Claims (5)

  1. A method for manufacturing a stackable display package from a transport package for a plurality of containers, comprising
    - a front side (3),
    - a back side (4),
    - a top side (5),
    - a bottom side (6),
    - a first lateral surface (7) and a second lateral surface (8),
    - wherein an opening aid (9) is provided whose material weakening extends linearly over the front side (3), the two lateral surfaces (7, 8) and the top side (5) and encloses a cover (10) detachable from the transport package (1), wherein when the cover (10) is detached, removal of at least one container from the transport package (1) is enabled,
    - arid on the inwardly directed side of the unopened transport package (1), the top side (5) does not rest on the containers,
    comprising the following steps:
    - detaching the cover (10) from the transport package (1) along the opening aid (9),
    - inserting the detached cover (10), rotated 180° around the vertical with respect to its original position in the state connected to the transport package (1), into the opening (11) formed by the detached cover (10), wherein the front side (3b) of the cover (10), directed outward when the cover (10) is in the state connected to the transport package (1), is directed into the interior of the transport package (1) when the cover (10) is in the state inserted into the opening (11).
  2. The method according to Claim 1, characterized in that the top side (5b) of the cover (10) comprises a weakening line (12) around which the free end (13) of the top side (5b) of the cover (10) is pivoted.
  3. The method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the front side (3b) of the cover (10) is laid on the bottom (6a) of the display package (1).
  4. A display package manufactured in accordance with a method according to one of the preceding Claims 1 to 3.
  5. The display package according to Claim 4, wherein the top side (5b) of the cover (10) is embodied with the folded-over free end (13) of the cover (10) in such a way that when the cover (10) is in the state inserted into the opening (11), the cover (10) rests on the containers stocked in the display package (1) and forms, with the top side (5a) of the display package (1), a substantially flat surface.
