Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Wärmetauscher, insbesondere einen Öl-Wasser-Wärmetauscher, mit einer Anschlussplatte zum Befestigen an einem Bauteil, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, wie er z.B. in der
Wärmetauscher, insbesondere sogenannte Öl-Wasser-Wärmetauscher an Verbrennungsmotoren sind nicht unerheblichen Schwingungen und Vibrationen ausgesetzt, weshalb eine Anschlussplatte, über welche der Wärmetauscher beispielsweise am Verbrennungsmotor angebaut ist, vergleichsweise dick und dadurch verstärkt ausgebildet ist. Eine derartig verstärkte Anschlussplatte bedingt jedoch ein vergleichsweise hohes Gewicht und benötigt zudem einen gewissen Bauraum, was insbesondere im Hinblick auf ein stetig knapper werdendes Bauraumangebot innerhalb moderner Motorräume problematisch sein kann.Heat exchangers, in particular so-called oil-water heat exchangers on internal combustion engines are exposed to considerable vibrations and vibrations, which is why a connection plate, via which the heat exchanger is mounted, for example, on the internal combustion engine, is comparatively thick and thus reinforced. Die vorliegende Erfindung beruht auf dem allgemeinen Gedanken, bei einem an sich bekannten Wärmetauscher, beispielsweise bei einem Öl-Wasser-Wärmetauscher, mit einer Anschlussplatte zum Befestigen an einem Verbrennungsmotor und mit mehreren aufeinander gestapelten und miteinander verlöteten Wannenelementen, an zumindest dem direkt zur Anschlussplatte benachbarten Wannenelement einen nach außen abstehenden, laschenartigen Rand vorzusehen, der bei montiertem Wärmetauscher an der Anschlussplatte vorzugsweise vollflächig anliegt, beispielsweise mit dieser fest verbunden, insbesondere verlötet, ist und diese dadurch aussteift. Durch den laschenartigen Rand wird somit die zur Aussteifung der Anschlussplatte erforderliche Materialstärke lediglich an diesem Rand vorgesehen und nicht über die gesamte Fläche der Anschlussplatte, wodurch diese im Vergleich zu bisher aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Anschlussplatten deutlich dünner und leichter ausgebildet werden kann. Dabei ist selbstverständlich das zweite Wannenelement hinsichtlich seines Randes anders gestaltet als das erste Wannenelement, insbesondere ist der nach außen abstehende Rand weiter in Richtung des ersten Wannenelementes gezogen, um beim Zusammenbau eine flächige Anlage der Ränder aneinander und an der Anschlussplatte gewährleisten zu können.
