Claims (6)
- Ein Mechanismus zum Verstellen der Schubladenhöhe, wobei die Schublade (60) ein hinteres Ende aufweist, in dem ein Einrückloch (62) geformt und an der Schublade (60) eine Führungsschiene (52) befestigt ist; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mechanismus aus einer Basis (10), einem Stützsitz (12), einem Verstellglied (14), einem Gewindebolzen (16) und aus einem Befestigungsglied (18) besteht;
die Basis (10) mit einem ersten Endstück (20) und einem zweiten Endstück (22) gebildet ist, wobei das zweite Endstück (22) gegenüber zum ersten Endstück (20) gebildet ist; das erste Endstück (20) in der Führungsschiene (52) befestigt ist; die Basis (10) eine Flexibilität aufweist, während das zweite Endstück (22) zum ersten Endstück (20) verformt wird, wobei zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Endstück (20, 22) eine geneigte Führungsfläche (64) gebildet wird, wenn das zweite Endstück (22) höher als das erste Endstück (20) ist;
der Stützsitz (12) am zweiten Endstück (22) der Basis (10) befestigt ist;
der Stützsitz (12) mit einer senkrechten Öffnung (32) gebildet ist; eine Queröffnung (34) mit der senkrechten Öffnung (32) und mit dem Trageloch (36) verbunden ist;
das Verstellglied (14) in der Queröffnung (34) des Stützsitzes (12) aufgenommen ist; das Verstellglied (14) mit einem Gewindeloch (42) versehen ist, wobei dieses Gewindeloch (42) in Übereinstimmung mit der senkrechten Öffnung (32) des Stützsitzes (12) gebildet ist; das Verstellglied (14) mit einem Verstellelement (44) gebildet ist, das von der Queröffnung (34) des Stützsitzes (12) herausragt;
der Gewindebolzen (16) durch die senkrechte Öffnung (32) des Stützsitzes (12) und durch das Gewindeloch (42) des Verstellgliedes (14) ragt und an der Führungsschiene (52) befestigt ist; und
das Befestigungsglied (18) mit einem Vorsprung (46) und einem Stift (48) gebildet ist, die von je einer der beiden gegenüber gebildeten Seiten eines Befestigungsplättchens (50) vorstehen; der Vorsprung (46) in das Einrückloch (62) des Schubladens (60) eingerückt und der Stift (48) in das Trageloch (36) des Stützsitzes (12) eingeführt ist. - Der Mechanismus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einrückloch (62) der Schublade (60) als ein rundes Loch gebildet und der Vorsprung (46) des Befestigungsgliedes (18) als einen zylindrischen Stift geformt ist.
- Der Mechanismus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einrückraum (202) der Schublade (60) als eine Längsrille und der Vorsprung (206) des Einrückelementes (204) als einen länglichen Block gebildet sind.
- Der Mechanismus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis (10) zwischen deren ersten und zweiten Endstück (20, 22) und den Positionierelementen (26) zwei Seitenwände (24) aufweist; die Positionierelemente (26) je mit einem Montageplättchen (30) versehen sind; der Stützsitz (12) mit zwei Aufnahmeteilen (38) gebildet ist, wobei diese Aufnahmeteile (38) je ein Befestigungsloch (40) aufweisen; die Montageplättchen (30) der Positionierelemente (26) je in eines der Befestigungslöcher (40) des Aufnahmeteils (38) eingeführt sind.
- Der Mechanismus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Endstück (20) der Basis (10) mit Löchern (54) gebildet ist, während auf der Führungsschiene (52) Buckel (56) geformt sind, die je in eines der Löcher (54) vernietet sind.
- Der Mechanismus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Endstück (20) der Basis (10) in den Schlitz (58) der Führungsschiene (52) eingeführt ist, um aneinander zu befestigen.
