Abstract

Vorrichtung zur Verstellung der Drehwinkelposition einer Nockenwelle relativ zu einer Kurbelwelle einer Brennkraftmaschine, die Vorrichtung umfassend:
(a) einen mit in fester Drehzahlbeziehung von der Kurbelwelle drehantreibbaren Stator (3),
(b) einen vom Stator (3) drehantreibbaren und zum Drehantreiben der Nockenwelle (1) mit dieser koppelbaren Rotor (7),
(c) eine Frühstellkammer (8) zur Erzeugung eines auf den Rotor (7) relativ zum Stator (3) in Richtung Voreilung wirkenden Drehmoments und eine Spätstellkammer (9) zur Erzeugung eines auf den Rotor (7) relativ zum Stator (3) in Richtung Nacheilung wirkenden Drehmoments, die zur Erzeugung des jeweiligen Drehmoments mit einem Druckfluid, dessen Druck bei steigender Drehzahl der Kurbelwelle ebenfalls steigt, beaufschlagbar sind, um die Drehwinkelposition des Rotors (7) relativ zum Stator (3) verstellen zu können,
(d) einen Zuführzweig (50-53) für die Zuführung und einen Abführzweig (4') für die Abführung des Druckfluids zu und aus den Stellkammern (8, 9)
(e) und eine im Zuführzweig (50-53) angeordnete Druckspeichereinrichtung (40) mit einer Federeinrichtung (43) und einer Speicherkammer (41), die gegen eine rückstellende Federkraft der Federeinrichtung (43) mit dem Druckfluid befüllbar ist,
(f) wobei die Speicherkammer (41) sich gegen die Federkraft bei einem Füllbeginndruck (PFB) zu füllen beginnt, der höchstens so groß wie ein Heißleerlaufdruck (PHL) ist, den das Druckfluid im betriebswarmen Zustand im Leerlauf der Brennkraftmaschine aufweist,
(g) und die Speicherkammer (41) sich bei Überschreiten des Heißleerlaufdrucks (PHL) gegen die Federkraft weiter füllt..
