Description
DESCRIPTION ANTIROTATOR DYNAMIC HIP SCREW AND PLATE Technological Scope :
This invention is related to the Antirotator Dynamic Hip Screw and Plate which provides fusion by fixing bones in case of single or multiple fractures of femoral neck bones, pertrochanteric, intertrochanteric and subtrochanteric fractures.
Common Status of The Technique:
At the present time, many surgical treatment methods have been applied for femoral neck fractures, pertrochanteric, intertrochanteric and subtrochanteric fractures. Non- union, union detention or avascular necrosis complication rates are at high levels.
This invention is related to the Antirotator Dynamic Hip Screw and Plate aiming to be able to reach the desired results by overcoming the disadvantages determined above, allowing sliding compression, providing fusion of the femoral head bones with the assistance of fixing those and inhibiting their rotation.
Explanation of the figures:
This invention has been described in more details just by illustration by referring to the attached drawings after this. The figures which will help this invention to be understood have been numbered as determined on the attached drawing and these numbers have been shown together with their names in the following. On these drawings;

This invention is the Antirotator Dynamic Hip Screw and Plate which provides fusion by fixing bones in case of single or multiple fractures of the neck parts of the femoral bones, pertrochanteric, intertrochanteric and subtrochanteric fractures; and its feature is being consisted of that The antirotator hip screw (1), The threads for spongiosis (2), The cannulated hole all through the hip screw (3), The slide socket of the antirotator blade on the antirotator hip screw (4), The antirotator blade (5), The sharp end of the antirotator blade (6), The threaded socket of the inserter of the antirotator blade (7), The slide socket of the antirotator blade (8), The hole of the antirotator hip screw on antirotator dynamic hip plate (9), The slide socket of the antirotator blade on the antirotator dynamic hip plate (10), The antirotator dynamic hip plate (11), The cannulated compression screw (12).
At the present time, many surgical treatment methods have been applied for proximal femur fractures. Non-union, union detention or avascular necrosis complication rates are at high levels.
This invention is the developed one of DHS (Dynamic Hip Screw) system at present by making important additions to it.
This invention is related to the Antirotator Dynamic Hip Sscrew and Plate aiming to be able to reach the desired results by overcoming the disadvantages determined above, allowing sliding compression, providing fusion of the femoral head bones with the assistance of fixing those and inhibiting their rotation.
It has application for femoral neck fractures (subcapital, transcervical, basicervical), intertrochanteric stable fractures (type 1 and type II) and subtrocanteric fractures.
The invention is the Antirotator Dynamic Hip Screw and Plate and its feature is that application time is too short and it's easy. Scopy usage is least for reduction control and placing guide kirschner wire. Infection risk is too low.
The invention is the Antirotator Dynamic Hip Screw and Plate and its feature is characterized with that the screw can be inserted with a stable angle.
Compression is achieved in 3 different ways:
• With the Antirotator Dynamic Hip Screw (primary)
• With the compression screw (secondary)
• With slide effect (tertiary)
The feature of the Antirotator Dynamic Hip Screw and Plate is that; it provides positive effect to union because of not preventing slide compression in the fracture region (because of not being Z-effect) and; migration of the screw to the joint (cut out problem) is minimized.
The screw prevents the head's rotation on the threaded part with the blade in the system.
Claims
1- This invention is the Antirotator Dynamic Hip Screw and Plate and its feature is being consisted of The antirotator hip screw (1), The threads for spongiosis (2), The cannulated hole all through the hip screw (3), The slide socket of the antirotator blade on the antirotator hip screw (4), The antirotator blade (5), The sharp end of the antirotator blade (6), The threaded socket of the inserter of the antirotator blade (7), The slide socket of the antirotator blade (8), The hole of the antirotator hip screw on antirotator dynamic hip plate (9), The slide socket of the antirotator blade on the antirotator dynamic hip plate (10), The antirotator dynamic hip plate (11) and The cannulated compression screw (12).
2- The Antirotator Dynamic Hip Screw and Plate is mentioned in claim 1 and its feature is that; it consist of the blade (antirotator blade) (5) being fixed to the socket by being pushed on the slide socket (7) till the end of the hip screw (1) and so preventing rotation.
