Abstract

L'invention concerne une plaque et une vis de hanche dynamiques antirotatives permettant de réaliser une fusion par fixation des os dans le cas de fractures de col simples ou multiples des os fémoraux, ou de fractures pertrochantériennes, intertrochantériennes et sous-trochantériennes. L'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une vis de hanche antirotative (1), un filetage de vis à os spongieux (2), un orifice formant canule (3) traversant toute la vis de hanche, un manchon coulissant (4) de lame antirotative situé sur la vis de hanche antirotative, une lame antirotative (5) présentant une extrémité pointue (6), un manchon fileté (7) d'un élément d'insertion de lame antirotative, un manchon coulissant (8) de lame antirotative, un orifice (9) de la vis de hanche antirotative situé sur la plaque de hanche dynamique antirotative, un manchon coulissant (10) de lame antirotative situé sur la plaque de hanche dynamique antirotative, une plaque de hanche dynamique antirotative (11) et une vis de compression formant canule (12).
