Abstract
Description
- The present invention relates to a dust-bag vacuum cleaner.
- A dust-bag vacuum cleaner usually includes a vacuum chamber and a motor chamber, wherein a dust bag with the permeable filter mesh is placed inside the vacuum chamber for collecting dust. However, it is disadvantageous in that, with dust accumulating inside, the dust bag is forced to get in contact with sidewalls of the vacuum chamber. This will make the filter mesh on the dust bag blocked at the contact position, thus decreasing the dust-collecting force and the air volume. Hence, resistance of the vacuum motor will be increased, and even worse the motor will be burnt, which will not only bring trouble to the customer, but also affect performance and service life of the vacuum cleaner.
- A purpose of the present invention is to provide a dust-bag vacuum cleaner that is simple in structure and higher in air volume.
- A technical solution of the present invention is as below: A dust-bag vacuum cleaner is provided, whose dust box is provided with a dust bag and an isolator used for preventing the dust bag from contacting walls of the dust box so as to allow the airflow to pass through. Based on the technical solution as described above, the present invention further includes the following subsidiary technical solution:
- The isolator of the present invention includes at least one side plate provided with some openings.
- The insulator of the present invention includes two pairs of the side plates opposite to each other, which are all provided with some openings.
- The isolator of the present invention matches in shape with the dust box, and includes the four side plates connected around and all provided with some openings.
- The present invention further includes a bottom side plate below the four side plates, which is provided with some openings.
- The isolator and the dust box of the present invention are integrated or separated elements.
- The present invention has the following advantages:
- The present invention, being simple in structure, can not only prevent the dust bag from directly contacting sidewalls of the vacuum chamber so as to guarantee smooth air exhaust out of the dust bag, but also increase the air volume and keep the suction force from decreasing by fully making use of capacity inside the dust bag.
- The present invention will further be described below with reference to drawings and examples.
-
Figure 1 is a sectional schematic view of the present invention. -
Figure 2 is a stereoscopic schematic view of the dust bag, the insulator, and the vacuum chamber of the present invention. -
Figure 3 is a stereoscopic schematic view of another insulator of the present invention. List of reference numbers: 10. Vacuum chamber; 12. motor chamber; 20. dust bag; 30. insulator; 32. bottom side plate; 34. right side plate; 36. rear side plate; 38. left side plate; 39. front side plate; 102. front sidewall; 104. rear sidewall; 106. right sidewall; 108. left sidewall; 109. air inlet of motor; 300. opening; and 340. handle. - Example: As shown in
Figure 1 , the present invention provides a dust-bag vacuum cleaner, which includes adust box 10 provided with four walls (102, 104, 106 and 108) at its front, rear, left and right sides, amotor chamber 12, adust bag 20 placed inside thedust box 10, and anisolator 30 located between thedust bag 20 and the walls of the dust box (102, 104, 106 and 108) for preventing thedust bag 20 from contacting the walls of the dust box (102, 104, 106 and 108) so as to allow the airflow to pass through. - The
insulator 30, located inside thedust box 10 and matches in shape with thedust box 10, includes abottom side plate 32 and four side plates (34, 36, 38 and 39) above thebottom side plate 32 and around at the front, rear, left and right sides, wherein all the plates are provided with some openings (300). The openings can be of such regular shapes as circle and square, or of an irregular shape. - In order to simplify the structure, the
insulator 30 is preferred to include the side plates opposite to each other front and rear (36 and 39) or left and right (34 and 38), by which the purpose of the present invention can also be realized. - In order to further simplify the structure, the
insulator 30 is preferred to be abottom side plate 32, with thedust bag 20 directly fixed on thebottom side plate 32, by which the purpose of the present invention can also be realized. - The
isolator 30 and thedust box 10 are preferred to be integrated or separated elements. Meanwhile, theinsulator 30 is either formed below the front cover of the vacuum cleaner, or arranged on the bottom inside thedust box 10. As shown inFigure 3 , in order to facilitate taking theisolator 30 out of thedust box 10, a pair of arc-shaped handles 340 is arranged above the side plate. In this example, thedust box 10 is preferred to be a separated dust box. - When dust is inhaled into the
dust bag 20, thedust bag 20 will become swollen to push against theinsulator 30. With a very large gap between theisolator 30 and the walls of the dust box (102, 104, 106 and 108), air can flow into the air inlet of themotor 109 from theopenings 300 of theinsulator 30 and the gap at various directions of the walls of the dust box (102, 104, 106 and 108) at the front, rear, left and right sides, thus keeping the suction force from decreasing as well as increasing the air volume of the entire machine after vacuum cleaning to improve performance of the vacuum cleaner. The present invention, being simple in structure, can not only prevent the dust bag from directly contacting walls of the dust box so as to guarantee smooth air exhaust out of the dust bag, but also increase the air volume and keep the suction force from decreasing by fully making use of capacity inside the dust bag. - Certainly, the example as described above is used only for explaining technical concept and characteristics of the present invention. It is provided rather to make those skilled in the art understand the present invention and implement it, than to limit the extent of protection of the present invention. Any equivalent alteration or modification made according to the spiritual substance of the main technical solution of the present invention will all fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
