Dieses Problem ließe sich beispielsweise mit einer optionalen Variante beheben, bei der die Dehneinheiten 3 jeweils radial verschiebbar gelagert sind und nur in einem Bereich des Etikettenspenders 5 nach außen gefahren werden, wie durch den Pfeil R angedeutet. Die Umlaufbahn der Spreizfinger 23 würde in diesem Abschnitt dann von einer Kreisbahn abweichen. Der Etikettenspender 5 könnte somit unter einem entsprechend vergrößerten Abstand zu den Halteeinrichtungen 13 nach außen versetzt angeordnet werden, um die Dehneinheiten 3 unter dem Etikettenspender 5 mit vergrößertem radialen Abstand hindurch zu führen. Die radiale Verstellung der Dehneinheiten 3 könnte beispielsweise mit Hilfe separater Servomotoren erfolgen. Denkbar wäre aber auch eine entsprechende Kurvensteuerung. Eine radiale Verstellung der Dehneinheiten 3 über einen umfänglichen Teilabschnitt der Umlaufbahn ließe sich gerade mit dem beschriebenen Servomotorantrieb der Spreizfinger 23 besonders vorteilhaft kombinieren, da eine komplexe Überlagerung mehrerer Kurvensteuerungen dann nicht erforderlich wäre.The position I can be seen in this regard that the holding
Durch geeignete Ansteuerung der Servomotoren 27 der Dehneinheiten 3 kann das Bereitstellen der Folienhülsen 4 an den Dehneinheiten 3 optimiert werden kann. Besondere Vorteile ergeben sich aus der koordinierten Ansteuerung der Servomotoren 27 der Dehneinheiten 23 und der Ventileinheiten 7, insbesondere auch bezüglich des Zuschaltzeitpunkts des Unterdrucks. Dadurch lässt sich gewährleisten, dass die Folienhülse 4 korrekt bezüglich der Spreizfinger 23 positioniert und an diesen in der korrekten Position fixiert wird. Ebenso ergeben sich besondere Vorteile daraus, dass der Einschaltzeitpunkt des Überdrucks mit dem Beginn der Hubbewegung der Entnahmeeinheit 9 koordiniert wird. Dies lässt sich durch eine koordinierte Ansteuerung der Servomotoren 12 der Entnahmeeinheiten 9 und der Ventileinheiten 7 erzielen. Besonders vorteilhaft ist es hierbei, dass die koordinierte Ansteuerung der Servomotoren 12, 27 und der Ventileinheiten 7 unabhängig von der Rotationsgeschwindigkeit und damit der Maschinenleistung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung 1 erfolgen kann.By suitable control of the
Außerdem lassen sich die Ansteuerung der Servomotoren 27 der Dehneinheiten 3, der Servomotoren 12 der Entnahmeeinheiten 9 und/oder der Ventileinheiten 7 nahezu beliebig durch Programmierung an sich ändernde Anforderungen anpassen. Beispielweise ist es möglich, die entsprechenden Steuerparameter an unterschiedliche Etikettentypen anzupassen.
