caractérisé en ce que le bandeau de diodes (2) électroluminescentes est formé - d'une âme (12) comprenant au moins une bande (121) support des diodes (2) et des moyens, tels qu'un câble (10) aptes à permettre le raccordement des diodes (2) à une source d'alimentation en énergie électrique - et d'une enveloppe (13) au moins partielle de l'âme (12), ladite enveloppe (13) étant en une matière transparente ou translucide à l'intérieur de laquelle au moins les diodes (2) de la bande (121) support de diodes de l'âme (12) sont noyées et en ce que les moyens (4) de fermeture mécaniques sont réalisés d'une seule pièce avec ladite ceinture (3).
