Claims (9)
- Dichtung (7) für einen Stator einer Strömungsmaschine mit Statorschaufeln, die einen Außenring mit einem Innenring verbinden, wobei der Innenring und der Außenring konzentrisch sind und eine Luftstromzone begrenzen, und wobei die Dichtung (7) eine erste Abriebfläche, die zur Positionierung gegenüber einem Rotorteil der Strömungsmaschine bestimmt ist, und eine zweite Fläche, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem Stator-Innenring (3) im Kontakt zu sein, aufweist, wobei die Dichtung (7) eine stufige Form und eine Vielzahl Baueinheiten (10) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Baueinheit (10) auf ihrer ersten Abriebfläche eine Umfangsstufe (9), die ein Hindernis in der Umfangsrichtung des Innenrings (3) bildet, und eine axiale Stufe (8), die ein Hindernis in der axialen Richtung der Strömungsmaschine bildet, aufweist, wobei jede Baueinheit (10) eine nicht achsensymmetrische Form aufweist.
- Dichtung (7) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umfangsstufe (9) und die axiale Stufe (8) der Baueinheit (10) die Konturen eines Profils bestimmen, das eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Formen aufweisen kann.
- Dichtung (7) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Baueinheiten (10) Profile und/oder Abmessungen haben, die gemäß der Umfangsrichtung des Innenrings (3) variabel sind.
- Dichtung (7) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profile der verschiedenen Baueinheiten (10) gemäß der axialen Richtung der Strömungsmaschine versetzt sind.
- Dichtung (7) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Baueinheiten (10) ein gleiches Profil haben, das sich periodisch entlang des Umfangs des Innenrings (3) wiederholt, wobei es dann Wiederholungseinheiten bildet.
- Dichtung (7) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Wiederholungseinheit in der Umfangsrichtung des Innenrings (3) einen Winkelsektor, der vier bis zehn Steigungen der von dem Rotorteil angetriebenen Rotorschaufeln (1) entspricht, bedeckt.
- Dichtung (7) nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Abriebfläche der Dichtung zur Positionierung gegenüber dem Rotorteil der Strömungsmaschine bestimmt ist, wobei der Rotorteil mit einer Trommel (5) fest verbundene Schneidendichtungen (6) aufweist.
- Dichtung (7) nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (7) aus Silikon oder Epoxy ist.
- Stator einer Strömungsmaschine, der mindestens eine Dichtung (7) nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
