Abstract
Vorrichtung zur Verstellung der Drehwinkelposition einer Nockenwelle relativ zu einer Kurbelwelle einer Brennkraftmaschine, die Vorrichtung umfassend:
(a) einen mit in fester Drehzahlbeziehung von der Kurbelwelle drehantreibbaren Stator (3),
(b) einen vom Stator (3) drehantreibbaren und zum Drehantreiben der Nockenwelle (1) mit dieser koppelbaren Rotor (7),
(c) eine Frühstellkammer (8) zur Erzeugung eines auf den Rotor (7) relativ zum Stator (3) in Richtung Voreilung wirkenden Drehmoments und eine Spätstellkammer (9) zur Erzeugung eines auf den Rotor (7) relativ zum Stator (3) in Richtung Nacheilung wirkenden Drehmoments, die zur Erzeugung des jeweiligen Drehmoments mit einem Druckfluid, dessen Druck bei steigender Drehzahl der Kurbelwelle ebenfalls steigt, beaufschlagbar sind, um die Drehwinkelposition des Rotors (7) relativ zum Stator (3) verstellen zu können,
(d) einen Zuführzweig (50-53) für die Zuführung und einen Abführzweig (4') für die Abführung des Druckfluids zu und aus den Stellkammern (8, 9)
(e) und eine im Zuführzweig (50-53) angeordnete Druckspeichereinrichtung (40) mit einer Federeinrichtung (43) und einer Speicherkammer (41), die gegen eine rückstellende Federkraft der Federeinrichtung (43) mit dem Druckfluid befüllbar ist,
(f) wobei die Speicherkammer (41) sich gegen die Federkraft bei einem Füllbeginndruck (PFB) zu füllen beginnt, der höchstens so groß wie ein Heißleerlaufdruck (PHL) ist, den das Druckfluid im betriebswarmen Zustand im Leerlauf der Brennkraftmaschine aufweist,
(g) und die Speicherkammer (41) sich bei Überschreiten des Heißleerlaufdrucks (PHL) gegen die Federkraft weiter füllt..

(a) a stator (3) rotatably driven in fixed speed relation by the crankshaft,
(b) a rotor (7) which can be driven in rotation by the stator (3) and rotatably drives the camshaft (1) with this rotor (7),
(C) an early adjustment chamber (8) for generating a torque acting on the rotor (7) relative to the stator (3) in the direction of advance and a late adjustment chamber (9) for generating a on the rotor (7) relative to the stator (3) in Direction lag torque acting to generate the respective torque with a pressurized fluid whose pressure also increases with increasing speed of the crankshaft, can be acted upon in order to adjust the rotational angular position of the rotor (7) relative to the stator (3),
(d) a feed branch (50-53) for the supply and a discharge branch (4 ') for the discharge of the pressurized fluid to and from the setting chambers (8, 9)
(e) and a pressure accumulator device (40) arranged in the feed branch (50-53) with a spring device (43) and a storage chamber (41) which can be filled with the pressurized fluid against a restoring spring force of the spring device (43),
(f) wherein the accumulator chamber (41) begins to fill against the spring force at a charge start pressure (P FB ) which is at most equal to a hot idle pressure (P HL ) which the pressurized fluid is at idle when the engine is hot,
(G) and the storage chamber (41) continues to fill when the hot idle pressure (P HL ) against the spring force ..
