained witin the element that realizes the interlock (the slider).

Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de verrouillage de porte (1) pour une porte d'appareil ménager, ladite porte étant pourvue d'un loquet de verrouillage (50), ledit dispositif de verrouillage de porte (1) comprenant
    un coulisseau (41) pouvant prendre une position de repos et une position de fonctionnement,
    une entretoise (43),
    un crochet de verrouillage (42) pouvant interagir avec ledit loquet de verrouillage (50), couplé en rotation à une extrémité dudit coulisseau (41) et en liaison cinématique avec ladite entretoise (43), et
    des moyens de poussée (46),
    caractérisé
    en ce que ledit coulisseau (41) est pourvu d'un compartiment interne (411),
    en ce que ladite entretoise (43) est placée dans ledit compartiment (411) et apte à coulisser dans celui-ci le long dudit coulisseau (41), et
    en ce que lesdits moyens de poussée (46) sont placés dans ledit compartiment (411) dudit coulisseau (41), conçus pour exercer une force sur ladite entretoise (43) de façon à maintenir ladite entretoise (43) en contact avec ledit crochet de verrouillage (42),
    de telle sorte que, lorsque ledit loquet (50) interagit avec ledit crochet de verrouillage (42), ledit crochet de verrouillage (42) tourne et se déplace en translation, entrant en prise avec ledit loquet de verrouillage (50), et restant en prise avec ledit loquet de verrouillage (50) sous l'effet de la force exercée par lesdits moyens de poussée (46) par l'intermédiaire de ladite entretoise (43), de telle sorte que ledit coulisseau (41) passe de ladite position de repos à ladite position de fonctionnement.
  2. Dispositif de verrouillage de porte (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    ladite liaison cinématique entre ladite entretoise (43) et ledit crochet de verrouillage (42) est réalisée par une mise en forme appropriée des surfaces de contact respectives (431, 421) de ladite entretoise (43) et dudit crochet de verrouillage (42).
  3. Dispositif de verrouillage de porte (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une unité électronique (30) comprenant des bornes électriques (31) pour la connexion à une unité de commande dudit appareil ménager, et une broche de verrouillage (32), pouvant prendre :
    - une position sortie, dans laquelle ladite broche de verrouillage (32) entre en prise avec ledit coulisseau (41) lorsqu'il est dans ladite position de fonctionnement, de façon à empêcher le retour à ladite position de repos, et dans lequel ladite unité électronique (30) permet audit appareil ménager d'être activé ; et
    - une position rentrée dans laquelle ladite broche de verrouillage (32) est désengagée dudit coulisseau (41).
  4. Dispositif de verrouillage de porte (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit coulisseau (41) a une ouverture (413) dans laquelle ladite broche de verrouillage (32) peut être engagée dans ladite ouverture (413).
  5. Dispositif de verrouillage de porte (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit coulisseau (41) comporte une aile (412) sur laquelle est obtenue ladite ouverture (413).
  6. Dispositif de verrouillage de porte (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de poussée comprennent un ressort (46), placé en compression, de façon à exercer une force sur ladite entretoise (43).
  7. Dispositif de verrouillage de porte (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens d'ajustement (44, 45) de la compression dudit ressort (46).
  8. Dispositif de verrouillage de porte (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé
    en ce que ledit coulisseau (41) a un siège (414), et
    en ce que lesdits moyens d'ajustement comportent une plaque (44), disposée dans ledit siège (414), ladite plaque ayant un trou fileté, et un bloc (45), engagé dans ledit trou fileté de ladite plaque (44), ledit ressort (46) étant disposé entre ledit bloc (45) et ladite entretoise (43).
