The invention is a hybrid burner that is designed domestic cooking devices which hosts both gas and electricity in the same group and in the middle of the burner there is a plate which can operate with electricity and in the outer region of it there is a flame crown which can operate with gas and also energy consumption is aimed to reduce. This hybrid burner can operate with electricity in the areas without gas and can operate gas in the areas without electricity because of operating both gas and electricity. High speed and low level heat is provided with electricity and it reduces energy consumption. The invention can be adjusted all power levels at the domestic cooking devices. Electric plate can be run at the small power levels, flame crown that operates gas can be run when the high level power is desired and high level power can obtain. In this way, power selection can be made according to heated parts and energy consumption can be achieved by adjusting most appropriate heating. While the electric plate that is positioning at the middle of the hybrid burner provides heat at the lowest level, it goes down the height of the grid with the component that is placed on the plate for heating.

If you need to mention about known art, at the known art the cooking systems that are used homes can be heated either gas or electricity on the same stove. The user at home provides heating for container either putting on the plate with electricity or placing it on the burning head working with gas. Gas powered burning heads are the multiple or single systems that can be mounted on domestic cooking devices and provide the heating for the cooker placed on it. This burning system provides to distribute the flame concentric burning as one, two, three or four step ring shaped. The system adjusts flow of gas through a gas tap and thus burning control can be made of the inner or outer ring. In general, totally three different burning as small, medium and large are provided at three different burners. In addition to these, next to these three burners, some burners that host two or three burner systems inside them have been used. These burners that host two burners generally keep small and large burners at the same time. Generally these burners are separated as 2.1 kW, 2.5kW, 3.6kw, 3.8kW, 4.5kW, and 5kW power systems. However, to obtain this power, every multi-burner should be designed separately and air-gas mixture should be sent to ports of burner right amount.

The burners which have this type of an inner and an outer ring are used in Far East countries for many years. However, this type of burning systems used in Far East can not be provided too much control. Nowadays, the systems that contain one or more internal burning ring have a pre-mixing basin in general. The general objective of this basin is that, the component which is called injector is mounted this basin and provide to mixing the gas that go out from injector rapidly and the air that is located this basin. Another objective of this basin is providing to hold ignition part that has a duty of the burner ignition.

The electric plates connected to the electric supplier can increase electricity gradually when desired and provide to heat for coil with electricity that is located the plate and thus provide to heat the container on the plate.

In the above mentioned systems, when the diameter of burner head and the diameter of electric plate are the same, although electric plates are superior in terms of environmental and emission value, the gas burning stoves are more preferable because of burning with gas produce more power than the electric plates.

Stove and oven manufacturers can provide more suitable costs and more conscious energy consumption on the consumer with hybrid burner that contains these two systems at the same time and this system can be applied on the stove or oven easily. In addition, in this system because of central connection points are the same, oven manufacturers can mount this product more easily.
BACKGROUND ART

In the known art or previous art this type of hybrid burner which is designed for domestic cooking devices was not found. But in the known art there are burner heads that work only with gas and multi-burner group or electric plates that work only electricity. Patent applications of this art will be discussed in order to distinguish and better understanding of the issue.

On July 13, 2006 there is a patent application with patent number
WO 2007007298 (A2 ) is registered on the name of Bek Metal Enjeksiyon San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. The mentioned patent application relates to burners which are used gas stoves and contain more than one flame crown. A room cover that can be easily removable and attachable is mentioned in the invention. The subjected cover is shown with
number 4 in the invention. The system with the help of a nuzzle sprays the gas to the venture tube and at this time with jet effect, air and gas are sent to the combustion rooms with mixing together. In the meantime, combustion is provided with ignition tool and together with secondary air. However, this system only can work with gas and very low level power generation can not be provided by request. Due to the invention contains two burning systems (electricity and gas), very low level power generation can be provided with electric plate and power capacity can be adjusted by request.

On 15 June 2001, there is a patent application with patent number
EP1297281 is registered on the name of SABAF SPA [IT], one central, and at least one circular there are at least two gas caps, a mixing chamber with venture effect, channels for primary air inlet, at least one circular head for gas, a circular head body including radial channels for feeding primary air mixture, a head and separation device divide by channels for primary air inlet its internal space and gas/primary air mixture is mentioned. As mentioned patent in the above, this system works with gas. Power can not be arranged accurately in this type burners and it causes environmental pollution with emission of toxic gas like CO.

On 12 May 1998 in the patent application with patent number
DE19821140 is registered on E.G.O. Elektro-Geraetebau GmbH, an electric stove plate is mentioned which can be connected easily, final assembly can be executed very easy, at the same time the connection is safe and suitable for mounting. This plate is heated with the help of electricity incoming to the coil and provides heat for container on the plate. Here, the heating power due to the determination of the plate with the number of turns in the coil when the high power is required, the outer diameter of the plate becomes very high. The growth of the outer diameter of the plate is unwanted situation. In this case, the measures of the stove and oven which is produced as standard need to grow. Although, electric plates has not been preferred so much today, they are used in some applications desired zero emission and low power.

The invention, together with solving the above-mentioned technical problems, provides the customers heat for containers with correct energy source and provides reducing unnecessary energy losses. As known, the diameters of household cookers and the type of heated objects have shown so much change. Therefore, making adjustment to the power of energy source according to the object to be heated on the stove or oven will supply to use energy source correctly and thus energy consumption is reduced minimum. It is not possible that, the limitation of dimensions of the power and design reasons of above mentioned on the groups of gas or electric heater used in today. However, this hybrid burner gives opportunity to select right power according to heated object and thus energy saving is provided.

As a result, existence the current technique and elimination the disadvantages of the multi-burners and the need for burning head used in gas or electric heaters and disability of the current solutions, all these are needed to develop in the technical field.
THE OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The object of the invention is to develop hybrid burner for domestic cooking device working with both electricity and gas.

Another object of the invention is, above mentioned hybrid burner can be operated with two energy source simultaneously or at different times.

The invention will be tried to explain in detail depending on the attached drawings. The mentioned invention to be able to mount the hybrid burner(2) to a stove(1), guiding pins(2.1.1) located in the lower part of the hybrid burner(2) basin(2.1) are inserted to the holes(1.1.1) located in the sub plate(1.1) of the stove(1) and gas distribution pipe(3) is connected to the gas entry hole(2.1.2) of the basin with the help of a nut(4) . To fixed the hybrid burner(2) to the stove(1), four holes(2.1.3) located on the hybrid burner(2) basin(2.1) are connected to the holes(1.2.1) located on the upper plate of the stove with the help of the screws. In this way, hybrid burner(2) is fixed on the stove(1). This connecting method is the same as the connecting system of domestic cooking burners used today. In this way, the mentioned hybrid burner can be mounted to the stove or oven easily and without additional procedures.

The hybrid burner(2) of the invention as described above after being mounted on the stove(1), upper surface(2.3.1) of the electrical plate(2.3) located in the middle of the hybrid burner(2) stays higher than the upper surface(5.1) of the grid(5) located on the stove. This height (Ha) is between 0 and 10 mm. Preferably, this height can be used as 5 mm. The purpose of this is to provide to transmission of the generated heat to the container without any losses by providing full contact with the sub surface(6.1) of the container(6) placed on the upper surface(2.3.1) of the electrical plate(2.3). In this way, it can be taken advantages of the heat produced by electrical plate(2.3) at maximum level. Together with the putting container(6) on the hybrid burner(2) of the invention, electrical plate(2.3) in the middle of the hybrid burner descents to the upper surface(5.1) of the grid(5) together with container(6). However, this limitation is valid in cases where the outer diameter(6.2) of the sub surface(6.1) of the container(6) larger than the central diameter(5.2.1) of the grid handles(5.2). In this way, after putting large and heavy containers on the stove, during the cooking powerful grid(5) handles(5.2) will carry this weight and thus stresses occurring on the system will be eliminated. When the outer diameter(6.2) of the container(6) sub surface(6.1) is smaller than the central diameter(5.2.1) of the grid handles(5.2), electrical plate(2.3)

It may be possible to reduce or increase this amount. A spring(2.3.3) exists on the mechanical lifting pins(2.3.2) for providing to descent the electrical plate(2.3) part linearly. In this way, this springs(2.3.3) will provide to decrease the weight at the containers(6) located on the electrical plates(2.3). The mentioned mechanical lifting pins(2.3.2) mount to the electrical plate with screw(2.4). Upon request, this part can be connected by using rivet or another mechanical connection. This type of mechanical connections does not exceed the scope of the invention.

Sleeves(2.3.4) that mechanical pins(2.3.2) work inside it provide the electrical plate(2.3) do not go outside the service without interference. Threads(2.3.4.1) located in the sleeves(2.3.4) provide to mount it to the basin(2.1) rigidly. There are threads on the fixing sockets(2.1.5) located in the basin(2.1) that is compatible with these threads. There is a across flat(2.3.4.2) on the sleeves(2.3.4) that provides to tighten the sleeves(2.3.4) to the basin(2.1) easily. In this way, the nut(2.3.4) can be tightened easily into the basin(2.1). This tightening process is done until sub surface(2.3.4.3) of the sleeves(2.3.4) touches to the upper surface(2.1.5.2) of the basin socket(2.1.5). Upper surface(2.3.4.2.1) of the across flat(2.3.4.2) should be higher than the surface(1.2.2) of the stove upper plate(1.2) for tightening this sleeve(2.3.4) easily. This height(Hb) is between 0 and 20 mm. Preferably, this height(Hb) can be adjusted to 15 mm.

There are two protection covers for protecting the electric installation located below the electrical plate(2.3) which is in the middle of the hybrid burner(2) from the liquid or similar waste. Protection cover(2.3.5) which is designed to protect the electrical sockets is mounted to the ceramic carrier(2.3.7) before the electrical sockets(2.3.6) are inserted. There are canals at the side and upper side(2.3. 7.1) of the ceramic carrier(2.3.7) for assembly. These canals(2.3.7.1) are fully compatible with the canals(2.3.5.1) located in protection cover(2.3.5). In this way, protection cover(2.3.5) is inserted and removed on the ceramic carrier without any mechanical connection. There are longitudinal slits(2.3.5.2) on the protection cover(2.3.5) to pass electrical sockets(2.3.6). Longitudinal slits(2.3.5.2) can be adjusted according to the amount and dimensions of the electrical sockets(2.3.6). In this way, after protection cover(2.3.5) is mounted, impermeability is provided at assembly part of the protection cover(2.3.5) that is part of canals(2.3.5.1) and slits(2.3.5.2) with high heat resistance silicone gasket. The protection cover(2.3.9) which is designed to protect other welding electric connection(2.3.8) exist. The canals(2.3.9.1) which is inside of the this protection cover(2.3.9) are compatible with the canals(2.3.7.1) that is located the side and upper side of the above mentioned ceramic carrier(2.3.7). In this way, this protection cover(2.3.9) is inserted to the ceramic carrier(2.3.7) without any mechanical connection and the sections of canals(2.3.7.1) are covered with the heat resistance liquid silicone impermeably. In this way, environmental waste or liquid is prevented to enter to the sections of the electrical contact. High temperature resistant insulated cables are used in the cables(2.3.10) that carry electricity to the hybrid burner(2). So that, electrical cables(2.3.10) are not affected from heat and environmental waste. In addition, electrical cables(2.3.10) are isolated with high heat resistant macaron(2.3.11) at the place where they are connected to the sockets(2.3.6).

There is a slit(2.1.6) at the bottom of the basin(2.1) for inserting the electrical sockets(2.3.6) to the contacts(2.3.11) located in the ceramic carrier(2.3.7) at the underside of the hybrid burner(2) and for passing through the electrical sockets(2.3.6) inside the basin.

There are longitudinal columns(2.2.1.1) under the flame crown(2.2.1) that prevent to turn to the right side and left side and provide to be mounted on the basin(2.1). Two of these columns(2.2.1.1) are iarge(2.2.1.1.1) and other two of these are narrow(2.2.1.1.2). In this way, flame crown(2.2.1) is prevented to be mounted on the basin(2.1) reversely. In addition, primary air suction is provided between these columns. The outer surface(2.2.1.1.3) of these columns(2.2.1.1) are conic. These conic angles are between α 1° and 50°. Preferably, 5° is suitable.

Electrical plate(2.3) supply can be done one or more electricity supply. In this way, desired power value can be obtained at electrical plate(2.3).

The hybrid burner(2) of the invention can be controlled by mounting electric switch on it with at least one gas tap. In this way, electrical plate(2.3) in the middle or gas combustion head(2.2) at the outside can be controlled by itself. If desired, two burning groups, electrical plate(2.3) and gas combustion head can(2.2) be controlled at the same time. The invention, hybrid burner(2) is suitable for use instead of burners used in today's domestic cookers, suitable for use in all areas of industry. Especially, it is suitable for use of domestic cookers.

The protection scope of this invention is designated in the claims part, wherein it cannot be limited to what has been explained above for exemplary purposes. It is clear that an innovation put forward in the invention by a person skilled in the art can be implemented to other fields with similar purposes by means of modifying the parts in shape and using the similar configurations. Therefore it is obvious that such configurations will lack of the innovation criteria.
