Claims (17)

  1. Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant pour un dispositif d'injection de carburant d'un moteur à combustion interne, comprenant une pompe de refoulement (10) à commande électrique et comprenant au moins une pompe à haute pression (16) pourvue d'au moins un élément de pompe (22), du carburant étant refoulé par la pompe de refoulement (10) jusqu'au côté aspiration de la pompe à haute pression (16) et du carburant étant refoulé par la pompe à haute pression (16) dans une région de haute pression (18), comprenant un dispositif de commande électrique (46) auquel est acheminé, par le biais d'un dispositif de capteur (44), un signal pour la pression régnant dans la région de haute pression (18), et au moyen duquel l'entraînement électrique (14) de la pompe de refoulement (10) est commandé de manière variable et, à partir de la liaison (36) entre la pompe de refoulement (10) et le côté aspiration de l'au moins une pompe à haute pression (16), une liaison de dérivation (40) menant jusqu'à une région de basse pression (12 ; 17), au moins un point d'étranglement (42) étant prévu dans la liaison de dérivation (40) et, au moyen du dispositif de commande électrique (46), l'entraînement électrique (14) de la pompe de refoulement (10) étant commandé de manière variable pour le réglage d'une pression prédéfinie dans la région de haute pression (18), caractérisé en ce que le point d'étranglement (42) dans la liaison de dérivation (40) est dimensionné de telle sorte que le débit de refoulement minimal de la pompe de refoulement (10) nécessaire pour un fonctionnement correct de la pompe de refoulement (10) puisse s'écouler à travers la liaison de dérivation (40), sans que l'au moins une pompe à haute pression (16) ne refoule du carburant.
  2. Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une pompe à haute pression (16) comprend du côté aspiration pour chaque élément de pompe (22) une soupape d'admission (30) sollicitée par ressort, et en ce que la soupape d'admission (30) s'ouvre seulement lorsqu'une pression du côté aspiration de l'au moins une pompe à haute pression (16) est supérieure à la pression qui s'établit du côté aspiration de l'au moins une pompe à haute pression (16) lors du refoulement du débit de refoulement minimal de la pompe de refoulement (30).
  3. Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la soupape d'admission (30) s'ouvre lorsqu'une pression absolue du côté aspiration de l'au moins une pompe à haute pression (16) est d'au moins approximativement 2 bar.
  4. Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la pompe de refoulement (10) et la soupape d'admission (30) sont adaptées l'une à l'autre de telle sorte que, lorsque la pression du côté aspiration de l'au moins une pompe à haute pression (16) est supérieure à la pression d'ouverture de la soupape d'admission (30), lors d'une modification continue de manière monotone de la pression du côté aspiration de l'au moins une pompe à haute pression (16), une modification continue de manière monotone du débit de refoulement de l'au moins une pompe à haute pression (16) se produise.
  5. Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pompe de refoulement (10) est disposée de manière éloignée de l'au moins une pompe à haute pression (16) et est reliée au côté aspiration de l'au moins une pompe à haute pression (16) par le biais d'une conduite (36) de rigidité hydraulique élevée.
  6. Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la pompe de refoulement (10) est disposée de manière éloignée de l'au moins une pompe à haute pression (16), en ce que dans la liaison entre la pompe de refoulement (10) et le côté aspiration de l'au moins une pompe à haute pression (16) est disposé un filtre à carburant (38), en ce que la liaison entre la pompe de refoulement (10) et le filtre à carburant (38) comporte une conduite (36a) de rigidité hydraulique élevée et en ce que la liaison entre le filtre à carburant (38) et le côté aspiration de l'au moins une pompe à haute pression (16) comporte une conduite (36b) de faible rigidité hydraulique.
  7. Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la liaison de dérivation (40) mène jusqu'à une région d'entraînement (17) de l'au moins une pompe à haute pression (16).
  8. Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la liaison de dérivation (40) mène jusqu'à un réservoir de stockage de carburant (12).
  9. Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la liaison de dérivation (40) comprend au moins deux points d'étranglement (42) qui sont disposés parallèlement l'un à l'autre.
  10. Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un organe de réglage supplémentaire (52) active ou désactive le point d'étranglement (42) en fonction de la pression ou de la température dans l'entrée du point d'étranglement (42).
  11. Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale de l'étrangleur (42) est modifiée par un organe de réglage (44) mécanique ou électrique en fonction de la pression ou de la température dans l'entrée de l'étrangleur (42) ou de la pompe à haute pression (16).
  12. Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une plus petite section transversale de l'étrangleur (42) est ouverte à une température élevée qu'à une température inférieure.
  13. Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale de l'étrangleur (42) est réduite de manière continue lorsque la température augmente.
  14. Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une section transversale plus petite de l'étrangleur (42) est ouverte à une pression élevée qu'à une pression faible.
  15. Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale de l'étrangleur (42) est réduite de manière continue lorsque la température augmente.
  16. Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant selon les revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément en cire commande la section transversale de l'étrangleur (42).
